IntenseX Review – Should You Try It
By: Rob MillerFact Checked On: 3-20-2020
What Is IntenseX?
IntenseX is a fast acting male enhancement supplement that’s available not only online, but also in local brick and mortar stores. This already gives it an edge as a potential impulse buy. But if you’re not a particularly impulsive guy, read on and we’ll help you figure out if this is a product worth your time and money.
The promise of IntenseX is that it boosts your energy, stamina, and endurance, while helping you achieve that big, strong, powerful erection that will be sure to impress. Interestingly, the marketing mentions that it increases energy on the dance floor and the playing field as well as in the bedroom. This is unusual. More often, male enhancement supplements are targeted toward only sexual activity.
It is another in the long ling of herbal remedy based sexual enhancement supplements that have been hitting the market and selling like hot cakes, likely being bought by those looking for natural medicines.
I can’t seem to remember exactly where I learned about Intensex originally, but I have a feeling I saw it on the shelves at GNC once.
Do Herbal Sex Enhancers Really Work?
Yes and no. According to WebMD, the average erect penis size is 4 – 5 inches long and 4 – 5 inches in girth.
Male enhancement supplements can basically be divided up into 2 categories:
Category 1: Supplements that claim they will increase your size.
Category 2: Supplements that claim to help with libido, stamina, and control.
IntenseX can neatly be placed in category 2. They don’t make any claims of enlargement, either temporary or permanent.
This is a good thing, because time and time again it’s been proven that there is no such thing as a ‘permanent enlargement pill’.
This doesn’t stop a multitude of companies claiming otherwise, many of which we’ve outed in the past.
Supplements that are focused on sexual energy, libido and performance are generally more trustworthy because at the very least they are not claiming something that is impossible such as the brands that claim it will give you permanent size gains, which is impossible.
They include supplements like Xanogen, Expanzite, and Naturamax, just to name a few.
Difference Between IntenseX and Intense X
When looking at the data of the people searching for this particular product, I noticed something peculiar.
The vast majority of people searching for IntenseX were coming from the UK.
I did a little bit of research, and found out that the reason behind this is because there is another product called “Intense X”
Notice the space between Intense and X?
In this review, we’re talking about this IntenseX:
While those in the UK are looking for a completely different product called Intense X, or this one:
I’ve included a blurb about the UK version here
if you would like more info, but the vast majority of this review is of the US version.
An Objective Look At The IntenseX Ingredients
According to the manufacturer, the recommended dose is 2 tablets about an hour before sexual activity.
The official website presents the formula as a combination of blends that work together to enhance your experience.
This is typical with most sexual enhancers, although there are a few that have just a few ingredients.
The Stamina Blend contains:
Avena Sativa
Avena Sativa has long been used in over the counter herbal sexual enhancers, and is a key ingredient in IntenseX.
Several notable studies have shown that the compound may have a wide array of benefits, including:
- Antioxidant qualities
- Anti-inflammatory properties
- And can even heal wounds
Cordyceps
Cordyceps is, believe it or not, derived from a fungus that grows on the larva of insects. (Source)
This may sound a bit gross, but the potential benefits are far-reaching.
While the exact amount of Cordyceps is unknown, it has been shown in a wide variety of studies to have therapeutic potential.
Examine.com cautions against combining Cordyceps along with caffeine, noting that “in theory, due to A2(A) antagonism inhibiting testosterone synthesis from Cordycepinin vitro.”
Unfortunately, IntenseX contains 88 mg of caffeine derived from Guarana Extract. It should be noted that this interaction is purely theoretical in nature, and in most cases you should be completely fine.
Ashwaghanda
According to Healthline, Ashwaghanda has all sorts of claimed benefits, including:
- The ability to reduce blood sugar levels
- It has anti-cancer properties
- Reduce coritosol levels
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- It can boost testosterone and increase fertility
This last part is key, because this is where IntenseX shines as a sexual dysfunction aid.
It’s widely known that testosterone levels have a direct effect on your sex life, and reduced testosterone can wreak havoc on your sex life. (Source)

The Energy Blend contains:
Tribulus Terrestris
This is probably the most controversial ingredient in the IntenseX formula.
You’ll find tribulus terrestris in literally thousands of other supplements, including Progene and Viril X.
The reason why it’s been so controversial is because of the 100’s of supplements that claim it will increase your testosterone levels.
This is sort of true, but mostly untrue. For example, one systematic review of Tribulus showed that it’s ineffective at increasing testosterone levels in humans.
Ginseng
Ginseng is an ancient chinese herb that has been used for 100’s of years, and claims a wide variety of benefits, including:
- Increased energy
- Lowered blood sugar and cholesterol
- Reduced stress
- Manage sexual dysfunction in men
I’ve personally tested dozens of supplements containing Ginseng, with mixed results.
For example, my test with Hardon Helper (which contains 140 total mg of Ginseng) was excellent.
The Warming Blend contains:
- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Cayenne
Additional solo ingredients include:
- Guarana which is basically caffeine for a boost of energy.
- Catuaba and Muira Puama which are both herbal aphrodisiacs.
- Ginkgo Biloba which increases blood flow for better erections.
- Calcium.
Potential IntenseX Side Effects
With over 10 different ingredients, IntenseX does have the potential to induce some unwanted side effects.
The UK’s Version Of IntenseX – A Quick Look
There’s not a ton of info available about this particular version of IntenseX.
It appears that someone (most likely a marketer) has been making false claims that it’s been seen on the show “Dragons Den”.
For those of you in the US, Dragons Den is essentially the UK’s version of the TV show Shark Tank.
I can assure you, IntenseX did not land some mega-deal on that show.

According to the manufacturers website, they make all sorts of bold claims about the product, including:
- That you’ll last longer and be stronger in bed
- You’ll have longer, more passionate sex
- Increased pleasure for both you and her
How does it do all of this?
Well, that’s where things get a bit messy.
There’s essentially NO information on the ingredients in IntenseX.
One site, which will go unmentioned here because of it’s lack of trustworthiness, mentions the following ingredients:
- Tongkat Ali
- Orchic Substance
- Horny Goat Weed
- Boron
- “Vitamins”
- Nettle Root extract
- Saw Palmetto
However, there is no conclusive proof that the formula contains any of these.
IntenseX UK Reviews
The one thing we do know is that the IntenseX reviews paint a very bleak picture.
For example, on Amazon the product is rated at 1.5 out of 5 stars.
Nearly every single review comes to the same conclusion, the product simply does not work.
Have a look for yourself:
Most of these complaints likely stem from the fact that the product itself was being promoted via a free trial subscription.
This involves paying a modest fee for shipping, only to be charged the full price of the product a short while later.
You can buy IntenseX UK version on Amazon, where it’s currently listed at£64.94.

Where to Buy (Updated Nov. 2018)
As of November 2018, it doesn’t appear that IntenseX is available anymore.
Amazon has it listed as unavailable, and that’s been the case for about the last 6 months.
I reached out to the seller on Amazon, but unfortunately haven’t heard back.
After a bit more digging, I finally realized why it’s not for sale anymore.
IntenseX Lawsuit
It turns out that the company that used to make it (PharmaCare US, Inc.) was involved in a class action lawsuit.
In the lawsuit itself (which you can read the full details of here), the makers of IntenseX were cited as providing false claims about their products benefits.
In the past, you could purchase IntenseX online or in stores. A box of 20 pills (10 doses) costs about $10. You can also get a free sample from the IntenseX website. You pay only shipping for 3 doses. The nice thing about this free sample is that using it doesn’t cause you to be signed up for any automatic shipping programs. You simply try it and decide where to go from there.
IntenseX Pros and Cons
Advantages of IntenseX
- A free sample is available.
- The ingredients are all natural.
- It’s available in stores.
- IntenseX is inexpensive.
Disadvantages of IntenseX
- The IntenseXreviews we’ve seen are all negative. Guys just very simply state that it doesn’t work.
- It doesn’t appear for sale anymore.
Conclusion
When we originally wrote our IntenseX review, it showed a lot of promise. The price was just right, the user feedback was in a positive direction, and it had a solid dose of the right ingredients.
Now, it doesn’t look like it’s available anymore, and of course we know the reason why.
If you’re in the UK, things don’t sound much better. Their particular supplement is like the antithesis of the US version.
The user reviews are terrible, they’re deceiving consumers with their free trial, and there’s virtually no credible information on the product.
If anyone is in the UK and is reading this and would like more information on the IntenseX version there, just email me here and I’ll give you as much info as possible.
The bottom line is this…
If you’re thinking about buying a supplement with the name IntenseX, think again and consider some other alternatives.

If you read the review above, you would have noticed that we indeed do NOT sell Intense X. Rather, we simply reviewed it.
In fact, we specifically warned our visitors to NOT buy it for various reasons, including the ones you mentioned.
Hopefully your bank can help you get the matter resolved.
It didn’t do much for me. Then I found they took £99 off my credit card (I gave them details for free trial postage cost).
I have informed my credit card company and I’m considering legal advice/action against this fraud.
Scam,I think so.
I also suffered from constipation which didn’t help and due to the drug’s ingredients I was awake most of the night during the five days of reaction. I might try this again however perhaps just take half a dose.
