There are definitely some herbs that are unfamiliar to us, but there are also plenty that we’ve come to expect in an herbal sexual enhancement supplement.
Among the familiar ingredients, we find:
- Ashwagandha which helps the body adapt to stress and provides energy to improve stamina.
- Mucuna Pruriens which is an ancient aphrodisiac.
- Shilajit for sexual power and stamina.
- Indian Long Pepper which helps with absorption of other ingredients.
The recommended dose is 2 tablets twice daily for 8 to 10 weeks. After that, you can lower the dose to 1 tablet twice daily for maintenance.
It is definitely a more long term daily supplement as far as similar options go, so maintaining a consistent dose is the best way to achieve the desired outcome.

Very dangerous medicine
Never take Tentex Forte. At the advice of the company, I took 2 tablets twice. But it completely made me dead of the penis. Its not erecting at all. Don't go for this.

The recommended dose is 2 tablets twice daily for 8 to 10 weeks. After that, you can lower the dose to 1 tablet twice daily for maintenance. There shouldn't be any side effects. If there are, they would be very mild.- Rob

It might help. We did a review of Tentex Forte a while back, and since then we’ve had a couple of reviews. One guy said it worked great, and the other said it did nothing, so it’s a tough call. The best supplement I’ve personally used to help with ED would be Vigrx Plus.
