But the fact that its ingredients need to build up in your system and that they are meant to improve overall health and vitality indicates that it should be taken every day. If you take 2 capsules a day, your Shilajit Gold habit could become quite expensive.

With the confusion surrounding dosing, we think it’s best to go with something with a more clearly laid out plan.
