Optimal Stack and Muscle Factor X Combo Reviews
By: Rob MillerFact Checked On: 5-3-2018
Who doesn’t want 6 pack abs and chiseled arms, chest, and shoulders?
Most guys would want this, but few ever achieve it.
We recently came across a men’s health (not the actual men’s health site, it’s a copy) blog post about 2 products that apparently do just this, called Optimal Stack and Muscle Factor X.
This blog talks about how these 2 products have been used by celebrity’s such as Gerard Butler and Ryan Reynolds, to help him get ripped for the filming of the movie 300. What they don’t tell you is the complete BS this story really is, and I am about to tell you why.
The Optimal Stack and Muscle Factor X Story
So your browsing through facebook, twitter, or some other social networking site, and you come across this ad talking about “getting ripped” in just 4 weeks. Curiosity sparks you to click the ad, and it apparently takes you to someones personal blog where he shares a “story” about how he got ripped in less than 6 weeks. This “men’s health” expert goes on to say that he combined Optimal Stack and Muscle Factor X, both of which are pre-workout supplements.
He actually goes on with a weekly synopsis of his results, stating that felt an overall increase in energy and endurance, and also lost a bunch of weight very quickly. The blog even provides before and after photo proof that the Optimal Stack and Muscle Factor Xcombo works, and optimal stack reviews towards the bottom seem to support this theory.
The Products
Let’s take a closer look at these 2 supplements to see how they really work.
Muscle Factor X – As indicated on the official website for Muscle Factor X, it looks like it uses L-Arginine HCL as it’s primary ingredient. L-Arginine was first discovered in the late 1970’s to help increase the production of Nitric Oxide (sometimes known as N.O.). It is used in countless pre-workout supplements, and is often paired with all natural aphrodisiacs to help treat erectile dysfunction.
Arginine has been shown in several studies to help encourage the secretion of growth hormone, but no conclusive evidence has proven this works for everyone.
Muscle Factor X specifically contains 3 different variations of L-Arginine, and also has L-Citrulline (an amino acid) and Dipotassium Phosphate (a food additive). They do give an exact quantity of L-Arginine, stating that it contains 267 mg. Reviews of Muscle Factor X are not hard to find, but the vast majority of them are fake reviews aimed at trying to get you to by the product.
Update!! I finally got a chance to try out Muscle Factor X, and my suspicions were right….It doesn’t work!! Want to learn more about my results? Check out my full Muscle Factor X review here.
Optimal Stack – Optimal Stack brands itself as a pre-workout energy and focus amplifier, and cites that it is a scientifically proven pill for energy, massive pumps, and mental focus and intensity. Finding information like the ingredients and reviews for Optimal Stack was….difficult, to say the least. The official website does not give any information on the ingredients and their quantities, but apparently his lord “Jesus” does have a review on their saying his results were incredible.
The Catch
Back to the main part of the story. So, they say that using Optimal Stack and Muscle Factor X is actually clinically proven, but you have to use both of them at the same time. They even provide links to these supposed “risk” free trials, and mention that you need only pay a couple of bucks for shipping. Sounds like a great deal, right? This is where the fine print comes in…
If you do decide to buy Optimal Stack and Muscle Factor X, you are taken to their individual pages by clicking on these links. After you put in some basic information (name, address, phone #, etc.) you are led to a page that says you need to input your credit card info in order to pay for the shipping, and that their offer expires “tomorrow”.
So you think, “Ok, I have nothing to lose except for a few bucks, let’s take them up on their offer”. Besides, it’s only $4 or so for shipping for both, so that’s only $8, big deal…Well, here is where they get you…What they “barely” tell you in the fine print is this:
Optimal Stack – If you don’t cancel your order within 14 days of ordering, they will charge you $87.47 for the bottle received, plus enroll you in a monthly recurring billing option which will charge you every 30 days for a new months supply of Optimal Stack.
Muscle Factor X – If you don’t cancel your order within 14 days of ordering, they will charge you $79.95 for the bottle received, plus enroll you in a monthly recurring billing option which will charge you every 30 days for a new months supply of Optimal Stack.
But wait, I thought they said it was FREE? No, they actually said it was “risk” free and that it was a trial, and they are actually well within their legal rights to do this. A trial is different from a sample, and supplement companies such as this have been getting away with this for a long time. I can’t even begin to tell you how many scams like this I have come across, including combining Sytropin and hard knight, sytropin and muscle factor x, muscle x edge and sytropin, and countless other supplement combo’s.
The Bottom Line
So hear you are, staring at your credit card bill, wondering how something like this could have happened. Don’t feel bad, as there are literally THOUSANDS of guys worldwide that have fallen for this type of “scam, including many that i see from reading optimal stack reviews. The good thing is, there are some things you can do about it. First, you will want to contact the company directly and immediately cancel your order (that is of course, that you don’t want it!). Usually, the customer service agent will help you out, but if they give you a hard time you can always contact your credit card company to get it resolved. Both optimal stack and muscle factor x I believe have a refund policy, so you may be able get your money back if you contact them on time.
Does combining these 2 supplements really work? Most likely not, and if it truly was a miracle combo, you would probably hear more about it from more “reputable” news sources. If you come across a specific combo like optimal stack and muscle factor x that you would like to get our professional opinion on, please contact us and we will try to help you out.

Have you used this supplement?
Thanks for the info. I was suckered in by the “free trial” The latest combo is the Optimal Stack you spoke of and a product called TrigX2. Ever heard of it? Its a Post Workout Booster it says. You saved me from a lot of hassle. TrigX2 says I don’t have to ship back the unused product.
Optimal Stack says I have to ship back the unused product within 30 days of original order. Should I try to use them both and see what happens until I have to ship one of them back?
Thanks AGAIN for making me aware of the “Free Trial”. I am off to workout now, but when I get home I will be sure and like you on FB. Thanks MAN!!
I am 32 yrs, 6ft 195lbs. I just finished the P90X (also do taekwondo) program and my results are not what I was hoping for. I am stronger and have slimmed down, was 213 lbs before I started the program. I take multivitamins, fish oil, alive, protein shakes, and the P90X recovery shake.
Should I do a different workout program to gain more muscle mass.
What kind of products (supplements pills shakes) do you suggest for building muscle mass?
Screw optimal stack. They are a shady company, fortunately I'm getting my money back. It is a shame because I actually got decent results, but they screw you over and become a hassle.
I'm interested in this nitrocut I believe you said.
Thanks

I'm in Australia & got caught with Optimal Stack & MassPM as did many Aussies; but their Australian Number is not connected,,,Any suggestions how I can get hold of them to cancel & stop the debits.....I ahve strong contacts in Authorities over here but don't want to use them unless absolutely necessarily....and I will warn them about influencing via Social Media if they don't cancel immediately....Cheers & Thanks -Graeme
If you work through your credit card company or bank, you should be able to get a number that works. If not, ask them not to accept any more of their charges. Hope that helps!- Rob
Do you know if any of the ingredients in optimal stack has amphetamines ? I recently tested positive for meth and I'm not a meth user. I can't think of anything else I may have taken to get a positive reading. I have had no luck in getting a response from the company, website, ect. I'm being suspended for a month and that's going to hurt my family and I financially. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you -Llewellyn
None that I know of, but since they don't disclose their ingredients, I don't have any way of really knowing. I'm not sure what phone number you used to contact them, but this is the one I found: 1 866 757 8473. (If calling from outside the US, use 001 866 757 8473). Their hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern Time in the US. Hope that helps.- Rob
I got amazing pumps, my veins looked swollen. The energy level was spectacular, and most of all I felt relentless. My body actually went out of commission before my energy and motivation did.
I left the gym wanting to do more, but knowing my body couldn’t. I would highly suggest this supplement as a must have in your stack.
I run 30 to 40 miles a week. I want to get a beach body, get toned.
What do you guys think. are this good choices.
I don’t really have any experience with these products. I’ll look into them and post reviews in the next few weeks. I’ll let you know when they’re up. In the meantime, download my free “getting ripped” ebook for some meal and workout tips for that beach body you’re looking for.

So I cant say it was good or bad, but am about to get back into working out using them and will put it to a test.
About the whole scam thing (which is what really caught my eye here): they started charging me as well. A month after the free samples I received more for around 80 bucks.
But actually I only got more of the HGH (I called them, told them what happened, they said no problem, send back unopened and ill get full refund – did so, happened so), where muscle factor X just sent me another free sample of Thermo Factor X (no idea what that now is?!) but since I haven’t been charged nor received more bottles the whole deal didn’t cost me more than 14 bucks in the end and I now have 3 supps standing here.
Bottom Line: Little shady business trick, agreed, but nothing that I couldn’t fix with one call talking to a polite/professional rep. I have the feeling that at last/at least the placebo-effect (if not the true ingredients) will help me with my goals.
I will give it a try.
Do u think I should use those products or what do u recommend? Thanks alot
I’m not a big fan of either of those products. In your case, I’d stack Nitrocut for your pre-workout with a creatine supplement called Muscle Advance. And you’ll want to download my free ebook on How to Get Ripped. It’s loaded with tips on diet and workouts that’ll get you to your goals. Best of luck and let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.

At your age, I wouldn’t be messing around with taking too many supplements. most of them have never been tested on people under 18, and you’re still growing. If you really feel like you need something, use Creatine from Muscle Advance. It has been tested on younger guys, and it’s safe. Also go take 100% Whey Gold Standard from Optimum Nutrition. It’s the best tasting protein ever. I know eating right can be hard (it’s my personal downfall), but do your best. It’s so important. Sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook for some helpful tips.

I almost bought into the optimal stack and 1285 muscle supplements until i came to your review. You just saved my life.
Now i am 24 at 5’4 and 130lbs. I’ve been lacking energy at the gym though i only workout 3 times a week. My goal is to gain more lbs and muscle.
I’ve been taking isoflex protein but no pre-workouts and am thinking maybe i should start. Is nitrocut for me or do you have any other recommendations? thanks
Glad I could help! Based on your stats and goals, I would say a stack of Nitrocut along with an creatine supplement called Muscle Advance would work best for you. Also, be sure to limit your cardio, and you need to eat! 6X a day, well-balanced meals with a good amount of complex carbs in the AM, and at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight (so in your case about 195 grams of protein per day). Hope this helps and good luck!

just want to know. what do you mean by a stack of nitrocut? And aslo, is the muscle advance creatine another preworkout supplement to take with nitrocut? how much should i consume daily with the 2?
Thanks.
When I say “stack”, I mean to take 2 different supplements during the same time period. To stack Nitrocut and Muscle Advance is to take both supplements each day. Muscle Advance is a creatine supplement that helps you pack on lean muscle fast. It provides bursts of energy to your muscles in quick releases so you can lift more weight and build more muscle. You’d take each supplement according to the instructions. Take 2-4 Nitrocut capsules 45 minutes before breakfast and 2-4 more 45 minutes before working out. Take 3 Muscle Advance Creatine tablets spaced out during the day. Taking both supplements each day is called “a stack”. You can click on the links here for more information on both Nitrocut and Muscle Advance Creatine. Hope this helps, and let me know if I can help you with anything else.

Little bit of a different issue! 27 6’4 165…. I want to bulk up and get muscles, but I seem unable to.
I eat all the time… And can’t gain a pound. I would like something to build muscle “faster” and help me bulk up.
You’d be surprised how many emails I get from guys who can’t put on weight. There are a few things I advise them (and you) to do. First of all, cut down on cardio and start lifting heavier. Eat more real food, mainly carbs and proteins. Keep track of how much you’re adding. Start with about 500 calories a day. If that doesn’t do anything, add more. As far as supplements go, stack Nitrocut and Muscle Advance Creatine. Also add in a daily protein shake. I like 100% Whey Gold Standard from Optimum Nutrition. You can get it at GNC. If you do all that, you’ll put on some pounds.

I received the NitroCUt and looks VERYGOOD, I strated taking 2 pills in the Morning and 2 pills, 45 minutes B4 the Workit out; but I’m having a little Headache. That’s normal?? I’m feeling very good, just that!!
Thanks
It’s not uncommon to get headaches when starting a new supplement of any kind. In fact, I think they almost all list headaches as a mild yet possible side effect.
Try cutting the dose in half for a couple days to see if you can get the same benefits without the headaches. It usually works for me.
Rob

I am 5’6 and 190 I need to lose this weight and I dont work out that often. What can I do or take to get the weight off even if I dont work out that often.
Of course, eating right and exercising are the best ways to lose weight, so I’ll start off my suggesting you sign up for my free “get ripped” ebook full of meal and exercise plans. But if you want to lose weight with the least amount of effort, go with a fat burner like Phen375.
Rob

Our favorite fat burner is Phen375, but it looks like you’re looking at pre-workouts, in which case I’ll recommend Nitrocut. It’s the best non-stimulant pre-workout supplement I know for getting you the most benefit from your workouts.

There are as many ways to handle cheat days as there are guys trying to get ripped. You kind of have to experiment and find out what’s right for you.
Some ideas: Do just a cheat meal once a week, and let yourself eat whatever you want at that meal with no calorie counting; Allow yourself an extra 500 or 1000 calories for the day; Eat the good food you’ve been eating, just eat more so you feel more satisfied. Same goes for how often to do a cheat day, whether it’s once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month.
A lot of it depends on how hard and how often you’re hitting the gym, and on what works for you psychologically.
Hope that helps define it for you a little better.

I stop playing semi pro football after slightly tearing my mcl and now I’ve put on bout 40lbs. I’m cleared to work out with no restrictions but I want to take something to get rid of my fat fast especially my belly.
Sorry for the late reply, and glad I could “save you” from that free trial nightmare. I am a 29 year old male about 185 6’5″ and do a lot of cardio workouts….I also do numerous ab workouts and pushups but can’t get rid of some belly fat to gain a 6 pack. Was looking at your posts and was wondering if Nitrocut and Phen375 were to much for the results I want!
Thanks for any help you can provide!
Jordan
You mention in this post that you’re 6’5″ and 185 pounds. In the last post, you wrote your weight but not your height.
In this case, no, I don’t think you need Phen375. Just go with the NitroCut.
Rob

I have been reading a lot of your posts and like your ideas! Was wondering, I am 29 185 pounds male that runs, cycles, and various ab workouts/situps during the day but can’t get rid of that extra belly fat to gain that 6 pack….do you think Nitrocut and Phen375 is to much for me to burn that belly fat and gain more ab and peck muscles?
I should also add I can eat a crap ton of food at once so an appetite suppresant would be great! Thanks for any advice you have Rob!
Truthfully, your best bet for losing your belly fat (on top of what you’re already doing with exercise) is eating less and eating right. That said, stacking NitroCut and Phen375 is exactly what I would recommend for you. You shouldn’t need the Phen375 for long though. Just a couple of months should do the trick. Then stick with just the NitroCut after that.
Rob
SupplementCritique.com
Start out by stacking Phen375 and NitroCut. Phen375 is a great fat burner and appetite suppressant, and will help you drop the weight fairly quickly. Nitrocut is a stimulant-free pre-workout that does everything you want it to do, but doesn’t get you all jacked up and jittery like a lot of the other stuff out there. You shouldn’t need the Phen375 for long. Then just stay with NitroCut.
As for workouts, sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook. It’s loaded with workouts and schedules, plus it’s got some great meal plans as well.

I work out almost regulary but i just cant get rid of the fat or gain the muscle like i want to. I will be going in the marines soon and 170lbs is the weight limit for my height.
What are some cost effective supplements or protien powders you could suggest for getting rid of the fat and gaining the muscle so i can reach my goal of 170lbs of straight muscle. Thank you for any advice
Go with NitroCut and Muscle Advance Creatine. The NitroCut is a pre-workout supplement to keep your muscles working hard and efficiently when you workout. Muscle Advance Creatine will put on the muscle. Phen375 is the best fat burning around, but it’s expensive so I don’t know if you want to go there.

Im 25 years old, recently finished school going to night classes. From working during the day and school at night i put on about 40lbs (went from 195 to about 235).
I recently got back into a gym and was wondering if you had any suggestions for a fat burner and muscle building combo or as separates I could use to help me get back into shape. Thanks for any help you could offer.
-Keith
At first, take Phen375 and NitroCut. The combination of fat burner and pre-workout NO booster will get you dropping the fat quickly. After a couple months (whenever you’ve lost most of the fat you want to), drop the Phen37 and add in Muscle Advance Creatine for muscle building. Good luck Keith, and keep in touch.

I wanted to ask you. I got the phen375 and the nitrocut you recommended to me first time off and they are working great.
But I saw in a previous comment something about muscle advanced creatine. Do you think it would be okay to add that to my stack of phen375 and nitrocut so I can build muscle faster as the more muscle you have the better your metabolism is..or something of that nature.
Just want to make sure its not bad to combine all three. Thanks for your help

I’m curious to what supplements I should take to gain muscle and shred fat. I’m 6′ 2″ 22 years old and weigh 204lbs. I’m in athletic shape but I let my stomach get bigger over past few years.
I go to gym 5 days a week for 1 hour a day. I want something to burn fat quick and gain muscle fast.
The stack you want is Muscle Advance Creatine with Phen375. The creatine will build the muscle while the Phen375 burns the fat. After a few months, you should see the kind of weight loss you’re looking for. At that point, switch out the Phen375 for NitroCut. It’s a great pre-workout for giving you energy and pumps without the jittery feeling you get from most of the others.

The most important things are, as you know, diet and exercise. Make sure you sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook for workout routines and meal plans to help you move toward your goals. As for supplements, at your age, just go with NitroCut. It’s a great pre-workout supplement that gets you pumped without caffeine or other traditional stimulants. The other stuff, like testosterone boosters and HGh releasers, aren’t going to do much for you at your age. They won’t hurt, but they won’t help as much as they would if you were 40 instead of 20.

I’m 24. I’m 6’2 and I’m about 190 lbs. I would say I have a fairly athletic build. I just mainly want to know how to shred the fat around my stomach.
I hit the gym regularly (about four times a week) or at least that’s what I try to do. I take C4 extreme pre workout and I drink EAS myoplex for my protein afterwards.
I’ll be honest, my diet is not the best by any means and every time I eat I’m always bloated and my stomach just blows up. I just really want to get a chiseled six pack and lose the fat around my stomach.
Obliques and all. Any suggestions?
Thank you so much.

I am a 5’4 34 year old male. I weigh 130 pounds.
I struggle with the stomach like most men. I don’t know what to do anymore. I would like to be maybe 135 thin with muscle.
I don’t want too much muscle but want to have a nice toned body. What do you recommend for me?
I have been eating low glycemic foods because I have anxiety and tend to stress out alot so I was told that I need to stay away from foods such as potatoes and anything white grain because that makes my cortisol levels rise.
Use a stack of Phen375 and NitroCut. The Phen375 is a fat burner and appetite suppressant to help you lose the fat. The NitroCut is a pre-workout supplement to get you to the gym and make sure you get the most of your workouts when you do. Neither of these should interfere at all with your low Glycemic Index diet. I’ve been told I was a “hard gainer” (not sure what that means) but I upped my protein intake significantly along with fruits/veggies and not really seeing great results. I’ve only been taking whey protein after workouts, any suggestions you could give would be awesome.
Gaining can be as hard or harder than losing for some guys. I don’t know your workout, but I’m going to assume that you’re lifting hard and heavy. As for intake goes, you need to increase the amount of real food you’re eating. Start with an extra 500 calories a day for a week. If you don’t gain, add another 500. Make sure it’s not fat you’re adding. Keep it mainly protein and some carbs, and keep it consistent. Have you tried creatine? I use Muscle Advance Creatine when I want to pack on the muscle.

I am 32, 6’0 and have an athletic build. I’ve been in sports all my life but have never been able to get ripped, mostly because of how I eat.
Now, with my sedentary job and new baby I am 15lbs overweight. Main problem is food…I will be good for the majority of the week and then implode on the weekend.
Working out has become a challenge due to limited time. One week I will work out 4 days and the next 0-1.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Yeah, I’ve got a few suggestions for you. First of all, if you haven’t already, you should sign up for my free “get ripped” ebook. It lays out some great diet and exercise plans that you should be able to stick with. As for supplements, go with a stack of Phen375 for suppressing appetite and NitroCut for getting you energized for your workouts and helping you get the most out of the days you do make it to the gym.

Everything stays the.same but the secondary product.
I was wondering what you can suggest for me. I’m 5 ft 11inches and currently weigh 175. I’m looking to lose 5 or 10 lbs of fat but want to pack on more muscle. I’ve been doing insanity for two weeks right now to burn the fat and plan to hit the gym when I drop to around 167lbs. What do you suggest I should do.
I haven’t seen so much results with insanity and my diet is completely revamped with more fruits/veggies, low carbs, high protein. thanks for your support rob.
Glad I could help, and help us spread the word by liking us on Facebook and sharing with your friends! First off, you should start hitting the gym now, and lift heavy. Believe it or not, weight training is vital to help shed body fat, almost more so than cardio. But make sure you lift weights first, than do High Intensity Interval Training. Sign up for my free ebook to get great tips on diet and exercise routines crafted for you. Also, as far as supplementation is concerned, you should try a stack of Nitrocut pre workout and HyperGH 14X, they will help get you on the right track.

I am 72kgs and 5.6, I am trying to have a well trimmed body. I “tried the risk free trial” of Muscle factor X.
Well, I should say i quickly got the gist with the credit card and I told them right away to cancel my membership. Anyway, back to the product itself.
I tried it once and I should say I took it after my workout and my breakfast although it says take one capsule before your workout or breakfast. I suddenly realized as I was working that I felt like I was falling sick, I could literally hear my heart beating and the pumping of blood in my carotid artery.
Is this at all normal, or is it just because I took the capsule and then did not follow this up with a workout? Actually I then resorted to another 1hr of strengthening workout.
And it seems all the side effects disappeared. I am still unsure though if I should continue with the supplement since I reacted this way.
Root
Yeah that’s probably the result of whatever stimulant they are putting in it. My guess would be, based on your symptoms, that it probably contains Yohimbe, which is an effective but controversial stimulant.
It causes numerous side effects, including nausea, fever like symptoms, heart palpitations, etc. On the flip side, it can give you a raging hard-on and a huge energy boost. I say if you decide to continue taking the supplement, you limit your dosage to the lowest possible amount.
Rob

I think in your case you need a stack of a creatine supplement like Muscle Advance creatine and an HGH releaser like HyperGH 14X. The creatine will help with gaining mass, but the HGH will help keep a lean physique.

What can I use to energize, burn fat and sculpt the look that I’m looking for. Thanks!
Start taking a stack of Phen375 and NitroCut The Phen375 is a great fat burner that also has an appetite suppressant element to it. That’ll help you drop the pounds fairly easily. The NitroCut is a great pre-workout supplement. It helps with energy and stamina for your workouts, and it also makes your workout that much more effective. Also, check out my free “get ripped” ebook. It’s packed with meal plans and workouts that will get you where you want to be!

Thanks so much for doing this review and helping me make sense of Optimal Stack.
I am 21 years old and 198 pounds but I would like to lose around 10 pounds and become firm and fit…trying to get rid of stomach fat and have a strong core in time for my wedding.
I currently use a protein powder from Dymatize but that’s about it besides basic running and abs. Where is a good place to start?
Thank you for your comments if you have time!
Go with NitroCut. It’s a pre-workout supplement based on the idea that nitric oxide gets your blood pumping so you’ve got energy and your muscles are getting the oxygen and nutrients they need for peak performance during your workout. Also, check out my free “get ripped” ebook. It’s perfect for you!

I’d stay away from these combos that you keep seeing pop up on social media and the like. They don’t tend to be any of your best supplement options. You could go one of two ways. Nitrocut is a pre-workout supplement that can get you pumped for your workouts and help you get more out of them. Muscle Advance Creatine is a creatine supplement in capsule form that can help pack on lean muscle mass. They would both help you get ripped, but the creatine will do more in terms of packing on the muscle. Also, pick up my free ebook. It’s full of advice about meal plans and workouts that can help you get ripped.

Try NitroCut. I think it’s perfect for your situation. You’ll have energy and endurance to give your best to your workout, and the nitric oxide boost will help get nutrients and oxygen to your muscles so they get the best possible benefit from what you do.

First of all, you need to grab a copy of my free “get ripped” ebook. It’s filled with meal plans and workouts to get you where you want to be. As for supplements, start with NitroCut. It’s a great NO pre-workout supplement that’ll get you energy and pumps. If you want to add muscle, go with Muscle Advance Creatine. It’s the best creatine supplement I’ve found.

Have low energy level. Had testosterone test done.
Was in average/low range. Dr. said was fine.
What do you suggest for energy boost? Email response would be great.
Thanks!!
Even though your testosterone levels aren’t low enough for Testosterone Replacement Therapy, that doesn’t mean you couldn’t benefit from an herbal testosterone supplement like Testo Fuel. If your levels got up to the average/above average range, you’d feel better, with more energy.

Years ago. My question is are there supplements to help
Give me more energy and to help me build muscle?
I know I am not that old to be feeling tired all the time.
You help and advise is appreciated.
Tony
In your case, I’d go with a stack of NitroCut and Testo Fuel. Use NitroCut as a preworkout supplement. It’ll give you great energy and endurance, and you’ll get more benefit out of your workouts than you could without it. This is primarily because of the increased blood flow to your muscles bringing them more oxygen and nutrients. The Testo Fuel will help in a few ways. At 55, your levels could probably use a boost. You’ll find yourself with lots of energy, you’ll feel generally better, and you’ll kick that tired-all-the-time feeling.

Will it help at all? Thanks ahead for any advice
You may get some benefit out of it. It’s hard to tell because they don’t tell you how much of the active ingredients (mainly L-Arginine) is in it.
The real problem we have with it is that they choose to use shady marketing and sales practices. In my opinion, that doesn’t bode well for the product itself.
That said, I’d go ahead and use it since you already have it.

I’m 6’1″ and weigh 162lbs (float between 4.5% – 5% body fat). I have always had a defined body but as I gain in strength, I can never seem to gain in size.
I want to get to 175 lbs and gain a couple inches on my arms, legs, and chest. Any advice on supplements that may help me gain some size and weight but keep my body fat percentage?
Absolutely. To gain lean muscle, you really want go with creatine. My favorite for convenience and results is Muscle Advance Creatine. Good luck and let me know how it works out for you.

Josh again. I had a simple question yet possiblybhas a very obvious answer but I’m still gonna ask it.
Its okay to take both the nitrocut and phen375 same day as each other? I just want to make sure as I just got the phen delivered today.
Hanks for your input
Josh
No such thing as a stupid question, especially if it’s about safety! But yeah, taking Phen375 and NitroCut together is not a problem.
You’ll take 1 Phen375 before breakfast and 1 before lunch. Take the recommended NitroCut dose about half an hour before your workout.
Best of luck, Josh.

I want to be lean, but have some muscle. I have started to pack on the top 4 abs, but the lower abs are not coming in.
I want some definition all around. I dont want to be bulky by any means.
I just want to be lean with muscle. I recently did the Optimal Stack thing, and luckily I looked it over on Google because I was pumped to get it, and all I saw was negativity of all of the scam and rip offs they really do.
I am happy I found it and I cancelled. No product that is truly worthy will have to hide details like they did.
If a product is truly great, they will come right out with all of the stipulations and exact costs, knowing there consumer will come back. That wasnt the case for Optimal Stack.
They hid everything. Yes it was there, but they hide it.
So any suggestions on something I could start doing that wont cost way too much? But will still get the job done.
First of all, congratulations on your weight loss and on getting in shape. I’d go with NitroCut. It’s the best pre-workout supplement I’ve found. It gets me really motivated to get to the gym, and you can feel the difference in energy and endurance during and after your workout. You should also check out my free “get ripped” ebook. I just started the zone diet which is healthy balanced meals for crossfit but not seeing abs or muscle gains. Any advice?
Sure, I have a couple of things for you. First of all, you should up your calorie intake, but make sure it’s lean proteins and not fat. Secondly, make sure you’re not doing too much cardio. You want to focus on lifting, the heavier the better. Lastly, add Muscle Advance Creatine to your supplement routine. It’s the best supplement I know for packing on the muscle.

I’m very active with my job, climb and build radio towers. I weigh in at 150 pounds and I can’t seem to get any bigger.
I open to any suggestions. I travel a lot so my workout routine basically consists of push-ups and sit ups.
Thanks for your time!
If I’m understanding you correctly, you already workout, and you want to know if there are supplements that can help even if you don’t step up the diet and workout routine to the next level. The short answer is yes. Supplements will help to a point without changing a thing. Of course, the harder you work on diet and exercise, the better the results you’ll get. For you, I’d go with Phen375 to burn fat and Muscle Advance Creatine to burn muscle.

I’m glad I came across your site as I was about to make the mistake of buying into that whole gimmick of buying that combo of optimal stack and prolexin. I’m 24 years old between 6-6’1 and weigh almost 220.
I’m really looking to slim down and tone my body but my core is a key area. I want to get my weight if possible back to 180-190 lbs. even though I workout on a regular basis doing weights and cardio I seem to not be able to lose the weight especially around my stomach and midsection area and I would really love to see my abs.
Are there any supplement combos you would recommend to help me? I have never taken any supplements or anything before.
Thanks in advance
Josh
I hear you! That extra fat around the middle is the hardest to lose. If I were you, I’d go with a stack of Phen375 and NitroCut. The Phen375 gets you motivated and energized for working out. The Phen375 burns fat so it’ll help you take off the weight. Best of luck, Josh, and keep in touch.

Glad to run into your website and read about optimal stack. I was wondering what supplement and work outs you would recommend for losing belly fat.
Im a 33yr old male, 5’9 was 205lbs but have lost 40lbs weighing in at 165lbs now. I did this by dieting and minimal workouts but what I can’t seem to get rid of my tummy as its flabby.
I don’t necessarily need a six pack but i just want it toned or leas flabby. I keep doing cardio, and sit ups but that doesn’t seem to help as much anymore.
Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks bud!
As for workouts, you need to get my free “get ripped” ebook. It’s got tons of great tips on how to lose belly fat through diet and exercise. In terms of supplements, I’d stack Nitrocut with Phen375. Use the Nitrocut as a pre-workout supp to get the most out of the workouts you do. Phen375 is a fat burner. It’ll help you lose the last of that weight. It can be really tough to take off. Hang in there thought, Steve. You’ll make it.

I came across a similar article on Facebook that directed to men’s health website. It talks about two supplements, amino prime and trig x2. Have you heard anything about these supplements? Do they work?
They look too good to be true, but thought I should ask an expert.
I wouldn’t recommend going with these “free trial” products. Even if you don’t get scammed, they usually end up being more hassle then they’re worth. Sounds like you want to get ripped, so I have a few recommendations for you. First of all, sign up for my free “get ripped” ebook. You’ll get loads of tips on foods and workouts that best work to your advantage. As for supplements, stack Nitrocut with Muscle Advance Creatine. Use the Nitrocut before working out to help with energy and endurance and the Muscle Advance Creatine afterward to help pack on the muscle.

I’m always happy when we save someone from the hassle of dealing with some of these difficult free trial scams! As for your stack, Phen375 is what you need for fat burning. Good to see you giving so many people so much advice.
I am 5.10 and 190lbs, very physically active with jobs and hobbies, 39 years old and always on the go. My trouble is food and how much I eat, I seem to be hungry all the time.
I struggle to loose weight as I’m always hungry.
Do you have any suggestions to suppress my hunger??
I would like to get around 175 to 180lbs

I am 23 y/o and weigh 250 lb. I am over 6 feet tall so thats good but I need to slim down. I just don’t really know what my goal or focus should be.
I hear you should loose fat before gaining muscle, I hear that working on gaining muscle looses the most fat. Please advise.
If you could recommend a goal and a whatever supplements you think I should consider, I would greatly appreciate it.
You’re a perfect candidate for my free “get ripped” ebook. It’s packed with workouts and meal plans to help you achieve your goals. Two things are absolutely paramount when you’re trying to get in shape, whether its getting lean or bulking up. You need to eat right and you need to exercise. As far as supplements go, it seems like your first priority is losing weight so I’d go with Phen375. It’s got the fat burning mechanism and the appetite suppression you’re going to need. If you want a jump start the muscle building process, go with HyperGH 14x, which will help in your quest to lose fat and gain lean muscle, without too much emphasis on bulk at first. Later down the road, we’ll talk about Muscle Advance Creatine for that bulk.

Glad I read your review before ordering Muscle Factor X (I just saw the link up on Facebook). Still, I’m hoping you can point me in the right direction for a proper supplement or workout regiment.
I’m 24 years old, 6’5″, and weigh 190 lbs. Needless to say, I could use a little muscle mass. Right now I work out with free weights and do calisthenics, no supplements.
I’m not exactly out of shape, but I can’t find a way to build the muscle mass I’d like to see. It takes about two days of down time for me to loose any size I’ve built.
Back when I was 18 years old, I had gotten up to 220 lbs. with a very low percentage of body fat. But that was from lifting 3-6 days a week and boxing 4 days a week.
Now that I’m working, I can’t find the time for all of that. Any advise on how to build back some muscle mass/gain some good weight?
I’d like to get back to at least 210 lbs. asap.
Thanks!
Yeah, these free trial scams are really something! It’s hard to believe they can get away with it.
If I were you, I’d go with a creatine supplement like Muscle Advance Creatine. It’s really the best way to go if you want to bulk up. If you’re looking for a stack, I’d add HyperGH 14x. If you haven’t already, you should sign up for me free “get ripped” ebook. It’s full of great tips for bulking up. Best of luck Jay!

I am 33 yrs old and just recovered from shoulder in February. I am 6’4 and weigh 220 lbs and played baseball in college.
I do construction for a living and lead an active lifestyle but I gained a lil gut and lost muscle while recovering from my surgery. Any suggestions to getting me back to my old self?
Thanks, Josh
Sorry to hear about your shoulder, but glad your doing better. Sounds like you don’t have too much weight to lose – you’re more interested in getting back in shape. So I’m thinking you might go with a pre-workout supplement to help keep you going and motivated. I like Nitrocut because it has exactly the amount of L-Arginine recommended for optimal effect. Most of the others don’t. If you want to, you can add in appetite suppression and fat burning too. In that case, I’d go with Phen375.

Congrats on your decision to get in shape! Obviously, the most important aspects of weight loss are diet and exercise. Make sure you get in plenty of cardio, but don’t neglect the weights altogether. If you haven’t already signed up for my free “get ripped” ebook, you’ll want to do that. There’s tons of information in there that can help. I’d say you’d benefit most from Nitrocut. It’ll help you go longer and harder on those 3 gym days, and you’ll the see results of your extra efforts pretty quickly. I noticed you’ve made a few recommendations to the previous posters and wondered if you had any recommendations for a 5’11” 42 year old at 215lbs. with 4 kids and a demanding job. I did p90x 3 years ago for four months with great results but it took me four months to do the three months of workouts.
I stopped the workouts and never got back on track after a death in the family. Do you have any recommendations for supplements to assist with burning fat while maintaining or increasing muscle mass for a guy my age who started working out again 3 – 4 times a week with P90x?
Thanks…
Glad to hear your getting back on the health wagon. What i would recommend to you is to take a testosterone booster like Testofuel, and stack it with a pre workout supplement called Nitrocut.

I’m 37, 6’2″ and around 205. I’m trying to get down to a lean, strong 185-190. I’m doing a lot of bootcamp-style workouts with HIIT tabata intervals and I’ve got a pretty good home gym setup. I’ve also recently started eating pretty strictly paleo for 3 weeks at a time.
What supplements would you recommend? I’ve tried OxyElite (I think that’s what it’s called – got it at vitamin shoppe) for fat burning but I’m not sure if it did much.
Thoughts?
Yeah I’ve tried Oxyelite pro too, with limited success. I think a stack of a pre workout supplement called Nitrocut, along with an hgh releaser called HyperGH 14X will get you the results your looking for. Keep up the HIIT and the paleo diet and I think you’ll see great results within a few months.

I am 6’7″ 245 lbs 25 yrs old and a former athlete. I’ve gotten pretty out of shape and am now working out about 2 hrs a day 6 days a week, mixing it up with cardio, weights, and cross training.
Mostly things I’ve done in the past to get results. I’ve been at it for about a month now and am not seeing the results I would like.
I still don’t have the endurance and strength I would like and my pesky gut is sticking around. Anything I can do to speed up the process?
Yeah it sounds like your doing the right thing as far as mixing up your workout regiment. One of the best ways to hit a plateau in your training is by doing the same thing week in, week out, so be sure your changing up the style and types of exercises your doing. Check out a stack of HyperGH 14X and phen375, this should help speed up the process.

Yeah at your age you should be careful about taking some supplements, namely because they could interfere with your growth. That being said, you should be ok taking creatine and protein. Can you help me out?
You should probably use a stack of a weight gainer and creatine. I haven’t tried too many weight gainers, but hear that Cyto Gainer is great for this. As far as creatine, I would recommend you check out a product called Muscle Advance Creatine.

What would you recommend for fat loss, but also muscle gain?
At 16, it’s not the best idea to be taking any supplements, as you are in the growth stages and some supplements could mess with your growth. However, at your age I was taking creatine, which is naturally found in many of the foods we eat and is safe to take at your age. Check out a product called Muscle Advance creatine for this.

Just wanted to say that I was also scammed into buying both products. Im 5’7, 199lbs, used to be a gym rat but since being married I’ve gotten soft throughout the yrs.
Ive started to go to the gym, got into biking, hiking, and running, but seems like there no way to lose belly fat. What would you recommend for this?
Also I used to drink Muscle Milk for post work out but I’ve been diagnosed with gout which i need to lay off anythingwith high protien. And suggestions? Thanks!
Your not the first one, trust me! As far as your cardio, you need to do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). When you are biking or running, you should do short, fast bursts of speed, and then rest for a minute. So, instead of running 3 miles at a constant rate, you would sprint for a minute, then walk for a minute, and repeat for the whole 3 miles.
As far as supplementation, I would recommend a stack of Nitrocut and Phen375 in your case.

My son takes after his mother ( 100 lbs soaking wet) and is going into his freshman year if high school. My son is an awesome wrestler and He currently weighs 85 lbs and needs to be at least 100 lbs in order to compete. Wrestling season starts in November, can you please give me some advise on what he should do to gain weight and what supplements are safe for him to take at 14 years old? Thanks
The only supplement that would be ok at his age would be creatine (check out Muscle Advance) and whey protein (check out gold standard whey). I took them both at his age and had no problems. Creatine and protein are both all natural and found in many everyday foods.

Now keep in mind I haven’t lifted a weight in like 15 years or so but I still have a good build . I don’t think it’s going to take to much time to get results I want .
I used to be an athlete was kinda solid in high school but its really been a long time. Let me know if there is any advice you can give me thank you.
Jimmy
Wow, that’s a huge drop, congrats! I think that combining a product such as Phen375 along with Nitrocut will get you going in the right direction. Signup for my free “Get Ripped” ebook too, it will give you great tips on meal plans and exercise.

I’m 23 years old, 5’6 weighing at about 120lbs. I have a really fast metabolism and I play soccer. I have tried to gain weight taking different shakes but gaining weight has always been a problem for me.
My ultimate goal is to remain lean but have more muscle mass. Is there any product or exercise you can recommend me?
Thank you
If you want to gain size you need to stack a creatine supplement, like Muscle Advance Creatine, with Nitrocut to maintain lean muscle mass.
Rob

Nitrocut is for pre-workout, and the Muscle advance is for post workout recovery. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Bunch of crap!
I am 6’1″ and 130 pounds. I have an extremly fast metbaolism and no kind of dieting seems to work for me.
I am starting to hit the gym to gain some muscle mass. I am looking to build my mass and gain about 20 pounds.
Is there anything that could help me build what i am looking for?
For Mass, you should use creatine and protein. Check out Muscle Advance creatine, it’s the best I’ve used so far. For protein, I use Gold Standard whey protein. Tastes great and it’s relatively inexpensive.

I fell for that free risk trial and i did get the optimal stack (90) pills but they promised me the NO3 or something like that. I still havent received it.
Should i be worried what should i do? Im thinking of cancelling my credit card so i wont get billed ridiculously!!! please need advice thanks
No need to cancel it, call the company directly and cancel your trials. You can find their contact info on their official websites.

I’m 6’2 and 223. Looking at my BMI I am overweight by 25 lbs. I am looking to buy the nitrocut, because I want to lose weight meanwhile go to the gym, twice because I have 2 jobs and not a lot of time. Do you recomend nitrocut and also, do you have to take it for life, maybe you;ll stop and get all the weight back.
Thanks for making me stop buying muscle factor X and they mention trig 2x. Neither of those work??
Yes, Nitrocut would work well for you in your case. You would not have to keep taking it once you achieved the results you’re looking for, and as long as you maintain a healthy diet and exercise you should be good. Muscle Factor X and Trig X2 may indeed work, but the free trial is very unfair.

So I unfortunately fell for this scam 2 days ago, and I’ve been trying to cancel online but I haven’t gotten an email conformation from them saying that my orders have been canceled. I tried calling them directly too but both numbers put me on hold.
What should I do???
Call your credit card company. When you do, explain to them what the problem is, and they will CERTAINLY have the appropriate contact number.
In addition, they will probably even run a 3 way call with the merchant, which will solve your problem instantly.
Rob

So good news, according to the websites both of my orders have been canceled, however I still received both of my “free trial” prescriptions in the mail today, even though I canceled them 2 days later…should I be worried?
When you cancelled the orders did they issue you an RMA # or tell you that you need to send the ununsed portion back?
Rob

They didnt say anything about sending back the unused bottles, and I did receive a confirmation email regarding my cancelation. I’ll keep checking to make sure that it is canceled for good.

So I am looking to start turning my life around. I am 22 years old and have been overweight my entire life.
I am 6’3” and 320 lbs. The only exercise that I have really ever done is running. I find the gym really intimidating, but I need to start doing something.
Any suggestions on how to get started? I have done a million diets, but I am looking for something better and more effective!
Thanks, Cody
In your case it looks like you would just need a pre workout booster, like Nitrocut. Glad to here you caught onto the scam early, I can’t tell you how many others I have heard from that didn’t.

I am 6’3″ 250lbs. I am a decent size, but need a little help in the middle and my chest. Any recommendations on fat burning supplements while getting leaner and cut?
I have a good frame, but have been lazy with the working out lately.
Yeah a combo stack of Nitrocut and Phen375 should help you. Also, if you want to lean out, lift heavy and do short interval training. Just slogging out 3 miles on a treadmill isn’t gonna cut it.

I’ve been looking for supplements i can stack that will help me gain muscle mass. Ive tried a few things but nothing seems to help my situation.
I’m 6’2 and 188lbs. I have a fast metabolism that i think sometimes burns the supplements as soon as i put them in. Are there any suggestions you could offer for me to build more mass?
Thanks,
Sean
For mass, have you ever tried using creatine? Check out a product called Muscle Advance, it’s the best I’ve used in awhile. Also, in order to gain mass, you need to eat. ALOT! But that doesn’t mean load up on pizza and burgers, you need to eat alot of the right stuff. Lean meats, fish, almonds, protein shakes, etc.

Any suggestions on supplements? Thanks
Sign up for my free “Get Ripped” Ebook, it talks specifically about people in your situation. If you want to drop the weight quicker, check out a stack of phen375 and proactol plus. It will help suppress appetite and stimulate your metabolism.

No problem, glad I could help. First off, if you haven’t already, sign up for my free “Get ripped” ebook. It’s packed with tons of workout tips and meal plans to help you shed the pounds faster. So I’ve been reading your responses to most people and it seems that I’ll be trying phen375 and nitrocut. But my question to you is what is the difference between phen375 and capsilex?
And is it safe to take both at the same time?
The main difference that I noticed between Phen375 and Capsiplex was that phen375 helped more with energy and fat burning, while capsiplex acted more as a appetite suppressant. I never took them at the same time, but I would imagine it would be safe to do so.

I am looking to join the marines and they have a weight limit for people my size of 192, and I am having trouble getting down to that size. Should I try taking something or just run harder everyday?
You need to do High Intensity Interval training, or HIIT for short. It involves short bursts of activity (think jumping rope, sprints, plyometric exercises, etc.), which helps to burn fat more effectively at rest. This will also prep you for boot camp pretty effectively. Take Nitrocut 1 hour prior to doing these workouts for the best results.
Rob

Maybe 2 of each a day?

I hear about all these products adevertising “lose weight and build muscle fast” like optimal stack and nitro whatever. Then I look at reviews of these products and they all say dont buy it, its a scam.
Is there anything out there that actually works?! Im 5’10” and about 190, a little pudgy around the waist and Im looking to lose some weight and build some muscle.
Are there any supplements out there to help give that boost during my workouts?
Yeah the biggest issue with alot of these products, like Optimal Stack, Muscle Revolution pro, etc. is that they funnel you into a free trial auto shipment program which keeps billing your CC continuously. Most guys don’t know what they are signing up for, and they end up getting billed $100’s before they realize!
In your case it looks like you just need to tone up, so I would say a pre workout formula like Nitrocut would be your best bet.
Rob
SupplementCritique.com
I also fell for the scam. Im 5′ 6 weigh 125 I want to gain muscle and tone up.
Any suggestions?
Based on your dimensions, I would say take a creatine supplement like Muscle Advance Creatine, along with a pre workout supplement called Nitrocut. Signup for the guide too!

I’ve been wanting to put on mass for a while now. I’m 5’5 138 pounds and 21 years old.
I eat, and eat, and eat and can’t put on anything. I’m a pretty ripped guy (8% body fat) but I want more pounds.
I currently use N.O explode, creatine, and whey protein. Should I dump any of these?
Hit the gym harder? any tips would help.
It sounds like you need to use a weight gainer. Unfortunately I don’t have too much experience with weight gainers, so I can’t make a product recommendation.
I would say visit your local GNC and see what they can offer up.

I am 5, 9 and weigh 260. I have Alot of muscle but A belly to go with it.I used to work out alot and am planning on getting back in the gym I would like to know the best stack to get on to burn fat and build muscle.I am on probation though and cannot fail a drug test can you help me find the right stuff
At your size, I would say a stack of Phen375 and Nitrocut will get you the results you desire. Neither one will show up on a drug test so you’ll be good.

I am 24 years old 5’5 weigh about 135-140lbs and have a small beer belly I am not happy with. I’m on and off on working out and looking to get back in the gym.
My main goal is to get a toned chest and lose weight around and on the sides of my stomach so my abs can start showing through. But I don’t want to be so light seeing as to how I only weigh 140 now.
I want to be maybe 160 with lean and toned muscle not ripped. Really just a beach body.
And im not really a dieter. What supplements do you recommend
At your size, I don’t think a diet is really necessary, you just need to bulk up and bit and then cut up. Start off with a creatine supplement, like Muscle advance, and cycle it with a pre-workout supplement called Nitrocut. Best way to go to get you the body your looking for. Don’t forget my guide on the right hand side too, it’s free.

ok. So I’m about 225lb now.
I did p90x and insanity last year and dropped down to about 205lbs. I did the muscle faxtor x and thermo trial it came with and cancelled it before the 14 days was up thank god. My issue is even though I am really active and work in construction I don’t have a ton of time to go to the gym I need to shave only around my torso and a tiny bit on “moobs” any suggestions to shave the weight quickly?
I eat mostly skinless chicken breast and fish but my diet has wavered a bit.
It sounds to me that all you would need to do is a regimen of pushups and ab exercises / planks and you would tone up really quick. Are you looking for a supplement that will help you with this, or specific exercises?
Rob
SupplementCritique.com
Love your site, I always find myself reading your opinion and reviews before buying/trying anything. Thanks for all the insight.
Need some advice though, I am 24 and have been out of shape for a couple years now. Try to be active here and there but havent had a consistent run.
I currently am 5’9″ 160 lbs with a small beer belly and not much muscle. I just recently started going to the gym everyday, running a mile a day and lifting weights.
Want to get the best and quickest way to get lean and toned, not ripped. What can I take and do to help speed the process up without changing my diet too much?
Thanks for your kind words, I’m glad I could help you guys out. If your just looking to get lean and toned, I would recommend you check out Phen375, it would probably be your best bet. But remember, diet plays a critical role in weight loss. You can’t just expect to eat whatever you want and shed the weight off. I’m not saying you need to become a vegan or anything, but just keep the fatty and sugary foods low on the priority list. If you have trouble controlling your appetite, check out a product called Capsiplex. Sign up for my ebook for more details.

I’m 5’10” about 165 but its all excess fat on my torso. I have practically no muscle mass.
I’m starting to work out and am looking for lean muscle not bulk.
Any recommendations?
If your looking for lean muscle than you should use a pre-workout supplement like Nitrocut.
Rob
SupplementCritique.com
At 135 pounds, it sound like you need to gain size. I would recommend you start taking creatine (like Muscle Advance), and stack it with a T-Booster like Testofuel. Be sure to eat right and get plenty of exercises, supplements will only help with the results, not just give them to you.
Rob
SupplementCritique.com
Glad I could help! It sounds like you’re on the right track with diet and exercise, so that’s good. You may want to look into stacking a pre-workout supplement like Nitrocut, with a fat burner like Phen375. DEFINITELY stay away from the creatine, it will not help in your case. Whey protein is fine, just don’t overdo it. 1 gram of protein per lb. is more than enough. And go easy out there in the Miami heat, I live in south FL too and it can be brutal!
Hope this helps and keep me posted.

What i like about this site Rob, is that you recommend different stuff to pople depending on their status. That’s going above and beyond.
Having 2 jobs I can only go the gym Fri-Sun. I was thinking about ordering Nitrocut and testofuel online.
Reading their information each suggest you take 4pills a day. I was wondering if taking Nitrocut in the morning and then Testofuel in the evening would be fine.
If so, how how many pills? Or do you recommend something else?
Thanks, Danny
Thanks for your kind words, I try to do the best I can. I think stacking Testofuel and Nitrocut would be a good idea in your case. Are you already somewhat fit, but looking for that extra push?

My first job is at Sears and I load trucks with appliances. Technically I’m pulling refrigerators and washers.
How can I divide both supplements? Thanks once again Rob and besides having a fun 4th of July, have a safe 4th of July.
What would you recommend I do to loss and keep my weight down?
Physical therapist have been unhelpful and the docs just pump me full of drugs.
That’s a tough one, because I am unsure if you can take any over the counter supplements. I would say Capsiplex would be your best bet, because it will keep you from overeating. But check with your doctor to be sure it’s safe for you to take.

What do u recommend to burn fat? The majority of my fat is in my belly, which I hear is so hard to lose.
Any advice on workouts and supplements will greatly be appreciated.
It happens, especially when were in our mid-30’s. You need to obviously workout and eat right, sign up for that guide I keep talking about, it will get you on the right track.

In your case I would recommend that you bulk up, then trim down. Start off with a pre workout booster like Nitrocut, followed by a post workout cycle of Muscle Advance Creatine. Lift heavy, eat alot, and get plenty of rest to gain the size you want. Once you hit your ideal size, then trim down with a fat burner like Phen 375. Be sure to sign up for that guide I keep talking about, it will give you more details on a regimen that suites you.

Really helpful info here. I am 29, 5’7 and normally 193lbs. Just getting out of a dual wrist fracture and just put on 10lbs.
Typically I ride by bike to and from work (7.5miles each way), run 2-3 times per week (2-3 miles per run) and I hit the gym 3x per week focusing on major muscle group workouts (Chest&Tri , Back&Bi’s, Legs&Shoulders).
I know shredding the 10lbs will be easy but once back in my routine but what can I take to increase weight loss/fat burning while maintaining my muscle mass?
I am happy with everything but my belly.
Change up your cardio routine to include High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Instead of running a flat 2 – 3 miles at the same pace, sprint for 30 seconds, then walk for 30 seconds. Repeat this for the whole 2 miles. You need to get your heart rate up, and then down, and then up again over and over. Also, you may want to consider doing this right after your weight lifting workout, as this is generally the best time to do it.
Take Nitrocut to help you power through these workouts, as well as help to maintain your muscle mass.

First I hope all is well ! And thanks for this info about muscle factor X I was actually about to enter my credit card info when I had a thought and decided to search a little more and guess what I found your site!
So thanks I close the page of muscle factor X ! .
Now really quick I know you busy I am 30 years old 5.9 I WAS 290lb . (not sure if I could say the name if anything let me know or remove the names) OXYELITE PRO( the old product )
Anyways I when down to 196lb well I started lifting weights and I like what i see . Since I am new at this can you please tell me what to take to help muscle gain I actually used a supplement named HAVOC but it just made me hungry and gain like 10pounds!
SMH. To make it simple for your body always been a little of the charts a VERY FAST METABOLISM.
HAVOC help but not enough it gave me a belly 🙁
That’s quite a drop in weight, great job! I would recommend you check out a supplement called Nitrocut, it should get you on the right track.

I’m a 17 year old male around 5’10”, 185lb. I’ve torn my MCL in my left knee 4 times over the past year and am worried about hitting the gym again. I’m hoping to play rugby in the fall so I definatly want to bulk up a little, nothing crazy, while also getting my knee back to 100%.
Due to my inactivity in the gym over the past year I’m bordering on about 24% body fat; so if you could recommend some supplement, shakes, and the like, as well as some exercises to help with my knee, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Dalton.
As far as exercises for the knee, I would think a physical therapist can help you better than I can (don’t really have too much experience with that). At 17, I technically wouldn’t want to give you any advice on supplements, as you shouldn’t take anything while your in the growth stages. That being said, I started taking supps when I was 16 and I turned out fine, but take my advice with a grain of salt. As far as supplements, I would say Nitrocut and Gold Standard whey protein will get you on the right track. Unfortunately, you will need to do some cardio to help burn the fat as well, which you’re limited because of your injury. Check with your doctor first, but I would say swimming is probably a good option for you.
Rob
SupplementCritique.com
I have never officially “trained”, aside from sit-ups, pull-ups and push-ups every morning after I swim. I would like to lean out to ~190 for improved climbing performance and gain the definition I have been close to achieving for the last 5 yrs but just seems out of reach…looking for no bulk, just lean mass, and have never taken a supplement.
Suggestions?? Thanks!!
I think Nitrocut would be right for you. You may want to stack with Testofuel as well, but start off with one supplement at a time, especially if you’ve never taken a supplement before. Start with the lowest possible dosage to assess your tolerance. As long as your not doing any heavy lifting exercises in the gym you should see no bulk.
Rob

In your case, I would recommend stacking Nitrocut and Phen375, they should get you on the right track. Also, remember that getting abs has 80% to do with the foods you put in your body. Your abs are always there, it’s just a matter of getting rid of that stubborn layer of fat over top of them. Sign up for my free “get ripped” ebook, it’s got tons of helpful information for this.
As far as ab exercises though, I always preferred doing scissor kicks, exercise ball crunch, planks, and hanging leg raises. Don’t forget to do lower back exercises as well to help strengthen your core.

I’ll actually let you know in a few weeks if it makes any difference, even though I highly doubt it.
Side note: There are two pages with a word for word article, but for Muscle Factor X combined with Amino Prime or Sytropin on mensfitnesstrend.com
The comments are identical too.
While the comments are allegedly moderated, I tried to comment just to point out that they’re full of shit, but the comments don’t actually go through.
Hi, I’m a 35, at 5’11 weighing about 182, I go to the gym 4days -2off taking protein shakes as well as some GNC ripped vitamin pack, also Rampage pre-workout, but I’m not seeing the results I want. I’m looking to get ripped and primarily get rid of this fat from my abdominal are.
I was thinking on adding HyperGH 14X Any other suggestions??
Follow some of the suggestions I made in the other comments, and combine with a supplement called Testofuel. This should help point you in the right direction.

The fine print is the same for many many many subscription services. I did it for proactive and canceled right before the deadline, allowing time for my package to atleast ship.
They did want the product back but didn;t matter if it was used or not, so naturally i emptied them ha. For these products 14 days seems to early a refund on a trial period. There is also no “official” website for these products. A major red light.
In your case, I would suggest you combine a high intensity exercise (think short sprints with 1 min. rests in between), along with a supplement like Phen375. It’s tough to actually BUILD muscle while trying to get ripped as well, but by following the suggestion above it will help to maintain your current muscle.
