Works, with Major Side Effects
After taking Powerzen Gold, I woke up the next morning feeling very nauseous, with a puffy face. Now it's been 48 hours after taking it, I've started feeling pain in my knees that eventually moved to my hamstrings, thighs, calves, and shins, and back. I even have blurry eyes, and I'm still dizzy. I'm not sure what to do. I'm hoping I feel better soon.

Powerzen Gold works really well but beware of the massive headache you will get. Yeah, it's nice to fuck for hours but a headache is not worth it. I took the 1750mg pill for the first time. This sucks. But I love the super hard dick.

WORKS 100% if REAL
I have been taking Powerzen Gold for about 3 years now, ever since I had open heart surgery. The problem is finding the real ones. Here are a couple of clues They must be distributed out of Los Angelos. They also have a lot code and date and have markings on the pills. I'm 60 with prostate cancer and they still work for me for up to 4 days with no ill effects to my heart. It does not affect my blood pressure. Viagra does not work for me and at 25.00 a pill, it's not worth it for one night anyway. At 10.00 a pill if you know where to buy them, you get a good 4 nights. That's why I use them I take one a week and I'm always ready. The majority of places around me all carry the fake pills. I have to drive in 10 miles to find the real ones. I can't imagine how effective these would be to a young healthy man. With the number of meds I take, I should never be able to perform but its never a problem. These were a life saver for me.

I have tried Powerzen Gold. It does work, just don't take it on an empty stomach or you will get cramps and diarrhea. If your nose feels stuffy or you get a headache, drink cold water, also eating something helps to lower the side effects, I've taken it many times, to the point that my body got used to it and the effects hardly last more than 24 hours.

Beware! I took this pill to impress a girl I met at work. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. I had a mean pounding headache the next morning. Yeah, the pill did what it claimed to do but with horrible side effect the following morning. I’m on day two and my head still hurts my back aches and joints hurt my knees feel like they are gonna break.my heart feels like it’s going to jump out.my eyes are very sensitive to light I had to wear sunglasses outside. I tried Powerzen Gold and yes it does work! I experienced 100% better blood flow. I was harder than a rock and it even keeps you up through the ejaculation period. They say it last 5 days, but for me, it lasted 3. However, I am a bigger man but erratic hardons as well will happen! Even when your penis is flaccid, it still bigger because the blood is there ready in case it's needed! I highly recommend this product! The only drawback is the headache!

The pill worked great. I purchased it from a local gas station for 10 bucks. The crazy thing about it was, the gas station employee warned, me saying it works but he had a bad headache the day after. I took it anyways, and now almost two days later I still have red painful eyes and blurred vision. I had a horrible headache like your head is going to explode, pain in my back and arms, and the feeling like I needed to throw up. Stay away from this product. It's not worth it. The sex pill
Yes, this Powerzen Gold substance works, however, I concur with you that have reported unpleasant side effects. It makes me longer, thicker, and harder and makes me last longer, however, an hour later I have congestion, purple vision, and the next day body aches and sinus congestion that last for days, as well as red eyes. Furthermore, this substance does seem to cloud my mind a bit. It does make me have sex like a pro though. I hope this helps.

It works
It definitely works. It lasts for a good 3 days. It's a controllable erection too in my opinion. If you think about sex, then u will get rock hard. If you don't, then you will stay flaccid, which I like.
I never experienced any side effects when I took it by itself. Now, when I did it w another substance, I easily got nauseous for 2 weeks. I never experienced body aches though.
I'm going to try taking half after I open the pill this time and see what happens.

Powerzen works better than most
I have been using Powerzen Gold for about 2 years now, and it works! My girlfriend sees and feels the difference and it makes you want to work out as well! I have lost weight by choice, and I know that this pill has had something to do with it. What is also nice about it, is that you really have to want to get an erection but any slight mental and or physical stimulation and bam! You are rock hard and it feels fantastic! Now I do have side effects and they are worse with the higher doses so start out with the lowest doses first and make sure you experiment first by yourself. Here is a list of side effects that I have experienced after taking a dose of any Powerzen God. The pill gives me the side effects worse with higher doses but my erection is faster, harder, bigger, and longer lasting. Powerzen Pink package was the worst side effects but fastest erection 15 mins! But the pink gives me diarrhea every time I take it. Other side effects include drowsiness, loss of appetite, higher doses affect eyes sensitivity to bright light, even changing the color of light. Now keep in mind I smoke pot as well so whatever. All I know is other than trying to figure out what does helps the most with the least side effects the Powerzen works for me. I will take it until I find something better for the same or less money. I am a 52 yr old male and currently weigh in at 144 5'10" tall.

Works but sides not worth it
I went to a wedding and wanted something to make me a little more impressive if something had happened. Well, I wound up hooking up with a chick and Powerzen Gold worked great that night. After that night though, I woke up feeling very nauseous. The nausea went away after a couple of hours. Then about 36 hours after taking it I started feeling pain in my knees that eventually moved to my hamstrings, thighs, calves and shins. As I'm writing this it is still hurting, 72 hours after taking the pill. I'm going to have to go see a doctor if issues don't resolve in another day or so.

I am a true believer in this product. I have much stronger erections and I last so much longer with Powerzen Gold. My girl didn't know I was using anything, so after a few times, she says to me. I have been using this Powerzen Gold for quite a while. I do know all the little tricks about it, so here is how to properly use this pill and you will not regret it. Do not and I mean by all means do not take the entire pill. Open the pill and keep the rest of it for later use. Take about one-eighth to one-quarter of the pill maximum. I usually mix it into orange juice or some other drink and it will lessen the chance of you getting a headache by a lot. It will also still give you the full potency of the pill. Great news for you because you can now get at least four uses out of this thing. They are not cheap.

I used Powerzen Gold before and it does work. I lasted longer and my erection was stronger as well. Even after ejaculation, I was still pretty full, so it definitely does allow more blood flow to the penis. I tried it only once, but I'm looking to try again to confirm its results.

It works, with minor side effects
I bought PowerZen at the local liquor store and took the pill just before going to church. I had to get up and go to the bathroom twice with diarrhea, and I felt drowsy for two days.
That aside, the runs went away the next day, and I got a rock-hard erection on demand for the next 4 or 5 days! I even woke up with a hardon.
I found with continued use, the diarrhea problem went away. The drowsiness stayed, not enough to put me to sleep, just felt a little sleepy. The boners continued, though.

I've used Powerzen Gold for years. It works great. It does have the headache side effect while not hard. It also gives a wicked nasal congestion. I just took the more potent 1750mg and I got sick. I threw up. I have had headaches and even my bones ache. It sucks! I took it Sunday morning around 3am and its Thursday night around 10pm and my bones ache and I still have a headache. This is not cool. I'm online looking for the side effects, which brought me here. All I can think is the blood in my bones has been increased, increasing pressure which is making them hurt. I don't know. It sucks though. Other than the side effects, it works great! Just get the lesser dose, as opposed to the larger one.

New formula (stay away)
I used Powerzen for months, started using it when a gas station retailer told me it was popular, once I used it, no need to wait weeks for mail order Cialis, it used to work great until I purchased Powerzen on 10/26/2014. The formula was different, it used to have a bitter taste like Cialis but this new formula was tasteless and had no effect. Actually, it had the opposite effect on me. I went to multiple stores trying to find the old formula, to no avail, I'm going back to Cialis, I can't afford not to be able to perform, I have a very "social" lifestyle to maintain. I have tried the product Powerzen Gold. The claim that it lasts as long as 3 days is true for me. Even flaccid, I'm much thicker than without it. My morning erection is incredible. It is hard and long lasting too. I recommend it. Side effects for me were similar to Viagra.

I bought Powerzen at a gas station. I took it 1 hour before sex, and it did give me a full erection and that effect lasted at least 3 days. Do not buy Powerzen Gold or any pill at the gas station or liquor store that promises a good night of sex. The headache and nauseous feeling is beyond horrible. I feel like I have the flu bug. I have been using Powerzen Gold for a couple years now. It works great but duration of effects depends on how fresh the pill is. Constant heart burn
I took Powerzen Gold on Saturday, and I haven't been able to shake this heartburn, racing heartbeat, and heavy body pain. It's awful. Given, my orgasms are longer and a little more intense but that's all. Its not worth all the constant pain.

I have experienced 12 days with the pain.
At night before going to bed with my partner, I take 1,750 still nothing happens. Can anybody recommend a better one?
Give Extenze Plus a try. It’s technically meant to be a daily supplement, but I find it works really well as needed as well.
Viagra works for me but it will take a while before I will receive it.
I take a tiny little bit before having sex or, the day before. I went through the side effects like all of you so I started lowering the dose until I got to a very small portion.
I have not been diagnosed but I believe I have ED. I’m 24. I hope somebody can relate because I was desperate when I first tried Powerzen. I read that if you can get an erection alone or in the morning but you can’t sustain it when performing your ED its psychological and then is when a very small dose or Powerzen comes in.
I do get few palpitations (hard heart beats) when I take it but in very low dosage its worth it. One pill can last me for about 10-12 times/days. if you have some time to spare do the test, a day or two ahead.
Take very little, maybe 1/8th of the pill and see how you feel the next day. exercise helps but I do not recommend working out when you take the pill because at least in my experience it feels like your body’s blood pressure goes too high and you get light headed.
Also running and physical performance its compromised but it goes away when the pill goes away (with the hard rock effect) in about 2 days. Last, since this is for those with mild ED, I notice that if you are using it for the same day, full stomach won’t help but if you are using it for the next day eating a decent amount will help with the side effects and u will be left with some; not all, the hard effect.
If you open the pill and decide to take a smaller portion do so with something that has a strong flavor or try to put it into something so u don’t taste it, not because of the horrible flavor but because it will help in the nausea side effect. The stuff inside the pill will “work” in your throat so if it touches your throat it will feel funny, I put it inside something that I know will dissolve quickly and swallow it, like in the middle of fruit and one time when I had 3 min to take it, a tiny piece of napkin ( I don’t recommend that one lol ).

If you are taking a higher dose, this is unwise. Never start with a high dose. start low let your body adjust then if needed take a higher dose.

Also, I saw the recall where it claimed that the product contained the ingredients for Cialis and Viagra and for one additional ingredient approved by the FDA for clinical trials in ed treatment and those packages also were fake versions.
If you look at the buymiraclezen.com website you will see what I’m talking about as far as fake packaging is concerned.
I buy mine from a liquor store that sells the product packaged as it is depicted on that site and I’ve never had a headache or any other problems with the product. The only thing I have to state is that I feel a bit dehydrated by it and I have a little bit of the acid reflux feeling but if I take a Prilosec over the counter and drink a quart of Gatorade at least an hour prior to taking the pill then I have an excellent night and awesome morning.

I noticed that I was able to get hard way quicker than usual. But I do not recommend this pill at all.
I’m not sure if its because it was the first time using this but it made my penis numb. After about an hour of having sex, I finally gave up with no ejaculation.
That’s not even the worst part. The next morning I woke up nauseous, pounding headache and painful/sensitive red eyes!
I’m on day three and I’m still having headaches and red eyes! No muscle pain!

In all honesty, I really don’t need the pill. My sex drive is very good without it however, when I do take it, I do get harder and I last longer.

I only take 2 drops in a soda. I cut it open and put it in the clear bullet container.

Years ago I began experimenting with sex enhancement pills. I took PowerZen and the erections were immense!
But those damn migraines are way too strong and last way too long. Twice I experienced nausea – bad enough to induce vomiting.
Also, my heartbeat was intensified, beating faster and harder than ever.
Additionally, one of those times, my whole body ached from my legs to my back, neck, everywhere, and on top of that, I had that headache.
I saw a chiropractor, convinced I needed treatments. That was frightening.
Since I haven’t fully learned my lesson yet, the next time I took PowerZen I cut the dosage in half by emptying half the pill. that works.
No headache, all the benefits. The last tinge I used it I tried reducing the dosage again, but only emptied one-third. A headache came back, along with nausea.
Be careful with this pill.
If used properly it works wonders. But that headache is not worth the crazy sex.
Note that upon taking PowerZen, I have on several occasions experienced “Blue Vision” where lights trail and the color seems tinted blue. That’d nothing to worry about; it means the pill is working and sex that night is going to be very memorable.
But it also means you’ve probably taken too much and you’ll get that headache after the sex. Don’t worry about your vision, though.
Blue Vision wears off in under an hour according to my experiences.
I was able to last a lot longer than in the past. The Bad part, was the terrible sinus headache, I thought I was getting sick from the air conditioning, bad leg, and back pain still 6 days later.

I got a severe headache, tingling at my fingertips. I could not concentrate on anything for the next 2 days.
What makes it better is ejaculating. every time you ejaculate I think the pressure (blood) decreases and makes it a little better, but you need 2-3 days to feel better and 4-5 days to feel normal. I took Powerzen Silver.
There was no headache sign on the pack. This gives a constant headache It’s 6-% lower than Powerzen Black but still difficult to bear.
I had fingertip tingling pain and lower back pain. Recovery times are similar to black.
Note: Erections are strong but I would prefer something else.
There were no headaches whatsoever. With either whole pill or halves..can go all night.

It stayed in my system for about 3-4 days. There are side effects though.
I get migraine-like symptoms on the day I take the pill, and I get spontaneous, rock-hard erections for days after at inopportune times (think back to when you were going through puberty). It’s highly recommended, but just keep the side effects in mind.
Other than that it’s wonderful, just keep some Tums handy.
About an hour later it hit me after taking them. It made me beastly horny and hard like crazy.
