Starting off, I only weighed in at around 165 pounds, which for me was way too low being 6 ft tall.
I decided that the best thing for me was to “load up” for about 5 days, and then do a 3 week maintenance phase. During the load up phase, I took 3 capsules of Muscle Advance Creatine 4 times a day, then during the maintenance phase I took 3 tablets a day. It really doesn’t matter whether you load up or not, you will just see faster results this way.
After using Muscle Advance Creatine for about 6 months, I gained 30 pounds of almost complete lean muscle mass, which was phenomenal! Of course, I had to combine it with a heavy eating regiment, cut out crap foods, and did very little cardio. I was surprised to see that the majority of my weight was not actually water weight, and I could tell this because the amount I was lifting went up significantly.
Recommendation
Since it takes a while for creatine to really kick in, I recommend that you get at least a 6 months supply of Muscle Advance Creatine to get the best results. Creatine Ethyl Ester absorbs better, so that could make it more effective, and you can use less. Ultimately, they both do the same thing. If you find a form that you prefer, then stick with it.- Rob

The only reason not to is because caffeine is a diuretic while creatine makes you retain water, so they kind of work against each other. But since water retention isn't the goal of creatine, just side effect, it's fine to mix them. Some say caffeine helps improve creatine absorption.- Rob

A lot of people avoid creatine while they're trying to lose weight because of the potential for bloating. But it's actually a great addition to a cutting stack because it helps you workout harder. That's not a problem at all. The only reason coffee could potentially be problematic with creatine (and it's not settled that it is) is because caffeine is a diuretic while creatine uses water. No caffeine = no problem.- Rob

You'll want to take them at least 2 hours apart because they both use the same pathways, and they'll compete over them if taken together. Take Glutamine before working out and before bed. Take Creatine first thing in the morning and after your workout, making sure to always leave a 2-3 hour window in between.- Rob

Generally speaking, creatine can be used for both bulking and cutting cycles. With that said, it has the potential to cause some serious water retention. If weight loss is your primary goal, I would recommend skipping the creatine and stacking Instant Knockout with a pre workout like Nitrocut.

Can I stack HYPERGH 14X with Nitrocut? If yes, how do I take it?
Yeah I don’t see any issues with stacking HyperGH 14X (http://www.HyperGH14X.com) and Nitrocut (http://www.Nitrocut.com). I would suggest you just stick to the dosing requirements on their respective labels, which would be:
HyperGH 14X – Take 2 tablets in the morning, 15 min. before your workout. Take your second dose of 2 tablets before bed.
Nitrocut – Take 2 – 4 capsules 45 min. prior to your workout, and try to take it on an empty stomach.

I don’t see an email from you. I don’t have experience with USM Anabol Testo, but the instructions I found online say to use a 5 days on/2 days off protocol, so that would indicate you take it on workout days and rest days during your 5 days on.

Lower your Taurine to 2 or 3 grams. Not sure what the best dose is for OAK.
Start your AAKG lower, say 1 or 2 grams, then work up if necessary, finding the proper dose. DAA is good, maybe start at 3 grams at first and move up to 5 if necessary.
Creatine is good. I believe in starting with low doses, so you find your optimal dose without using more than you need or than is effective.
I’d also take it 30 minutes before workout, not 15, and if you’re also taking it post workout, split your doses in half. Though I’m not sure why you’re taking these post workout.

It sounds like you’re trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, and that’s extremely hard. Your workouts and food intake need to be very precisely calculated to make it work. Better to bulk up first and then shred down. Use the Creatine with a non-stimulant pre workout like Nitrocut for the first phase. Lift heavy, eat a lot, and limit cardio. For the second phase, take Instant Knockout, you can keep taking Nitrocut if you want, increase your cardio, and take in fewer calories than you use each day. How many fewer will determine how fast you lose the fat. You’ll also want to take protein during both phases.

It is the same price and now only has 1900 mg of creatine in 3 pills vs 4500 mg in 3 pills of the mono hydrate. Can you recommend another brand of mono hydrate.

I am trying to lose body fat as well as keeping muscle definition and am taking the cutting stack with whey protein. Would adding creatine mess with the results?
Generally, you’d take creatine when you’re trying to add mass to your body, but you can use it during cutting as well. What creatine does is allow you to push more weight during your workouts so you build more muscle.
But if you’re doing that and watching your caloric intake and doing plenty of cardio to lose weight, the creatine won’t make you gain weight. It will just help you get stronger, but not bigger.
So it can work quite well for what you want. Be aware though that some people put on water weight when they use creatine, and you might not want to deal with that while you’re cutting.

The jury is still out on whether or not you need to cycle creatine. Your body makes creatine naturally, so you don’t need a break from the actual substance.
But it also may be true that supplementing with creatine slows down your body’s natural creatine producing process. That said, I tend to cycle all my supplements because I like to start with a clean slate periodically.
In the case of creatine, I’d either take a week off after 4 on or 2 weeks off after 8 on.

I am currently taking nitrocut as a preworkout, a BCAA as intraworkout and whey protein post workout and throughout the day. i also take ZMA before bed and a thermogenic before cardio at 5am in the morning but not sure if this is too many supplements?? i want to add creatine in as well maybe? because i want to add a bit of size. could you do this? or am i taking too many supplements already? if i should take a creatine, when should i take it? before workout? and does muscle advance help with muscle energy and endurance in the gym? or is it a creatine that doesn’t do that (ive noticed on other sites most creatines reccomend taking 30mins prior to workout but was thinking it may interfer with nitrocut?

It’s actually a good, well rounded routine. It seems like a lot, but there’s no overlap, so you’re fine. You even have room to add the creatine, and if you’re trying to gain muscle, Muscle Advance Creatine would be a great addition. Here’s a link with some great dosing advice.

One thing i can quite understand about creatine, is after the loading phase and you go back to a standard 4-5g per day – do you need to cycle it off? and because im trying to get ripped at the same time and pack on lean muscle and not bulk massively, does it have an adverse effect on this? i.e harder to get abs showing? or does it help?
There’s a lot of disagreement about how to answer your questions (it’s the same with a lot of supplements actually). Most people say you don’t need to cycle creatine, but some guys like to cycle everything.
I think a break from anything can be a good thing – clean out your system and start with a blank slate again. Creatine doesn’t get you too bulky.
It just gives you the muscle energy to lift more so you can get big if that’s your goal. You may also get some water retention from using creatine, so that can make your muscles look soft. But that goes away when you stop using it.

i guess im asking cause i don’t really know what to do next, im 20 and have recently lost 15 lb and am now down to 73.2 kg (161 lb) but my abs are still not showing very well (only been on nitrocut for a few weeks) so not sure whether to take creatine or not, but i do want to build muscle but not fat…so whether there was something i could stack it with?
It’s fine to take creatine with a fat burner. Creatine doesn’t add fat.
It basically gives energy to you muscles so they can work harder. It’s a good idea to take if your goal is to build muscle.

As far as the XtremeNO and the Muscle Advance, just follow the instructions on the labels. You’ll take XtremeNO before your workouts and the Muscle Advance throughout the day. They won’t interfere with each other so you don’t have to worry about that. As for the Gold Standard, have a shake after your workout and any time throughout the day you want a snack or some extra protein. The great thing about the stack you’ve chosen is that none of these interfere or counteract with each other, so you can take full doses of each.

I have had creatine before and it did nothing. At that time I was training 3-4 times a week and sore little results… I tones but didn’t gain mass.
I know my diet isnt the best i try eating as much as I can but sometimes I cant because or work etc. and I know its supper important. I’m sick of being skinny but cannot seem to gain weight no matter what.

You can use the diet plan as a guide, but make sure you get enough calories to gain weight. That means plenty of complex carbs in the morning and protein throughout the day. So I’m 5’11” really thin boned and thin legged, i weigh about 155 lbs. I wasn’t able to work out much while at school (I’m 20) so I dropped from 164 last september to my current weight. My supplements are ON gold standard and musclefarm assault.

I’m 27, 5ft. 8, and currently weigh about 172 lbs. After about a six year hiatus, I started working out again over the past two weeks with the initial goal of losing body fat and toning up; particularly in the stomach region. For gaining lean muscle mass, nothing beats Muscle Advance Creatine, so your plan to add it when you drop the Phen375 is the right thing to do. There’s no problem with stacking all three together. Your stats and goals are similar to mine when I first tried Muscle Advance Creatine, so you could use the same dosing schedule I did. I took 3 capsules 4 times a day for about 5 days. Then I moved to the maintenance phase for 3 weeks. I took one week off per month and and kept using it for 6 months. In the end, I’d gained 30 pounds of muscle. Take Nitrocut 2-4 capsules before breakfast and 2-4 capsules before workouts. As for the HyperGH 14X, it comes in pills and spray. Take two doses of each per day, one in the morning and one at night. The doses would be 2 capsules and 3-6 sprays.
These are the recommended doses. I would start with the low end of the recommendation, see how your body responds, and adjust from there.

I originally was overweight, and still am. Im 20 years old, 6’ft tall and now weights 230 lbs. I run daily (about 5.5km) and still want to lose weight and gain muscle. I am currently using a protein shake daily because I noticed it gives me more energy when running.

Congratulations on your success so far! Great job! Purely for weight loss, Phen375 is the best. The fat burning and appetite suppression can’t be beat. I’m 6’2 and very underweight for my height at 140 lbs. I have tried weight gainer products, but they do not help me because I never seem to want to eat my regular meals when taking them. What relatively inexpensive products would you recommend to help me build muscle and gain weight at a fast pace?
I have a couple of recommendations for you. You obviously have a very fast metabolism, so if you want to gain weight, you have to eat more and use less energy. Weight gainers can only help if they mean that by the end of each day, you’ve consumed more calories than you put out. If those products aren’t working for you, try adding calories by eating more real food. Add 500 calories to your daily intake in the first week. In the second week, add another 500 calories to your daily intake. Keep going on like that until you find an amount where you’re putting on weight. Also, limit your cardio. Your workouts should consist of mainly heavy lifting. As for supplements, try Muscle Advance Creatine to help build up muscle.

That’s a great question, and I’m glad you asked now before jumping right into the product. So, the best way to take creatine involves 2 phases, the “loading” phase and the “maintenance” phase.
During the loading phase, you should be taking 6 tablets of muscle advance (about 9 grams) for 2 weeks. During the maintenance phase, you should take 1 serving which is 3 tablets (4.5 grams). If you eat alot of red meat you should cut these doses in half.
The best time to take it is right after your workout, let me know if you have any other questions.

I think you need to use a fat burner, like Phen375, instead of a creatine product. Creatine retains water weight, so you will just look bigger and not get the results you are looking for. Also, are you doing anything as far as diet?

Cut down on the protein, and I would actually not recommend Muscle Advance in your case. Go with the Phen375, that will get you better results.

Yes, there has been some research that suggests creatine is useful for speeding up recovery for endurance athletes. HOWEVER, you should limit the amount of creatine your ingesting, down to about 5 grams per day.

This gives your muscles the appearance that they are bigger, BUT, once you stop taking it you lose the water weight BUT retain the muscle you have gained.
