Achieving a rock hard body is never easy. It takes a healthy diet, dedication to workouts, and the right mindset to keep yourself from “cheating” with 3 slices of pizza. Another important aspect to getting a ripped physique is taking the right supplements. One such supplement I recently got a chance to personally test out is called Instant Knockout, which is a fat burner designed to help you shed away that stubborn layer of fat from the hard to target areas.

So what is it about this formula that makes it so effective. I’m going to talk a little bit about how the supplement works first, but if you would like to skip ahead to my personal results then you can click here
.

What is Instant Knockout?

Instant Knockout is an all natural fat burning supplement that aims to help not only suppress appetite, but also target unwanted fat deposits. It does this through the use of a proprietary formula which includes the following ingredients: Vitamin B6 and B2, Zinc, GTF Chromium, Green Tea extract, Green Coffee bean extract, Cayenne Pepper, Glucomannan, Caffeine, and Bioperine (black pepper extract).

Now. instant knockout contains 300 mg of caffeine, so it’s not for the faint of heart. To give you an idea of how much caffeine that is, a typical cup (8 oz) contains about 150 mg of caffeine. The combination of caffeine, green tea, chili pepper, and glucomannan (1800 mg) will definitely help you shred up quick.

Click Here for a picture of the label.

If you didn’t already know, chili pepper has been studied for it’s weight loss properties. It actually works in 2 ways…for one, it has the ability to heat up your body, which helps you burn calories. (1) Second, it also helps to make you feel fuller, longer, which helps control your appetite.

Glucomannan also happens to be a dietary fiber, which also works to suppress appetite by acting as a thickener. (2) Any guy that is looking to lose weight knows that it really boils down to calories in, and this ingredient will keep you from stuffing your face next time you sit down for dinner.

Green tea has been featured for it’s weight loss benefits on numerous media outlets, including Dr. Oz, Oprah, and “The Doctors”. While research is still in the infancy stages, Green tea has been shown to act as a potent antioxidant, and can help to boost metabolism and remove fat from fat cells. (3)

The Instant Knockout bottle is actually pretty clever and unique, and you’ll see on the right hand side of this page that it is literally in the shape of a fist.

Are There Any Side Effects?

Anyone who tells you that a supplement is completely side effect free is full of s$%t, and obviously Instant Knockout is no different. The most notable side effect would be from the caffeine, which can cause a range of side effects including insomnia, irritability, headaches, and drowsiness.

This is exactly why I recommend starting off with the lowest possible dosage at first, so you can assess how well you respond to the supplement.

If you are someone that has been a caffeine addict like myself for any length of time, you would probably be ok taking a full dosage. As always, it’s best to speak with your doctor before starting any supplement regiment.

My Personal Results With Instant Knockout

instant knockout reviewThe summers down here in south Florida can be pretty brutal. Brutal to the point where you just don’t feel like going outside…at all!! It’s kind of like how people in the rest of the country feel in the winter months. It’s just hard to drag your ass out and do something when it’s so cold (except here, it’s so hot) As a result, in the summers I tend to gain a little bit of unwanted fat, especially around the gut. This past summer, I gained about 8 lbs…not good.

I got 3 bottles of Instant Knockout last month to get me started for the beach volleyball season down here. The bottle says you should take 1 capsule, 4 times a day with meals, but I decided to take 2 capsules at once to really get that kick in the ass. Because I personally think it’s a good idea to workout first thing in the am on an empty stomach, I usually do a 20 – 30 min round of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) about 45 min after I wake up. My usual routine for HIIT is this: a brief 5 min. job and stretch routine, followed by 10 minutes of karaokes, side steps, lunges, and fast hopping on one foot for 30 ft (each foot). Then, the real fun begins…

I’ll do a course I’ve developed somewhat that goes like this:

1. Bounding leaps for 40 ft, jog back to starting position / rest 20 seconds

2. Full sprint for 40 ft., jog back / rest 20 seconds

3. 10 Box jumps, rest 20 seconds

4. 10 squats in place, followed immediately by 10 jumping my highest in place, followed immediately by squatting as low as I can in place for 10 seconds.

5. 10 Burpees, 20 second rest

Once I finish this round I’ll take a 2 min. rest, then repeated it all 3 times…with a 20 lb. weight vest on the whole time. If it sounds like a lot…it is 🙂 Now, typically the only pre workout I will have with this is Nitrocut and coffee, but to be honest I can’t drink too much coffee beforehand otherwise I feel like I’m going to throw up halfway through the routine.

So, instead on this morning I didn’t drink any coffee and instead popped 2 capsules of Instant Knockout. 45 min later I could feel this HUGE surge in energy, and was rearing to go. Normally I am completely wiped at the completion of my HIIT exercises, but today was different. I was still tired, but not to the point where I felt like I needed to lay around the rest of the day.

So far I’m seeing a VERY big reduction in my fat deposits. I was looking a bit “puffy” when I first started, but could now finally start to see my abs coming out (not completely, but it was there). Bathing suits that I used to not be able to fit in are actually fitting pretty nicely at this point, but I want more! I’m going to continue taking it and update the review accordingly.

Note: If you’re looking to burn some SERIOUS fat, then I would recommend you take Instant Knockout (www.InstantKnockout.com) with either a testosterone booster called Testofuel, or a pre-workout supplement called Nitrocut.

Where Can I Buy It?

As of this review, the Instant Knockout fat burner will only be available online on their official website, www.instantknockout.com. The price for a 1 month supply is $59, and they do have promotions like buy 3 get 1 free bottle, which is backed by a 90 day guarantee.

I asked the owner of Instant Knockout if they had any plans to sell it in any retail stores like GNC, Walmart, CVS, Amazon, etc. but there doesn’t appear to be any plans to do so in the near future. Generally speaking, companies that put their product in large retail stores suffer a big loss in their margins, so I can imagine why they would be reluctant to do this.

How Do I Take It?

According to the label, Instant Knockout is designed to be spread out throughout the day, taking 1 capsule 4 times per day. Because it contains so much caffeine, I recommend that you take it on a full stomach at first to assess your tolerance. I would also recommend that you take the last capsule no later than 6 hours before bed to prevent insomnia or restlessness.

Can Women Take Instant Knockout Too?

Absolutely. Alot of women come to my site and think that many of these products are geared towards just men, BUT Instant Knockout is NOT one of them. It is 100% tailored to help both men AND women achieve their fat loss gains.

Click Here to learn how Instant Knockout can work for women as well.

Alternatively, you might want to check out a supplement called Hourglass Fit female fat burner.

It’s the best diet pill for women we’ve ever tested, and we’ve personally tested dozens of them.

Recommendation

Instant Knockout is one of the few fat burning supplements that REALLY does work in my opinion. You still have to put in the work, but it does a very good job at motivating you for the gym, as well as burning away that excess fat. I highly recommend it to any guy looking to lose weight, as well as help solidify their bodies.

I have found that when combined with your usual workout routine, or bet yet if you want to beef up your routine, that it is going to have the most desirable results and as with any health related supplement, you are going to have to put in just a little bit of effort before it can do its magic.

Have you used this supplement?

It works

By Bobbie,  Jun 4, 2017

I have an under active thyroid and had a total hip replacement two years ago so have gained 28lbs! Devastating! I googled fat burner and came up with Instant Knockout (www.InstantKnockout.com). I am the third day in now and although I haven't as yet lost weight I can certainly confirm I am less hungry and my energy levels have definitely increased. Due to an under active thyroid, I am usually flagging by 3pm and flat out by 9pm but at 10pm last night I was still going strong. I would put a caveat in here that if you have trouble sleeping take this earlier in the evening rather than later. But, so far so good, I'll report back with any weight loss! Hopefully I'll be putting the 5th star on!

Works Great So Far, but...

By D. Sommers,  Apr 20, 2017

Too much caffeine....like, wayyy too much caffeine lol. Taking all 4 capsules throughout the day just made me feel really jittery, so I cut it down to just one pill in the am and one before working out and so far so good!

I've been taking the Instant Knockout fat burner for about 3 weeks now and I gotta say I'm seeing some pretty good results. Already slimmed down from a size 34 to size 32, and am starting to see better definition in my shoulders and abs. Will continue taking it for another 3 weeks and post my final results, thanks!

For some reason I am not energized with the caffeine as most people are experiencing. I am pretty drowsy around 5-6pm.  It has been 4-5 days so far. I haven't lost any weight (not exercising ) but my appetite is finally curbed .  I actually purchased this for curbing my appetite as I have a binge eating problem.

Should take instant knock out on a empty stomach? -Lynwood

The recommended dose is 1 capsule taken 4 times a day with meals, though I took 2 capsules twice a day with my first 2 meals.  The best way to do it is to take them about 15 minutes before you eat so you get the benefit of the appetite suppression.- Rob

Check out a fat burner called Keto OS.

It's equally as effective, but only uses a small amount of caffeine and is in general low on stimulants.

    1. Hey Alex,
Sorry for the late reply. Not recommended. Instant Knockout (http://www.InstantKnockout.com) already has a ton of caffeine, and actually works well as a pre workout on it’s own. I usually take 1 – 2 capsules about 30 min. prior to my workout, and it gets me revved up good!
  1. Hey Rob,
    I just turned 50. I am 5’11” weighting in at 255 lbs.
I have tried several supplement and spent hundreds of dollars looking for something to help with my weight lost, nothing is working so far.

All my fat is in my belly. I work out five times week, weights and cardio.

Honestly I am tired of wasting money and feel like nothing will work. I really need help to lose the belly fat, before I get a serious medical problem(s).

I am good at this point, but need to know if Instant Knockout will do the job and help me get the belly fat off and not just make my wallet thin.

    Thank so much
    Michael
    1. Hey Michael,
Yeah I can understand your frustration. First off, it sounds like you may have hit a plateau with your workouts. It looks like you signed up for my free “How To Get Ripped Quick” ebook. I would read through that a couple times, it’s got a lot of good info on changing up your routine, as well as diet tips.

IKO (http://www.InstantKnockout.com) will definitely help you get the job done, but you still need to change up your diet and workouts to get the best results. The nice thing about IKO is that it doubles as both an effective fat burner AND pre workout. I usually will take 1 – 2 capsules about 45 min. prior to my workout and it usually kicks things in high gear.

Lastly, you might want to consider stacking IKO with a T booster called Prime Male. Prime Male uses D-Aspartic Acid and other compounds to help encourage your body to produce more of its own testosterone. This will help to augment your fat loss, as well as help you build lean muscle (among st other benefits).

You can learn more about it in my review here: https://www.supplementcritique.com/prime-male-testosterone-booster-review/

      Here’s a link to their site – http://www.PrimeMale.com

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.
  2. If I took instant knockout with the recommended testofuel, how would I take both supplements? both at the same time? or…
    1. Hey Miguel,
That’s actually a really good question, I just realized I’ve never addressed it. So, the way I would do it would be like this:

      On your training days:

Take the Testofuel exactly as indicated on the label, so 1 capsule 4 times per day. You can take it twice a day (2 pills in the am, 2 in the pm), but that’s the directions they put on the label. For Instant Knockout, take 1 capsule first thing in the morning, and then 1 – 2 capsules about 45 min. prior to your workout.

The nice thing about IKO is that it will give you an INSANE boost in energy, so it doubles as both an effective fat burner AND pre workout supplement.

      On your NON-training days:

Take the Testofuel like you normally would.

For the IKO, take 1 – 2 capsules first thing in the am, and 1 – 2 capsules early afternoon. You don’t want to take the IKO too late, as it can cause insomnia issues (trust me, I’ve been there).

Here’s a link to each of their sites:

      Instant Knockout – http://www.InstantKnockout.com

      Testofuel – http://www.Testofuel.com

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions!
    1. Hey Tyler,
Yeah actually it can help curb your appetite and give you a good dose of energy. With that said, it’s definitely best used in conjunction with working out.

  3. Hi,
Just found your site and read a few of your reviews. I’m a 43 yr old women, I workout 6 days a week (50min spin followed by a Les Mills weight class).

I use c4 for a pre workout but it barely gives me the jump I sometimes need and does not burn fat. My diet is ok, pretty much eat healthy but I do love to eat.

I already lost 20lbs this year and hit my first goal: ). Looking to lose 7 more lbs and I’m stuck.
After reading your reviews I’m torn between Instant Knockout and Force Factor.

You seem to like Knockout best but you also recommend it with another product. Also, which is best formulated for a womens use?

    Thank so much!

    Vannessa M.
  4. I am a 48-year old woman tired very easily. I would need to lose 23 pounds.

Two years ago I started again to run two times a week (about 1 hour each time) and 25 minutes of Intensive workout (3 times a week). I felt tired all the time and have muscular and joint pain all the time.

I thought that I would feel better with time but it did not. Instead of feeling better, I felt more tired and did not lose weight.

I did not feel a boost of energy like before after having a physical activity. It discouraged me so much that I stopped after four months of training.

Do you think this product could help me for the loss of weight and the energy?
    1. Hey Chrystele,
Instant Knockout CAN help with energy, but I would actually recommend you check out a different supplement called Lean Bean. It’s the best female fat burner we’ve ever tested, and my wife tested it out a few months back with some pretty dramatic results.

Check out my review here: https://www.supplementcritique.com/leanbean-review-best-female-fat-burner/

I responded to your other question about Burn HD by the way, let me know if you didn’t get an email about it.
      1. Thank you very much for the answer. I well read the other too.

I am going to read the review about the product you spoke about. I appreciate the feedback.

  5. I’m a 62 yr old female in good shape, I work out 3-4 times a week in the gym weight lifting and cardio. I’m not on any medications.

I want to reduce fat, as I have firm muscle and am working to build more to help burn fat but it’s going slow. I want rid of the subcutanious fat and get my waist and trim arms back.

I eat clean, no soda, alcohol and low carb. I need to find a supplement to help raise metabolisim and not my blood pressure.

My system is so sensitive to going into starvation mode when I reduce calories, it slows my metabolism and I either gain or get stuck on a plateau. Being post menopause is cruel, as before I NEVER had these issues.

    HELP!
    1. Hey Deborah,
First off, I’m emailing you my free “How To Get Ripped Quick” ebook, as well as some bonuses. It’s packed with tons of tips on diet and exercise to help you break through those plateaus. Supplements wise, I would recommend you go with a fat burner called Phen 375.

It contains potent metabolism boosters (including l-carnitine, cayenne pepper, and citrus aurantium), and will not give you that jittery feeling / increased BP you typically see in supplements like this. Here’s my review: https://www.supplementcritique.com/phen-375-review/

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.
  6. I have the Instant Knockout, Testofuel and a product that I read would be a good stack called Nitrocut. Nitorcut is a pre-workout. That being said, how would you suggest to stack these. I was a little concerned because of the Trib and Fenugreek being in both the Testo and Nitrocut. I plan on starting these on Sept. 1st…along with my workouts.

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated
    Kenny
  7. Will I still get good results from 3 per day.
No problems with first pill..before workout.

No problem after 2nd pill. 3rd one makes me jittery as it is so close in time to the 2nd one.
    1. Hey Kenny,
Yeah for guys that are a bit sensitive to caffeine, I recommend keeping it at a low dose. You’ll still get great results even if you’re not taking a full dose everyday.

      1. Thanks, I really appreciate the response.
I really do think three will work out better for me! I am taking a test booster also. Will let you know how it works out!
        Thanks again,
        Kenny

          1. Hey Buddy,
Actually I don’t at the moment, but I’ll see if I can look into it soon and post a review. Check back with me in like a week or 2.
  8. Hey Rob,

I enjoyed reading your review. I’m 31, 64kg work at a desk job daily.

I do dance workouts 3x a week (usually high cardio and toning with squats/resistance bands etc) & decided to try out instant knockout. It’s making me tired, even after my lunch time pill, I feel sleepy, and I do tend to get headaches but very mildly.

Do you have any suggestions or idea why this would happen considering the amount of caffeine in it? Also would you have any recommendations on my workout, should i push for the gym?

    Thx, Penny

    1. Hey Penny,
Hmmm that’s strange. You definitely should NOT be feeling tired from it at ALL.

Did this literally just start right after you started taking the IKO?

As for gym workout recommendations, I’m sending you my free “How To Get Ripped Quick” eBook. It’s packed with tons of tips on diet and exercise to help you burn off stubborn fat and build lean muscle.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.

      1. Rob,
I noticed that since I started taking IKO, that I have been tired as well. My appetite seemed decrease in the AM, however it spikes in the afternoon.

I eat well and do high intensity cardio 3X a week and weight train at least 4X a week. I have been taking IKO for 3 weeks now and have not seen ANY results.
What is your take on this???

        1. Hey Amanda,
Yeah I really don’t know what could be causing that with you guys. My only thought is that you could be having some sort of allergic reaction to one of the ingredients.

Did you start feeling tired right after taking the IKO, or did it take a week or 2 to kick in?

Do you split up the dosage throughout the day, or just take it in the am?
      1. Thanks Rob. And yes this started after I incorporated the iko to my stack.

I’m adjusting it a bit though. It seems if i double dose it for the afternoon its better.

So i might stick to it that way.
  9. I have purchased several weight loss products (names unimportant at this point) all highly recommended and included in “best products” over the years and without fail when ordering over the internet my experience was bad. After the initial discounted price which is proudly advertised I was shocked to discover the very high retail prices charged to my CC sometimes as quickly as a week later for the “next month’s” unordered order and other CC problems.

I now will only order through sites I know.
    1. Hey Taylor,

There are definitely lots of scams when it comes to online supplements, but there are some reputable ones as well. If you want, let me know what you’re looking for, and I’ll recommend something you can count on.

    2. About a week into taking it I noticed being tired. I break them up into 4 daily dosings.

Was thinking about trying 1 in the am. 1 at lunch and 2 at 5 since I workout around 630 I know caffeine has very little effect on me. I’m going to give this a whirl and see if anything improves.
  10. Rob. I really like all of the info you give on your site.

It’s nice to see a neutral point of view. I need some advice on what supplements I should use for someone who is going to be a slow starter.

For background; I am 38, 5’8″ and about 330 lbs. But believe it or not, I’m pretty athletic. I have always had a very big build for my height.

Around 6 years ago I was 225 and shredded. I tried to cut weight to take a light heavyweight amateur MMA fight, but I could not get to 205. The lowest I could cut to was 216. So most guys at my height that are 330 are probably 160-180 lbs. overweight, I am probably closer to 100 lbs. overweight.

I have a lot of responsibilities and I’m a single dad. But I have to get in shape if not for me, for my little guy.

Is there anything that can help results with limited work-outs? As you can imagine, being in the condition I’m in, I get winded walking to the refrigerator…Thank you.

    1. Hey Nick,
I hear ya! In your case I think keeping your diet in check will be key. Check out a supplement called Phen 375, it works as both an appetite suppressant AND a potent fat burner. Here’s my review: https://www.supplementcritique.com/phen-375-review/

Also, for your convenience I’m sending you my free “How To Get Ripped Quick” ebook, as well as some bonuses. It’s packed with tons of tips on diet and exercise to help you get fast results.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions!

    1. Hey Elba,
Yeah Instant Knockout (http://www.InstantKnockout.com) and Nitrocut (http://www.Nitrocut.com) is a great stack based on your goals.

I would also suggest you try changing up your routine a bit to “trick” our body into losing stubborn belly fat.

  12. Hello Rob! I’m 23 female and have always been in shape but I recently put on some weight when I wasn’t able to work out for 8 months.
I’m 5’6 and have already lost 8 pounds but I’m looking to lose 10 more to get down to my goal weight of 133 since I have a considerable amount of muscle mass.

I run 4x a week and do strength training while keeping a good diet. I was looking for a supplement that would help with these last ten pounds.

Let me know what you recommend please! Thanks for being true and not just trying to sell your own product.

    1. Hey Courtney,
No problem, and glad I could help! Check out a far burner called Phen 375. It works GREAT as both an appetite suppressant, as well as a potent fat burner. Here’s my review: https://www.supplementcritique.com/phen-375-review/

You may also want to consider stacking it with a pre workout supplement called Nitrocut. It will ramp up your workouts BIG TIME, which in turn will lead to more calorie burning. Here’s my review: https://www.supplementcritique.com/nitrocut-review-our-1-pre-workout-supplement/

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.
      1. Thank you for your speedy reply! Just out of curiosity, why did you chose Phen 375 instead of Instant Knockout for me?

I read on your site that Instant Knockout is the best?

Also I occasionally drink alcohol on the weekends, is this safe to take when consuming alcohol?
        1. It sounds like you got the motivation going when it comes to your workout and diet, and the Phen 375 will help to suppress your appetite so that you’re taking in less calories. Instant Knockout does this as well, but it’s more potent to get you ramped up for your workouts.

I would think you’d be fine to continue drinking on the weekends, but remember, alcohol is empty calories.

Try refraining from drinking for one month and you’ll see a massive difference!
Keep me posted on your results!

  13. Rob:

First off, thanks for your willingness to share your knowledge. It is appreciated.

I have been an athlete/collegiate wrestling coach my entire life.

I have needed back fusion surgery since 2012 but can no longer delay it as the pain has limited my exercise ability to standing for no more than 15 minutes. Following surgery, I am being told exercise will be restricted to virtually nothing for the first three months. I am in a catch 22. I eat relatively healthy but cannot endure cardiovascular which has led to weight gain which in turn leads to greater stress on my back.

Sorry to be so wordy but do you have any suggestions?
  14. I weigh 162 right now have slimmed out quite a bit in the past year by just changing my diet. I do sit ups and push ups twice a day daily around 150 of each total a day.

I am just having trouble losing my belly pouch, and flattening my chest. Will taking Instant knockout help me reach my goals?

I know it’s easy too talk up a product just too sell it but I’m looking for something that really will work
    1. Hey Josh,
Yeah Instant Knockout (http://www.InstantKnockout.com) will definitely help you get rid of your stomach fat. HOWEVER, you need to up your cardio quite a bit. I’m sending you my free “How To Get Ripped Quick” ebook, as well as some bonuses, to your email.

Its loaded with tons of tips on diet and exercises you should be doing to get the fastest results.
  15. Hi There! I’ve been using this site for the past couple of weeks while looking through possible supplements.

It seems pretty legitimate so far in terms of not just trying to sell certain supplements like most other site try to do. I was wondering, mostly because of the caffeine content, if this would be safe to take with a fat burning and slimming cream (4oz, ingredients not listed), Code Red fat burner, Yohimbine HCL (5mg), and SLIN – all of which is from the EnhancedAthlete.Com Website.

They had a weight loss stack with Orlistat (Alli) but I really didn’t like the possible side effects, and the various ways it effects the body.
    1. Hey Shane,
Well, that’s a lot of stimulants to be taking. It really depends on your individual tolerance. What I would do is start off with just 1 supplement at a time, taken individually.

So for example take a couple capsules of Instant Knockout (http://www.InstantKnockout.com) one day, then a capsule of the Code Red the next, the yohimbine the next day, etc.

This way you can gauge your reaction to each.
  16. Hi I am 6 foot 3 and weigh approx 250 but do not look like it. I am currently taking methadone and have crazy hunger along with weight gain.

This is probably due to its an opiate and it slows your metabolism down. I would like to shed about 30 to 40 pounds before i gain any muscle mass or anything.

I would like to know what your recommendation is for me to loose 30 to 40 pounds
    1. Hey Tyler,
First off, I’m sending you my free “How To Get Ripped Quickly” eBook, as well as some bonuses, to your email. It’s packed with tons of tips on diet and exercise that will help you get fast results.

Supplements wise, go with the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack. It’s perfect for guys like yourself who are looking to shred down and retain lean muscle, here’s my review: https://www.supplementcritique.com/crazy-mass-cutting-stack-review/

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.
  17. Hello Rob,
I am 41 years old, 5’6″, 90kg and taking hypertension and anxiety medicine like Amlodpine and Alprazolam 0.25, Amoldpine I am taking since last 14 years and Alprazolam sine last 4 years but I have been break in middle like six months and again took again break and again took as per my anxiety. But I was also did Gym and break and now I am continuing from last 3 weeks and will do it.

I have to burn the fat on my waist line. I have got already IKO and last time I tried it I got little Jittery so I stopped it and now I am taking again just 2 capsule one in the morning and before hitting the Gym.

First couple of days it was like I am having more anxiety but I knew its more my thought so I control it and now I am good. But I want to know if it ok to take like 2 months continue and I should go with 3 or 4 capsule.

Also I am taking L-Catnitine, Creatine Monohydrate, Glutamine, BCAA pre workout and Whey, BCAA as Post Workout. Please let me know if IKO is ok with all these.

Also I have Anorectant 10. Should I take this also in morning or not.

Thanks and wait for your suggestion.
    1. Hey Kaban,
Yeah Instant Knockout packs a good amount of caffeine, so I can see how it can trigger your anxiety. What I would suggest is that you finish the Instant Knockout you have and then get a different fat burner called Phen375.

It has WAY less caffeine, and acts as a potent fat burner and appetite suppressant. Here’s my review: https://www.supplementcritique.com/phen-375-review/

And yeah it’s totally fine to be taking the other supplements you’re taking with the IKO, but not the Anorectant 10. It already contains a good amount of caffeine, and you don’t want to overdo it.
      1. Hey Rob. Sorry could not reply you back after your message.

As it has been 2 months taking the IKO and could tolerate the IKO after few weeks and taking it 3 caps a day but I have not seen effects of it. As you have suggested me Phen375 but I have 3 bootles of Anorectant 10 so should I stop the IKO and try Anorectant 10.

Please advice me. I want to loose belly fat mostly mid section love handels.

Also I am doing High Intense Yoga and Cardio since 2 months and diet is normal nit junky food. Lots of things in mind but my primary is to loose belly fat.

        Pleas please advice me. Regards

        1. Hey Kaban,
I wouldn’t take the Phen 375 or IKO with Anorectant no. 10, that’s way too many stimulants. Give the Anorectant 10 a shot and let me know if you’ve seen any progress ino the next few weeks.

          1. Thanks for reply. Could you please let me know how should i take it.

As I do Cardio and intense yoga at 7 am to 8:30am so could you suggest me the dosage
          2. Hey Kabans,
Instructions are to take 1 or 2 pills in the morning with your first meal. It’s very strong, so go with just 1 at first, until you’re sure you need the second.

          3. Thanks Rob, but still in confusion. I do cardio and intense yoga at 7am so should I take it before or after.

As early morning I won’t be able to take heavy meal. I could take heavy meal after workout only.

So what you suggest before or after workout. Thanks for your time.

            Kabans
          4. Hey Kabans,

You don’t need a heavy meal. Just a protein shake, some fruit, or something similarly light.

It’s best to take it before your workout because it helps with energy.
          5. Thanks Rob, Now I am taking one capsul before workout but after having Biscuit and tea in early morning. But next week i am going for 2 capsules but would you let me know shall i take 2 capsules at once in morning before workout or different time.

          6. Hey Kabans,

Yes, if you’re going to take 2 capsules at once, in the morning before your workout is when you would want to do it. Taking 2 later in the day could make it difficult to sleep at night.

          7. Hello Rob,
Thanks for all info. I think Anorectant 10 is working for me as I have loosed 1.5kg in 2 weeks. I am taking 2 capsules after one week of 1 capsule.

Now I plan to workout in evening 5 to 7 PM when should I take the Anorectant 10. As you said it would be difficult to sleep if I take later in day.

As I am taking 2 capsules for weight loss so when should I take it now just before workout in evening or which time.
          8. Hey Kaban,

No, you’ll want to continue taking it in the morning because you won’t be able to sleep if you take it before your evening workout.
  18. I’m 59yrs old turning 60 this year. I’m 6’0″ even in height.

My ideal weight would be 190lbs. As of Sept. of 2016 I suspect I was at least 25lbs beyond that. Sept. of 2016, as a result of a work related accident, I have not been mobile.

Broke ankle and leg. I suspect I’ve managed to gain another 10lbs and have lost any motivation to actually do anything but sit around.
I’m on my feet and walking without assistance but still totally unmotivated.

I NEED, I WANT to get this weight off of me. Will this product, if I am vigilant about my eating, help me lose 35lbs?

    1. Hey JT,
Well, if you can’t exercise at all and you’ll be completely reliant on a strict diet, I would actually recommend a different fat burner called phen375. It will help to improve your metabolism and suppress your hunger, thereby helping to increase your bodies ability to burn fat.

It’s going to take longer to do this, so I would recommend a 3 month order or above.

      Here’s my review: https://www.supplementcritique.com/phen-375-review/
  19. I wanting to burn a lot of fat, while doing so I want to keep and build mass. would it be ok to stack instant knockout, Nitrocut, and creatine to achive my goal. I look forward to receiving your response.

    Thank You
    Travis

  20. I just got my slimfy today n my problem is which bottle to start with or should I used them together I brought stage 1 and 2
    1. Hey Cynthia,

Use Stage 1 for the first month, then use Stage 2. You should be able to find instructions in the packaging.
  21. Hi Rob,
So I’m a 22 year old female and lift weights. I have lots of muscle on my legs and butt , but I also have quite a bit of fat around the muscle, I’ve been fasting for about 16 -18 hours every day for about 2 months (drinking black coffee in a fasted state) and cutting my calories, I just keep gaining muscle for some reason while the fat doesn’t seem to leave.

Just wondering what you’re thoughts are for taking instant knockout? I also do Kung fu and tai chi one a week!
I am in the acting business and though I do drink caffine , I don’t drink much of it because it affects my nervous system quite a bit while performing. (Anxious and shaking).

I do also meditate too to calm my nerves.
I am realy interested in buying instant knockout as I have seen great reviews and results, what do you recommend I should do?

Can I take instant knockout while in a fasted state ? Or is that not a good idea?
If I were to take it, I’m thinking of only having about 2 capsules a day (one in morning and one around 12pm- lunch time) , do you think instant knockout will still have a good fat loss effect from taking a smaller dose?

Sorry to bombard you with so many questions.

    Thanks 🙂

    1. Hey Jodie,
No problem, I’m used to long emails and comments haha. Yeah I think Instant Knockout (http://www.InstantKnockout.com) would be a good fit in your case, and since you’re sensitive to caffeine taking half the recommended dosage is a great idea.

I would take it once in the morning, and then another capsule 30 – 45 min. prior to your workout. It works GREAT as an effective pre workout, as well as a fat burner.

As for taking it in a fasted state, I don’t see any issues with this. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions!
      1. Thankyou for your quick reply and for your thoughts, I appreciate it! Next pay check will be going to Instant Knockout haha 🙂

        Thanks again,

        Jodie

      2. Hello again,
So I received my Instant Knockout on Friday and have been taking it for 2 days now (yesterday and today), and when I take it in the morning I have been feeling very lightheaded/dizzy/can’t concentrate, just wondering if you think this feeling will go away? As in, do you think my body will adjust to the IKO ingredients?

I read somewhere that it could be the caffeine or the vitamin B12. I don’t know, I’m not sure haha. But I do know that it has been suppressing my appetite incredibly, even on the first day (yesterday), I was barely hungry!
But anyway, what are your thoughts on the light headedness?

        Reckon it’ll go away?

        Thanks!
        1. Hey Jodie,

It’s probably the caffeine. If you’re taking it on an empty stomach, try taking it with a little food – like a piece of fruit or your protein shake.

That should take the edge off a little. If it’s too bad, skip a dose and see if only taking 3 pills a day helps.

  22. I suffered a stroke,2 years ago. I’m not overweigh per se, It’s more a problem with distribution: fat stomach.

What do you recommend? Also I’m working to strengthen my weak left arm and leg with a measure of success.

Yet I need some personal assistance to set me on-PERHAPS-a more productive program. Incidentally I own an Inspire M2 home gym and an exercise bike.
    Mike Ramsey

    1. Hey Mike,
First off, I’m sending you my free “How To Get Ripped Quick” ebook, as well as some bonuses, to your email. It’s packed with tons of info on diet and exercise to help you craft a personal plan.

Supplements wise, I would recommend Instant Knockout (http://www.InstantKnockout.com), and stack it with a testosterone booster called Prime Male (http://www.PrimeMale.com). The 2 work VERY well in conjunction, and will help you burn off that stubborn belly fat.

Here’s my review of Prime Male: https://www.supplementcritique.com/prime-male-testosterone-booster-review/

One last thing, make sure you check with your doctor to be sure it’s safe for you to take these. I’m guessing you may be on some sort of post-stroke meds, and you want to be sure there will be no interactions.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.
  23. I am 53 yr old woman. I have alot of belly and hip fat plus at least 30lbs to lose.

I have a wedding in December and want to lose weight/fat fast. I am have a very hard to with energy to be motivated to work out.

I am tired all the time. Suggestions?

  24. Which pills you recommend me for that stubborn fat?? (I have some fat in my hips and I need some extra help…)
This pill are good for that?
I use to do exercise 6 days per week..

    Cata
    1. Hey Catalina,
Yeah Instant Knockout (http://www.InstantKnockout.com) would be suitable for you. Also, for your convenience I’m sending you my free “How To Get Ripped Quickly” ebook, along with some bonuses, to your email. It’s packed with tons of tips on diet and exercise that work GREAT in conjunction with the Instant Knockout.
    1. Hey Girish,

You can lose a certain amount of fat taking Instant Knockout and following a diet that includes a calorie deficit. But to really make the best progress, you should work out as well.

  25. Hello, I was thinking about doing The Beach body workout (Body Beast). I’m 15 I’m taking CLA 1,000 by evolution nutrition and Evl test also by them.

I wasps thinking about ordering some Carnivor shred as a pre-work out protein because of the caffeine and as post getting Muscletech’s Nitro-tech ripped. While continuing taking the CAL 1,000 and Evl test.

    Is all the supplements necessary?
    1. Hey Hayden,

At your age, no. In fact, I wouldn’t recommend taking anything more than whey protein and, if you’re looking to add muscle, creatine. You don’t need a testosterone booster, and all those pre and post workout supplements have ingredients that haven’t been tested on young bodies, so who knows what effects they might have on your growth.
  26. I am 33 years old. I know that I need a calorie deficit to lose weight.

I excersice 6 days a week. I have a lot of fat around my midsection but nowhere else.

I want to get rid of the fat. However I also want to pack on muscle.

I have read that if I want to build muscle, I don`t want a calorie deficit. So my question is, Should I focus on getting rid of the fat with a calorie deficit and then switch to a surplus to build muscle when the fat is gone?

    Which supplements should I take?
    1. Hey Marcus,
I get this question a lot, so I actually wrote a big post on it. Check it out here: https://www.supplementcritique.com/should-i-bulk-first-then-cut-or-the-other-way-around/

Supplements wise, I would recommend you stack Instant Knockout (http://www.InstantKnockout.com) along with a testosterone booster called Testofuel. Using this combo will give you GREAT results, check out my review of Testofuel here: https://www.supplementcritique.com/my-personal-testo-fuel-review-and-results

Lastly, I’m sending you my free “How To Get Ripped Quickly” eBook. It’s packed with tons of tips on diet and exercise to help you shed the body fat, all while retaining / building solid lean muscle.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.

  31. Hey Rob,
I have been using six star protein for a few months now and have seen decent results. I am 6’3″ and around 200 pounds.

My main goal is to gain muscle while losing body fat. I was injured in basketball a while ago and my abs have disappeared since.

I want them back, but it does not seem like anything is working in that department. I am even burning more calories than I am eating on a daily basis.

Should I invest in this product?
    1. Hey Matt,

Yeah, add Instant Knockout to your stack. Make sure you keep eating a calorie deficit, and add more cardio to your workout routine (without decreasing your lifting if possible).

Belly fat can be some of the toughest to take off. Hang in there and work hard.

  32. Hi, I’m a guy that has little amount of muscles but alot of fat. Like my waiste is 34 and my height is okay to my weight but, my weight is 72kg.

But still I can see that my man boobs and big sucky tummy is there , so that’s stubborn fat. If I touch my somewhere I can feel the fat but no muscles just the skeleton.

But hey I’m planning to use IKO with lots of cardio and weight lifting. Like my current plan is to weight lift till I get my fatburenrr from shipping . and then use fat burner and run miles and do a lot of calisthenics.

Will IKO help me to get that summer looking hot Body that girls fall in love with? ?
    1. Hey Janith,

IKO will definitely help with energy, burning fat, and suppressing your appetite. Keep lifting even while you’re using the fat burner. Gaining muscle will help you lose fat. Do plenty of cardio, like you plan, but lift too. Sign up for my “Getting Ripped” ebook for a meal and workout plan that’ll get you that summer body you want.

That’s where your results will come from.

  34. I’m 23 5’8 and 123 pounds I just started taking the instant knockout two days ago and I haven’t slept since.. Is it the caffeine?

I wanna sleep soo bad but can’t fall asleep, I’ve been awake way too long
    1. Hey Katy,

It probably is the caffeine. Given your stats, it doesn’t sound like you need a fat burner, especially if it keeps you up at night.

Just eat right and work out to stay healthy and in shape.
      Rob

  35. Hey Rob,
Here is my current diet I was talking about.
    Diet 1
(Low carb, follow for 3 days)

Meal 1: ½ cup quick oats cooked with water, 1 tbsp. natural peanut butter, 1 scoops whey protein, ½ banana. Mix all together
Meal 2: 1 scoop whey protein plus 1 banana if post workout (if not any choice of fruit desired)
Meal 3: 5 oz. grilled chicken breast OR fish, ½ cup of rice OR 8oz baked or sweet potato, at least 2.5 cups salad greens (romaine, spinach or mixed greens) add tomatoes, onions, carrots if desired. Dressing= 2 tbsp olive oil and as much vinegar as desired.

Meal 4: 1 cup 0% Plain fat free greek yogurt OR 1% fat cottage cheese (no salt added), ¼ cup unsalted almonds, walnuts or cashews
Meal 5: 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites (cook to your liking) 1 cup veggies, 2 tbsp. hummus (optional)
Meal 6: 5 oz ground turkey breast with salsa OR fish OR chicken (if chicken was not your meal 3 option) 1 cup of veggies

Note: Feel free to use any dry spices other than salt. Mrs.

    Dash is great.
Use variety when cooking your meals by changing seasonings.

Condiments such as mustard and hot sauce and salsa go a long way. Feel free to use them.

Feel free to season vegetables with Pam for moisture and dry spices to your liking.
If you drink coffee use skim milk or unsweetened almond milk and avoid artificial sweeteners such as Splenda and equal.

If you need a sweetener in your coffee, yogurt, etc., I recommend NUSTEVIA (brand). The actual product is called STEVIA.
Drink 1 gallon of water daily.

Cook with Pam mostly, if need use a drop of olive or coconut oil
Supplements I recommend are multivitamins, vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B, “Nordic Naturals” omega 3. We can discuss brands in further detail before you purchase.

    Diet 2
(High carb day, follow every 4th day, then go back to diet 1 for the next 3 days. Repeat cycle)
Meal 1: 8 oz liquid egg whites, 3-4 tbsp of 0% greek yogurt, 1 cup oats.

Mix in blender. Spray frying pan with pam and heat.

Make 2 pan sized large pancakes on medium flame. When done spread 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter on one pancake, then lay the second pancake over the top, making a peanut butter pancake sandwich!

Meal 2. Exactly the same as diet 1
Meal 3: Same as diet one, only 1 whole cup of rice instead of ½ cup. OR 14oz baked or sweet potato instead of 8 oz
Meal 4: 1.5 scoops whey protein mixed with water
Meal 5: Same as diet 1, add 1 choice of fruit
Meal 6: Exactly the same as diet 1. Have ¼ cup of nuts here as a snack before bed.
    1. Hey Brian,

Glad to see you’re still at it. Diet looks good.

  36. Hi Rob
I am currently recovering from back surgery. The most I am able to do workout wise is walk.

Before my injury I was looking to lose about 10 lbs (5’4 140) now a year and a half after my injury (steroid injections and oral tabs) no ability to workout and pain meds to (partially) blame, I am up to 197 lbs and feel hopeless. Are there any recommendations you can make for a weight loss supplement and possibly a fat burner?

Thank you so much in advance. ~ jenn
  37. Rob,
    I’m 38 years old and 5’10” 195 pounds. I weight train 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week.

I’m looking for something to help me burn the extra fat I have especially my love handles. Also could I send you my diet plan to see if it’s to much.

    Thanks
    1. Hey Brian,
Yeah I know how you feel, the spare tire is usually the hardest to get rid of. You definitely need to keep a sharp eye on your diet, and make sure you’re performing High Intensity Interval Training as a part of your cardio routine.

Supplements wise, I think a combo of Instant Knockout along with a pre workout supplement called Nitrocut would do the trick. Here’s my review of Nitrocut if you haven’t seen it already: https://www.supplementcritique.com/nitrocut-review-our-1-pre-workout-supplement/

Send over your current diet plan and I’ll take a look.

I am also looking for something to help me get shredded but at the same time gain muscle mass. I’m 5’10 190 and have about 17% bf.

I’ve tried a few things but don’t see much results if any at all. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and am on my feet all day (being in the military.) what can you suggest for me?

    Thank you

  40. Hi Rob, i’ve been using johnn nitro scott burn extreme, and it goes well, but im looking for something better and i found IKO and ThermaKor(but this last one have synephrine and yohimbine and that makes me reject this last one). I think IKO its better for me but i have some doubts.

Can you tell me if IKO it will go better that the other Fat burner? Wanna buy IKO but I used to have gastritis and it goes well with johnn nitro scott burn extreme, because i take my stomach protector before taken the fat burner pill.

Can i use IKO the same way? Is IKO to much for my stomach?
    Thanks for your time.

    1. Hey Hugo,

I’m afraid IKO might not be a good fit for you. The amount of caffeine may be too much for your stomach issues.

Since John Scott Nitro Burn Extreme is working for you, I’d say stick with it.

  41. Hey Rob! Very helpful website, BTW.

I’m 5’10”, 185 lbs and have always been semi-toned in muscle structure. I definitely need to cut some fat off.

I started two weeks ago with HIIT cardio training 3 times a week alternating with compound exercises to build muscle (so eventually they can consume more calories on their own).
I have low tolerance to caffeine (used to get nauseous pretty badly with ECA stack back in the day).. would you suggest to use Phen 375 over Instant Knockout? What would you recommend to stack it with in order to build muscle and how should I take both?

    Thanks in advance.
    1. Hey Jonathan,

Definitely go with Phen375. It relies much less on caffeine to get the job done, so it’s well suited for you. Stack it with a natural testosterone booster called Testofuel and non-stimulant pre workout Nitrocut. Take them each as directed, and you’ll do great.

  42. Do you still rate Instant Knockout as your #1 Fat burner? I noticed it was rated on 9/12/2014 and it’s now 9/25/2015. I seriously need to lose excess fat and about 33 lbs. I’ve lost my motivation to workout, I’m sorry to say. Looking for an exceptional fat burner/weight lose supplement for women ASAP.

I drink between 8-10 cups of coffee a day. Bad, I know, I just can’t help myself!

So, Rob, what say you? Also, after sending you my question, I’m ordering your free 44 page EBook on how to lose weight quickly… What does it mean when I confirm the receipt of the EBook that I’ve subscribed to your newsletter?

How’d I do that? I definitely WANT IT especially if it’s full of valuable information like your webpage BUT only if it’s free.

Sorry, but I have to be able to pay for the supplements! BTW, I “Liked” you on Facebook.

Folks who take supplements need you so don’t go anywhere! If you no longer rate Instant Knockout as #1, what do you recommend and where can I get it?

    1. Hey Diane,

Yes, Instant Knockout is still my top fat burner pick. It does a great job with metabolism, fat burning, appetite suppression and energy.

All the things you need for losing weight. If you confirmed that you want the ebook, you did get signed up to receive occasional emails from me regarding losing weight, and yes, it is totally free.

One last thing, when you’re taking Instant Knockout, you’ll have to cut back on your coffee somewhat. IKO contains a lot of caffeine.

      Rob
      SupplementCritique.com
      1. Howdy Rob,

Thanks for the quick response. How much of a cutback do you recommend on my coffee intake?

Say, from 10 to 7 cups? Is that enough?

Is IKO still only available on their website or can it now be ordered at Amazon.com? Also, thank you for the free occasional emails about losing weight.

I can use all the help and support I can get. Thanks again!

        Keep on keeping on!!
        1. Hey Diane,

The IKO label warns not to take any additional caffeine at all when you’re using the full dose. It contains 350 mg of straight up caffeine, plus the caffeine from Green Tea and Green Coffee extracts.

You may want to consider switching to decaf.

  44. hello ive been looking into a fat burner im 30 yrs old my weight has always jumped around from 155-250 i am 6’0 tall but with a car accident and a bad back steel rod in the leg and hand i cant go to the gym but i do have an elliptical for low impact resistance i do about 20 min everyday and a 1000 calories burnt will this help keep my weight down much appreciated Josh.
    1. Hey Josh,

Keep doing the elliptical. You may want to lengthen your sessions if you can, or you can do high intensity intervals to burn more fat. If you do that, and make sure you eat a clean diet with a calorie deficit, you’ll lose weight. Use our Calorie Calculator to determine how many calories you should be eating each day to meet your weight loss goals. Instant Knockout will help by burning some extra fat and giving you energy for you workout.

  45. The caffeine in this is through the roof.

I found that the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack (Paravar, Winnidrol and Testosterone-Max) works wonders when paired with a 60% HCA Garcina Cambogia and LOTS of water (the GC will dehydrate you like crazy). Fairly certain it’s the Paravar that is doing the most work – the first day I took three not realizing it should only be two, next day I was 6 pounds lighter.

After I normalized the dosage I’m now around 2 pounds a day lost, with my new diet.

I haven’t touched Clentrimix because I’ve had yohimbe reactions before and I can’t stand the “burning up” feeling that Niacin does to me (Niacin flush).

I already do two cups of coffee and possibly two cups of tea, so I definitely keep an eye on caffeine. Instant Knockout scares me because of this.

    1. Hey Rev,

Sounds great! I’m glad you found a stack that works.

Keep me posted on your progress.

  46. Hello,

Ive suffered a back injury a few years ago after which I’ve gained a lot of weight especially around my stomach.

Which weight loss supplement would u recommend that would help me target my gut?

    Please advise.

  47. Hi Rob. I am taking HGH from Crazy Mass and I am meeting my protein goals using 100% Optimum Whey Protein.

I am definitely looking to lose stubborn fat and I am shooting for the more “ripped” look. I have ordered Instant Knockout and was wondering if there is a benefit to continuing to use HGH from Crazy Mass?

I don’t really want to lose muscle, but I know that’s difficult when fat burning. Thank you!

    1. Hey Brandon,

HGH supplementation will definitely help you get that ripped look you’re after. It also helps you feel better all around – better sleep, better mood, better recovery.

I’d keep taking it as long as you’re feeling good.

  48. hi. i am very fat and i have back injuries. all the exercise i can do is walking. So i have to rely on diet very much.

Will this suppress my appetite. i have taken phen375 and it did not help. is instantknockout’s appetite suppression stronger?
    1. Hey Sheg,

Instant Knockout does suppress your appetite. It’s tough to determine whether or not it does a better job at it than Phen375. It varies from person to person.

      1. thanks for the quick reply. i just want to know your experience abut phen375 vs Instantknockouts’ appetite suppression.
        1. Hey Sheg,

I got better appetite suppression with Instant Knockout, probably because of the Glucomannan. It makes you feel fuller.

Caffeine suppresses appetite too, so the combination works really well.

  53. Hey Rob sorry to post this here I couldn’t figure out how to post to the home page. My girlfriend is looking to burn some fat.

I was wondering if the gnc ripped pack would be a good option for her? I need to find something that’s not too cost effective but I also want her taking bcaas to aid in recovery.

Does the women’s ripped pack have bcaas in it? If not what would be the best least cost effective option for her?

Bcaas in themselves are expensive so I was trying to find a fat burner that had them included if possible. Thanks

    1. Hey Tim,

The women’s ripped pack doesn’t have BCAAs, but there’s nothing in the Men’s Ripped VitaPak that she can’t take. She can get her fat burning and BCAAs both from that.

  58. Rob I hope you’ll see this I can’t find where our conversation was on the home page… When I scroll to the bottom there are no comments. Which is where I was talking to you before.

Anyways you said cut the dosage in half? How do I do that?

Are you talking about taking a single capsule instead of two? Or taking half of the powder out of a single capsule?

Also, of I go back on and start at 1 capsule and that doesn’t make me feel sick, how many times a day should I take it?

The four times like it says, or start of lower?
    1. Hey Nick,

Take one capsule in the morning before breakfast. If you do okay with that, take another with lunch.

See how that feels on the first day. Take that protocol for 3 days.

If you feel good, try 2 in the morning on the 4th day. If you can stomach that, it’s a good level to stay at through your cycle.

Let me know how it works for you.

      1. Ok but what should I do if breakfast for me can range anywhere from 12 noon to like 2 pm . ( I tend to stay up really late and get up late) so like if I eat at say 12:30. (Breakfast) take it then and then another capsule at like 4-4:30 or so (lunch/ early dinner)?
        1. Hey Nick,

Yeah, that’s fine. If noon to 2pm is your morning, that’s fine.

  60. Hey Rob,

I’m 6ft tall and weigh about 89.5kgs. I was looking to shed about 8-10 kgs in 3-4 months and after reading your review i decided to go for instant knockout to help me with the same

I have been working out regularly for the past 1 month and have been taking instant knockout for the past 3 weeks. I have altered my diet and do 3 days of cardio, where I burn about 400-500 cals and 3 days of light to medium weight training. For some reason I haven’t lost a single gram of weight.

Should I still stick to Instant Knockout? Or its not for me? should i shift to MusclePharm Shred Matrix or Universal Nutrition Fat Burner?

Also is it true that once you stop taking fat burners you are most likely to put on all the weight in a couple of months? If so what is the best way to get off them without gain the weight back.

    Thanks.
    1. Hey A.R.

If you’ve been following that workout for 3 weeks and haven’t lost any weight at all, you should look to your diet. The first few pounds usually come off pretty easily, so go over your diet with a fine tooth comb, making sure you’re not missing any hidden calories that you’re not account for, like sweeteners, drinks, and dressings. Sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook and follow the meal plan in it. It’s also got a workout you can incorporate. At this point, As for supplements, I’m not convinced IKO isn’t for you, but it’s possible that a switch would shake things up and get the weight coming off.

Haha. That was just the once.

also what are your views on the new Hydroxycut Hardcore ?

    1. Hey Dan,
Personally speaking, I think Lipofuze is overrated, and the vast majority of reviews on Amazon confirm my suspicions. Hydroxycut Hardcore DOES indeed work, but it contains yohimbe which can cause a very wide range of side effects.

I would stick with Instant Knockout, but if you decide to try the Hydroxycut Hardcore I would urge caution.

    1. Hey Damien,

I wouldn’t stack Instant Knockout with Clenn Max. There’s quite a bit of caffeine in Instant Knockout, and Clenn Max has several stimulants. If your current stack isn’t working for you, you can try trading out the Clenn Max for Instant Knockout, but don’t use them together. Another option would be to add a Testosterone Max.

I really want to try this instant knockout with one of the other products you recomend (testofuel, nitrocut). I am a woman and I do not know anything about this topic.

Can you please give an advice of how I should take them. Thanks

    1. Hey Alexandra,

Instant Knockout with Nitrocut is a great stack for losing weight and getting in great workouts. You would take them as directed for the most part, with a small modification. Instant Knockout has a lot of caffeine so you’d be better off not taking it after mid afternoon or so. Check in with yourself after 4 weeks. If you feel like the effectiveness hasn’t lessened and you want to continue, go ahead and do 8 with 2 weeks off.

If it’s starting to feel a little weak at 4 weeks, take a week off then. Keep up the great work!

  66. Hi Rob,

I’m 20 years old weighing at 230.5lbs and 5’11. I’m trying to lose weight, cut down my excess fat everywhere, and get some lean muscle and look good but not trying to look like a bodybuilder. My goal is to reach 190-200lbs. Is Instant Knockout and the 100% Whey Gold Standard a good combination for this?

Also which ebook would help me out the best to achieve this goal.
    1. Hey Jonathan,

That’s a great combination for losing weight and preserving/building lean muscle. The Instant Knockout can do double duty as a fat burner and pre workout. It’s pretty heavy on the caffeine, so you may want to start with a half dose at first. Use the 100% Whey Gold Standard protein as a post workout shake as well as anytime you want as a snack. Go with the Getting Ripped ebook and make sure you’re getting a daily calorie deficit so you’ll lose weight. You can use my calorie calculator tool to help with this.

  67. Hey Rob,
For the past few months I’ve been trying to loose some excess chest, belly and back fat I put on last summer. I cut down on sugar and carbs, been hitting the gym almost everyday and even joined the school rugby team (known for their intensive cardio training).

Yet I haven’t seemed to make a dent in those three areas. In fact, I’ve seemed to get more toned in just about every other place.

I’m 18, 5’11 and just under 200lbs. I’m just wondering what you would recommend as a good diet/exercise/supplement combo if I wanted to loose said fat.

  68. Hey Rob, I am a 15 year old male and I weight 210 and am 5’10. I want to know what I should take to loose some weight.

I am not looking to get ripped or have a lot of muscle mass. I just want to loose some excess belly and chest fat.

I have given up sodas because I avidly drink them (3-4 a day). What do you reccomend I take to loose maybe 20 pounds?

Will you give me some advice about dieting and exercise to get to around 190 pounds? I want to loose 20 pounds as soon as possible but I know results take time.

    Thanks,
    Landon

    1. Hey Landon,

Giving up soda is a good start. For diet and exercise help, sign up for my free weight loss ebook. It lays it out for you pretty clearly. If you follow the program, you’ll lose weight. As for supplements, at your age, you don’t want to mess around with them. They haven’t been tested on still-growing bodies, so you don’t know what kinds of negative side effects you may get. Instead, just take a protein shake like 100% Whey Gold Standard. It’ll help with weight loss and building muscle.

  69. Hey Rob, I’m just now getting back into going to the gym. I’m 20, 6’2 298 and have pretty decent muscle mass underneath. I use to be in great shape when I was 14-16 but just lost the will to work out but I’ve been getting back in the gym trying to shed some fat. I’m hoping to get back down to around 250.

Would the instant knockout supplement be a good one for me to get on to help? Thanks
    1. Hey Joe,

Absolutely. Just be aware that it’s got quite a bit of caffeine so you may want to schedule your doses for early in the day, at least 6 hours before bed. For diet and workout help, sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook.

  70. Hello, I recently started taking these and going back to the gym. I want to cut down by 50 lbs, and then I want to start bulking up again.

Which supplements would you recommend stacking with with Instant knockout? Im 6’7 and currently about 260.

    Thanks in advance.
  71. Hey Rob,
I am 16 and 6’1″ 220, I’m muscular and have been working out twice a day for the last 2 years, and have a healthy diet. I am trying to give myself better muscle definition would you recommend Instant Knockout?

P.S. your reviews are far better than any other review websites I have been on and are great for information.

    1. Hey John,

Thanks. Actually at your age, I don’t recommend anything but protein, and creatine for putting on muscle. My top picks are 100% Whey Gold Standard and Muscle Advance Creatine. None of the other supplement types have been tested on guys under 18. The main concern is that you’re still growing, and you don’t want to do anything that messes with that. You may benefit from a change in routine. Sometimes, you get stuck in a rut and stop seeing the forward movement you once saw. 72. Hi Rob, excellent review. Two questions:
    1) Does it make hair fall?

I am not joking, I am terrified of that happening since ppl say bad things about supplement contents.
    2) Reg. fat loss, ppl say I should NEVER do ab work until all fat in belly is gone, else the belly will look even bigger. Is there any truth in this?

If I do ab work while working on fat loss, will that make things worse (by making my belly even bigger)?

I am confused. Hope u can help.

    1. Hey Oskar,

I’ve never seen or heard any evidence or comments about Instant Knockout causing hair to fall out, so I’m pretty sure you’re safe there. It’s possible that doing very heavy duty ab exercises could make your abs look bigger while you still have some fat to lose, but I wouldn’t worry about it.

It would be very minor, and as long as you’re losing fat, very temporary as well. You should be strengthening your abs and your core while you’re losing weight.

  73. I am a on the road truck driver. I have gained a large amount of weight due to lack of exercise.

I have weighs I van do simple workouts with but I need something to speed up fat loss. What is you’re advice for me to be able to lose weight efficiently.

I diet and try to stay away from fast food.
    1. Hey Juan,
Sorry for the late reply, I just saw this comment. In your case diet will be 80% of the battle…stay away from literally anything you can in the rest stops / fast food joints. Even the so called “healthy options” are not that healthy there.

I have a great “How To Get Lean, Ripped, and Strong Quickly” ebook, along with some bonuses I will email to you shortly. They are packed with examples of workouts you can do on the road, as well as healthy diet options.

As far as supplements, like I said diet will be key here so I would recommend a stack of Instant Knockout along with a appetite suppressant called Capsiplex.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.

  74. Hey Rob,
I came across your website and have really looked into Instant Workout but had a last couple questions before I ordered. I’m 20 years old around 5’11 and 210 pounds.

I have a pretty solid frame but I have always struggled with discipline in the kitchen although I get to the gym a good bit and love to hoop/run when I can. I was wondering if Instant Knockout would help someone like me get rid of the love handles, excess fat, etc, that I’ve wanted to get rid of for awhile now.

    Thanks!

  75. I’ve been on instant knockout for about 3 weeks. After reading reviews and hearing about the boost of energy due to caffeine contents, I can say that that was not at all my experience.

I feel the same energy wise, but I’ve been losing inches from my waist and toning up. I’m worried my body may develop a tolerance after 90 days of this stuff, rendering it ineffective.

But that’s yet to see. Overall, the stuff works.

    1. Hey Andre,

Great to hear it’s working so well for you. I agree, you want to watch out for a buildup of tolerance.

Take a week off after a month, or sooner if you start to feel less of an effect.

I do body weight exercises and I want to remove the fats and get lean body, what product should I stack this with? Any other recommendations?

    1. Hey Aizat,

  77. Great service you provide! I’m in my 50’s, 6’0″ 238lbs, with tested low testosterone and low thyroid.

I’m on a vegetarian/vegan diet (wife has to be on it). Way too much belly fat, and low energy.

Doctor has me on Axiron 30mg (one pump per each underarm) for the test.

Nothing other than the diet has helped me lose any weight, so far (down from 253 to 238 in 1 month). You mention Knockout along with a test booster.

Would the Axiron be better then any over the counter test booster?

      1. Hi Rob, I recently ordered Instant Knockout and am super excited to try it out because I’ve got some real stubborn belly fat. On the bottle it says to take in the morning directly after waking up before eating, but you were saying that I should eat first, should I try out both ways?

And should I eat then immediately take it, or wait?
        Thank YOU so much!
        1. Hey Chance,

A lot of people have trouble taking pills on an empty stomach, but supplements absorb better that way. Give the empty stomach a try.

If it bothers your stomach, eat a little something with it. Let me know how things work out.

  78. What happens after the 90 days….?
I recently gained 11 pounds and thinking on giving it a try. But feeling hesitant because health is number 1 concern.
    I am 33 female, 5’3 , 128lb (normally 117-118), 29% body fat and active at least 5 times a week….

I am worried about the caffeine as i don’t drink coffee and about what happens after 90 days…. I would hate it if i use it for 3 months and they gain it all back as soon as i am done taking it… Thoughts?

    1. Hey Adili,

It is a lot of caffeine, so you may want to start with a half dose or so to make sure that if you do feel any side effects, it should be limited. When you stop, the weight won’t come back as long as you maintain a good diet and workout program.

But just like any weight loss plan, it takes commitment in the long term to keep the weight off.

  79. Hi Rob,
I take high blood pressure meds as well as consume 2 cups of coffee a day. Would the product affect me if my body is used to the caffeine?

    1. Hey PK,
Because of the additional caffeine in Instant Knockout I would imagine there might be slight reaction. It’s best to check with your Doc on that one, and if you do decide to try it take lowest dose to start (1 capsule) and see how it makes you feel.

  81. Hi Rob,

I got Instant Knockout couple of days back.. I started with 02 pills a day.

My problem is (not sure if it is) I couldn’t feel any change even after a week of taking 04 pills everyday.. I just do some basic exercises for about 30min.. however as per the label this should help even without heavy workouts.

Please correct me if I’m wrong and advice.

    1. Hey Srinu,

When you say you couldn’t feel any change, do you mean you didn’t feel more energy, or you haven’t seen any weight loss? I would be surprised if you didn’t feel the energy.

Instant Knockout’s got a lot of caffeine. If you haven’t seen any weight loss, I would suggest you take a look at your calories in and calories out.

You’ll need to make sure you’re at a deficit.
      Rob

      1. Hi Rob,

Thanks for the response. I understand that to see change in weight it would actually take more than couple of weeks, so my problem is with the energy levels only.
Today was my second day I stopped taking the pills, my energy levels are normal as like before and even same as a week with 4 pills a day.

So I’m surprised too and thinking if something might be wrong with my body or is it anything else I’m missing.

I downloaded your ebook, will try to spend more time in Gym and see if this works. Thanks!

        1. Hey Srinu,

Yeah, with all that caffeine, I really am surprised you didn’t feel any energy boost. Sounds like Instant Knockout may not be the right fit for you. You may want to take a look at Phen375 instead.

  83. Hey Rob,

I’m currently 6’3, 225, 23 years old. i am a former college baseball players, and have been mainly lifting in the gym since sports are done for me. I have noticed i’ve gotten bigger and stronger, but i also added to my belly a good amount.

I wanted to ask you, what supplement mix could i use to keep my strength and size, but shed my belly fat.

I have recently started using my lunch breaks to lift as i usually would. but after work doing sprint intervals for an hour on the treadmill. (2 min sprint, 1 min jog).

  84. Hi Rob.

I’m a 21 year old guy with a muscular build as a result of years of lifting weights since high school (not a body builder though). However, I can never fully pull off the look I want do to my excess belly fat (i love good food too much).

After doing research on supplements that help burn fat, I feel like this one would be worth a shot.
Here’s my problem though: As an engineering college student that works part time, I been having less free time to work out.

As of now, I only go to the gym twice a week and condition once a week. I was just wondering if this supplement would work on days where i dont work out.

Would it work if i dont take it every day?
Also does this absolutely require a strict diet?

My every day usually consists of protein/granola bars for breakfast, sandwich for lunch, and rice and meat for dinner.
    Thanks!
    1. Hey Tim,

Instant Knockout works as a fat burner/appetite suppressant/energy booster. It’ll do those things on workout days and non-workout days too. I was wondering if I can take a creatine workout while taking knockout? Or should I stick to just knockout?

I go to the gym 5 days a week but really need to lose my stubborn belly fat…however I do not want to lose muscle..what do you think? Thank you

    1. Hey JP,

A lot of people have a misconception that you should’t use creatine if you want to lose fat. That’s simply not true. Go ahead and use Muscle Advance Creatine with the Instant Knockout. It’ll get you working out harder, which will get you to your results faster. Just make sure to watch your diet carefully so you continue to lose fat.

  86. Was wondering if I can stack instant knockout with Super Suma? My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle.

    1. Hey Allison,

You certainly can, but it’s very difficult to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time because you need a calorie deficit to lose fat and a calorie surplus to gain muscle. A better options is to do one after the other. If you’ve got a lot of fat to lose, focus on that first. Once you’re close to where you want to be, start shifting focus to muscle building. At that point, switch to Nitrocut for your pre workout, and add Muscle Advance Creatine and 100% Whey Gold Standard protein.

      1. Rob, thanks for the reply. I’m really looking for something to take once in the morning and one in the afternoon before my workout.

I took JYM Shred and it was a hassle just to take 4 capsules at once. Preferably a fat burner that’s one capsule servings.

I do enjoy the energy boost from the caffeine, but don’t want my heart to explode. Preferably nothing over 200mg caffeine per serving.

I was very happy with the results from JYM. Not too high on caffeine.

  91. Ok I’m at 450 I used to be at 476 and dropped to 350 but after getting sick I gained weight so know I’m looking for a supplement that is strong and will help me get to my goal witch I’d about 320 for now. Something that is rnot to far out of reach.

I have high tolerance to medication so I’m asking if you know of anyone my size that has used this product and it worked… ( 450 lbs 6 foot tall 40 yo)
    1. Hey Armando,

  92. Hey Rob,

So my goal is to stay as lean and cut as possible! I’m not looking to bulk.

I just want that define look. And to also keep my body fat percentage down; under 10% is ideal.

    I mainly do cardio workouts.

I run 7 days a week for an hour at a pretty high intensity then I go and do reps of pull-ups, sit-ups, and dips. I barely touch the weights, every now and then I’ll incorporate some weights into my workouts but that’s barely.

So I’m looking for a stack that’ll work well with my workout routine.

I’m looking for something that’ll give me INTENSE ENERGY, LASER FOCUS, and CRAZY ENDURANCE!

I also have trouble sleeping at night. I tend to wake up often and don’t really get that “deep sleep” and I wake up feeling really sluggish and not well rested.

I’ve also found myself pretty stressed out lately, so if you guys have anything that deals with mood that’ll be awesome.

Hopefully, this is enough information for you to put something together for me. If more info is needed, let me know!

    Monday – Friday’s; I workout around 4-5pm.
    Saturday & Sunday’s; I workout around 9-10am.

Currently, I’m taking Adipodex Super Thermogenic, but I’ve read that it has some unsafe ingredients in it.

Could you prehaps elaborate on this product.
    1. Hey Harry,

Take a look at the Crazy Mass Endurance and Stamina Stack. Its 4 supplements picked to do exactly what you’re looking for – give you the stamina and endurance you want to work harder and longer. The stack includes a natural testosterone booster which can help a lot with mood and overall energy during the day. For sleep issues, you could look at HyperGH 14X. It’s a natural HGH releaser, and it really helps with restful sleep.

I’ll look into Adipodex, put up a review, and shoot you an email when the review goes up on the website.

  93. Hey Rob,
    Sorry to bother you again..
I presently weigh 245lbs with 6ft height, but the problem is
40% body weight belongs to fat… As your recommendation
I have ordered crazy mass cutting stack….

    I just don’t want to

Any other ideas for me to take some other supplements with
Crazy mass cutting stack based on my body condition..
Would love to hear back from you
    Thanks

    1. Hey Siddharth,

If you use the meal plan and workout in the “getting ripped” ebook, and you take the stack for your supplement routine, you’ll get lean and ripped. You’ll be putting on muscle, but you won’t be bulking up. It’s very difficult to bulk up and slim down at the same time. Your best bet is to focus on leaning down and getting that body fat percentage down first. Then you can focus on building up your muscle mass.

can i stack instant knockout with L-carnitine l tartrate, ??
the one i have is platinum plus 100% l carnitine from muscle tech, what i know is that it does not have any stimulants,,
also it is giving me results and i dont feel any jitters and even if i take it at night , it does not affect my sleep,
    1. Hey Anant,

Both L-Carnitine and caffeine cause an increase in heart rate, so no, I wouldn’t advise you to use them together, especially at high levels. If the l-carnitine is working for you, keep using it till you need a change, then switch to the Instant Knockout.

    1. Hey there,

Absolutely. Specifically, i recommend you use Testofuel with Instant Knockout. The test booster helps you build and retain muscle and gives you all day energy while the fat burner energizes you more temporarily, burns fat, and keeps your appetite down.

  96. Hey Rob!

Thanks for all the great info on your site. I weigh 165lbs and have 15% body fat currently, I’m looking to shave off some of the abdominal pain and build lean muscle in a way that doesnt hurt the wallet too much.

Would you recommend Instant Knockout for a few months and then switch it up later to a building muscle stack? Or just do both together?

Whats the best way to approach this? Any recommendations?

    Thanks a lot!
    1. Hey AC,

Starting out using Instant Knockout alone while you’re trying to lose fat is a good, economical way to go. Once you want to shift to adding muscle, switch to the Crazy Mass Bulking Stack. It costs more, but you’ll get the results you’re looking for. You should also sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook for diet and workout plans.

  97. The pills do have a good effect, i dont practice this days but i still lost weight and it helps me for more mental work(more responsive to my surroundings while working) .

but ever since i started take it – i have a problem, i started puking , now i only puke stomach fluids and not food – and it only happens when im with empty stomach (mornings or after several hours i didnt eat)

my theory is that it helps burn fat and food better so when i have empty stomach and it cant process the food faster it makes this problem(if i eat something fast enough it passes away almost instant) .

do you have any knowledge about it ?
i try to take 4 pills a day but sometimes it is less and on the weekend i dont take it at all(for better rest 🙂 .
    1. Hey Johnny,

I haven’t heard of this happening specifically with Instant Knockout, but it’s fairly common for supplements to cause nausea to an extent. I would recommend you cut back on your dose.

Take only one at a time for a total of 2 a day, and always make sure you have a little food in your stomach. Let me know if that helps.

And if it keeps happening, I would stop altogether.

  98. Hey Rob,
I plan to start a nitrocut and testofuel stackfor 3 months and adding instant knocket for 1 month for an extra boost, i also use whey isolate in the morning and casein at night, I was wondering if in the second month if I add a 2:1 of whey isolate and casein to my pre and post workout and add muscle advance creatine to the post workout would I feel or see any significant gains in lean muscle mass and also will this affect my Vigrx plus at all?
  99. Hope this is not redundant. I am starting to work out but not very consistent, so is the instant knockout a good product for beginners trying to loose weight?

Or is this more for those who are already in shape trying to get more cut? Thanks so much.

    1. Hey Bev,

It works for both really. It’s primarily a fat burner so it’s meant to be used by anyone who wants to lose weight. Of course, it will work better if you combine it with a good meal and workout plan. You should sign up for my free weight loss ebook for help in those areas.

  100. Hey Rob,
I am 19, 5 foot 6 and 175 pounds right now. I have just gone through a nice bulking period in the past 6 months, and I kinda ate a bunch of sh** and didn’t really regard a healthy diet but drank nothing but water. nonetheless I am more then satisfied with my mass and do not want to bulk anymore in the slightest cuz I’m an MMA fighter.

I want to cut all of the fat I have left and just get shredded, I don’t want to bulk anymore then what I got already. I recently changed to a very clean diet and do cardio work about 6 days a week along with some muscle toning about 3 days a week.

Sorry for the ramble. So in this case is Instant Knockout a good route to go?? As long as I continue to cut a bunch of fat with it and lift a little, it won’t take the recent Gains I made right?? I just wanna cut my last 10 to 20 pounds of persistent body fat, the rest of me is pretty solid.

    Thank you!!
    1. Hey Garrett,

Instant Knockout won’t take away the muscle you gained, and it sounds like your clean eating and cardio workouts along with the supplement will definitely get your fat gone pretty quickly. But you will lose the bulk and muscle you gained if you don’t lift hard enough.

Make sure you push yourself when you do your workouts.

    1. Hey Bev,

You probably shouldn’t, it’s got a lot of caffeine in it already. You might think about switching to decaf, or you could experiment with a little coffee and see how you feel.

Just proceed with caution and pay attention to your body.

  101. Hey Rob,

I’m sorry if you’ve answered this particular question already, but I’m thinking of stacking this with Testo Fuel. Do you think these two will work well together?

And I was wondering if adding ZMA Pro by Universal Nutrition would be too much, Id really be taking it for its effects on sleeping.
    1. Hey Kyle,

No, the three would make a great stack. Instant Knockout will focus on fat burning, appetite suppression, and short term energy. Testofuel will help with muscle mass, additional fat loss, and general well being, while ZMA Pro will support the Testofuel and like you said, help you sleep.

  102. This is just a follow up to my last question , i am weary of anything with fillers or something filled with too many artificially processed or “chemically” … what is your opinion about the ingredients contents?
    1. Hey RF,

I try to keep my supplements as natural as possible, though I recognize that sometimes fillers are needed to form capsules or mix the ingredients properly, and that sometimes a chemical ingredient might be the best thing for the job at hand. With that said, the ingredients in Instant Knockout are quite natural.

Here’s the list from the website:

      SUPPLEMENT FACTS:

      Vitamin B6
      Vitamin B2
      Zinc
      GTF Chromium
      Green Tea Extract (leaf)
      Green Coffee Extract (bean)
      Cayenne Powder (fruit)
      Glucomannan (konjac root)
      Caffeine Anhydrous
      Black Pepper Extract
Other Ingredients: HPMC, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, FD&C Red 40.

  103. Hey Rob,
I’m a 27 year old guy who’s 210 lbs. My primary goal is to reduce body fat, while gaining lean muscle is my secondary goal. I don’t drink a lot of coffee (maybe once a year).

I ordered a two month supply of Instant Knockout.

    My questions are:
    1. Should I take 3 or 4 capsules a day to assess tolerance?
    2. Should I take breaks between taking the capsules? Say like two weeks taking Instant Knockout, then one week without.

    1. Hey Jeffrey,

The recommended dose is 1 capsules 4 times a day. But I agree you should lower your dosage at first to assess tolerance.

Try 1 capsule before breakfast and 1 before lunch, and see how you respond to that. When you feel like you can handle more, up it by one at a time.

Use it for 4 weeks before taking a break for about a week.

  104. I have a few questions. Will this provide an energy boost, will it still work if i take 2 pills a day instead of 4 and are the ingredients natural?

    1. Hey RF,

You’ll definitely get an energy boost from Instant Knockout. And with 175 mg of caffeine in 2 pills, 2 pills would work too.

    1. Hey Genise,
Is it ok, yes…is it necessary? I don’t really think so. You’ll get great results from the Cutting stack alone, however, if you’re looking for an extra boost in your workouts then by all means get the Instant Knockout as well.

      Rob

      1. Thanks for the quick response!! One last question.. Can women take the Cutting Stack?

I saw that testosterone is one of the ingredients and is suggested be taken three times a day. Now, I don’t want to grow a beard or mustache!! LOL 🙂 … I’m a Pro Bikini Competitor and looking to increase my muscle mass and lean more.

        1. Hey Genise,

Yes, women can use the Cutting Stack. Testosterone is not an actual ingredient in the stack, but one of the supplements is a natural testosterone booster. It’s not the same as using actual testosterone. It actually works with your body to increase levels naturally, which is good because it doesn’t go too far or raise levels beyond what is natural. These kinds of supplements are used by women all the time.

  105. Hey! Trying to pick up some new stuff here as I came across your page.

Currently I weigh almost 215 being only 20 and around 5’10 I’m looking to cut down my belly like crazy, loose weight but then gain muscle and a good amount of it. I work out technically at work having yo climb ladders and stairs all day with 80 plus pounds for hours so I don’t really go to the gym.

What would you recommend to accomplish the weight lose and still have a good amount of defined muscle?
    1. Hey Alex,

First off, I recommend you sign up for my free ‘getting ripped’ ebook for advice and plans for eating right and working out in the gym if you decide to do that. Though with your work being a so much of a workout, I’d say do some cardio each day to help take off the fat. As for supplements, I’d say go with the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack. It’s got 4 supplements that work together to help you take off the fat and put on the muscle.

I’m 6ft and 25y/o. I know improved but not good.

I need to get down to 213 to be considered overweight and not obese. I have made HUGE improvements to my diet.

Which I only eat clean. I am in the gym on average 4-5 days a week.

I play basketball 2 times a week for added cardio. I’m looking for something to help me slim down and build some muscle.

I have stubborn fat in my stomach and chest that I can seem to lose. Any advise on products would be fantastic.

    Thank you in advance!
    1. Hey Sean,

Great job with your progress so far. At this point, I recommend you go with the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack. Is it guaranteed to work? That’s some crazy money.

Not that I’m not willing to try it. That’s just a hefty price for uncertainties.

  107. Hi Rob, Steve here, thanks for all your emails and downloads, unfortunately I haven’t had time to go through them yet, what with Christmas and having flu and now she’s got me doing work in the house which in fairness is well overdue, anyway I digress, I’ve read the reviews on Instant Knockout and it looks very good, trouble is Im notsure it’ll be ok for me, at 54 Im not the best sleeper and Im easily disturbed, plus Im up through the night with going to toilet and find it hard getting back off to sleep, plus I sometimes get drug and alcohol tested in work, so on that info would you say it’ll be ok taken carefully or is it best to go for somin else.
    Thanks

    Steve.

    1. Hey Steve,

There is a lot of caffeine in Instant Knockout so you’re right, it might not be the best thing for you. The trouble is, that’s what you’re going to find in most fat burners. Instead, go with a stack of Nitrocut and Testofuel. Nitrocut is a non-stimulant pre workout that helps you get through your workouts with more ease while Testofuel is a natural testosterone booster that’ll help you with more energy, greater lean muscle building, and even a libido increase, also with no stimulants. I think the stack is a much better choice for you. When you get around to the getting ripped ebook, there’s a lot of great information in there for you too.

  108. HI Rob,
Not to spam your email but also…. if I take C4 for pre workout and combine with these, will I be okay?
    1. Hey Ryan,

No, C4 and Instant Knockout both contain quite a bit of stimulant. You won’t want to take them together. You should switch to a non-stimulant pre workout like Nitrocut.

  109. Hi Rob,
I really want to try the Instant Knockout product but don’t know how much to get and will I start seeing results in 7 days? I work out like hardcore at least 6-7 times a week and my workout time is usually around 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours… The only thing is I don’t really watch my diet and eat whatever… 🙂 should I start off with 1 bottle?

    Thanks!
    1. Hey Ryan,

I’d need to know how much weight you want to lose to know how much you should order. But yeah, starting out with one bottle is probably a good idea to see how it works for you. If you really want to get shredded though, you’ll have to adjust your diet somewhat. Sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook for some help with that.

    1. Hey Shansa,

It looks good except you want to be careful using the Instant Knockout and the Amino Energy together. Do you have any suggestions for any alternative supplement?

        Rich
        1. Hey Rich,

No problem, and I agree, it’s better safe than sorry. Almost any fat burner is going to contain stimulants so you’d be better off with a fat binder called Proactol Plus. Stack that with the non stimulant pre workout called Nitrocut. But first, run them both by your doctor to see what he or she says.

  111. Hi Rob,

I am a 20 years old guy that has belly fat problem for years. I’m in a good shape but my only problem is my belly fat (the ratio is ridiculous.. it’s like, when i’m with a shirt people are like ‘wow you are in a good shape, why do u say ur fat?’, but then when i pull off my shirt they will be like ‘oh wow ur actually fat’.

I don’t go to the gym because of the fee but I’m a soccer player at social level, not sure if it helps. And yeah, I like to eat pizzas, chocolate, etc.

I wish to lose all my belly fat and hopefully also gain some abs.

I have seen some of your reviews and see that you recommend Instant Knockout, Crazy Mass, Nitrocut and Testofuel, but I’m not sure which one would be the best for my situation, can you advise?

    Cheers,
    Darren
    1. Hey Darren,

The best way to lose fat of any kind is to do plenty of cardio, so your soccer playing helps a lot. Add in some running, cycling, or any other cardio you enjoy, and do it regularly. What you eat plays a big role as well, so if you’re serious about losing the fat, you’ll have to address that issue. You should sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook for a great meal plan. Unfortunately, you can’t spot reduce fat, and belly fat is pretty commonly the last to go. You should As far as supplements go, if your only goal is to reduce fat, you can go with Instant Knockout on it’s own. If you want to get ripped as well, use the workout plan in the ebook and use the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack.

  112. I’m debating between this and phen375, I’ve just turned 36 and am 6’6″. 255. I have 2 issues. I need to lose weight and I’d love to gain energy.

Unfortunately, with my schedule, I only work out 2-3 times per week, and only started back recently. I’m looking to lose some weight, because all my jeans and shirts are tight, before trying to really get into great shape.

I’m a former college athlete which has it’s plusses and minuses. On the plus side, my body has good muscle memory and I know how to work very hard.

The down side is I’m not a fan of the gym since it was basically a necessary evil as part of my athletic career for well over a decade. At this point, I really just want something to get me looking better and if I can get more energy, I’d love that. (I’m a 2-3 coffee a day person due to lack of energy.) I have no delusions of trying to regain my athletic career, I just want to look better.

Any advice would be great. Thanks.

    1. Hey Derek,

Of the 2, go with Instant Knockout (though you’ll want to cut back on the coffee when you’re taking it since there’s plenty of caffeine). I find it’s better at both the fat burning and the energy. It’s a good product to get you started and motivated. Once you get that motivation, think about switching to the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack. It’s a more comprehensive program of supplements that’ll help you get in great shape.

  113. Hey Rob,
I’m a 48 year old former ironman triathlete and marathoner runner, and have lost my leanness. While I don’t compete anymore, my workouts are still very hard and consistent, but I just can’t drop fat.

My diet needs to improve, but as someone who has never taken a supplement, I’m not willing to give it a try. I’m concerned whit the caffeine level in SK and how it might make my heart race too much during a hard interval workout.

Would you still recommend it or something else perhaps? How does it compare to Nitrocut?

    1. Hey Paul,

Since you’re new to supplements and you’re wanting to avoid stimulants, definitely start off with Nitrocut. There are no stimulants at all, yet it will get you working out harder and longer than you would without. And that applies to weights as well as cardio. 1. Hey Deb,

    1. Hey Shansa,

Phen375 used to be my first choice, but Instant Knockout won me over. It’s more effective.

It’s got more effective appetite suppression, and the ingredients tend to be safer. I would go with the Instant Knockout.

What would you reccomend as a plan?
    1. Hey David,

Instant Knockout is good, but if you want a real comprehensive supplement stack, go with the Crazy Mass Cutting Stack. Yep, Crazy Mass products are great. They’re natural; not steroids.

  118. Hi Rob,

You gave this product a great review, and you definitely know what you’re talking about. As a result, I have made the decision to try this out and see if I can lose that extra fat for good!

However, I do have two questions:
    (1) I am 17 years old and still growing. Is this a safe product for athletic teens looking to shed fat/add muscle definition?
    (2) If this product works for me, and I decide I’m happy with the results and stop using it, can I gain weight back easier?

    Thanks,
    Vernon

    1. Hey Vernon,

It’s really not recommended for guys under 18, and you’re right to mention that you’re still growing. That’s the main reason it may not be safe.

Generally speaking, supplements and their ingredients are not tested on subjects under 18, so while they may be perfectly safe, we just don’t know for sure. As for gaining the weight back, as long as you keep with your meal and workout program, you’ll keep it off.

    1. Hey Shane,

Congratulations on deciding to get back into shape! Yeah, absolutely. It’s a fat burner that also suppresses appetite and helps with energy, so it will help with all aspects of the weight loss process. Definitely try to get in as many workouts as you can.

At your age, I would also recommend stacking it with a testosterone booster called Prime Male. Combine the 2 and be sure to sign up for my free Getting Ripped ebook. It lays out a great workout plan and meal plan.

You can’t really bulk up and cut down at the same time, but it sounds like you pretty much just want to be in great shape. Go with a pre workout called Nitrocut as well as the Instant Knockout. 1. Hey Peter,

At your age, go with just the Nitrocut and the Instant Knockout. You don’t need the Testofuel yet. Wait another 5-10 years for that. It’s really tough to lose fat and build muscle at the same time, so you’d be better off focusing on the losing first. Then when you’ve lost all you want to, start lifting heavier and eating more so you can put on more muscle. For diet and workout guidance, sign up for my free “getting ripped” ebook.

The only stimulant in Instant Knockout is caffeine, and there’s nothing in it that should pop positive on a test. That said, as you know there’s always a chance of a false positive, so I would keep a bottle with a label with you so you can show the testing center what you’re taking.

  129. Bonjour, j’ai commencé instant knockout 2capsules 30 min. avant gym ce matin avec extreme no et sync testostérone et jamais je n’ai ressenti autant d’énergie, je vais voir dans les prochaines semaines mais le début est prometteur.

(Hello, I started instant knockout 2capsules 30 min. before gym this morning and no sync with extreme testosterone and I have never felt so much energy, I’ll see in the coming weeks but the beginning is promising.)
  130. Hey Rob,
im ridiculously overweight and are considering taking this supplement for support and i have a couple of questions.

Q1. is it unhealthy to take this supplement if your under 18?

Q2. should i be taking instant knockout everyday or only on days i workout ?

Q3. does this supplement have any complications with dietary measures such as meal replacements?

    Cheers,
    Harrison
    1. Hey Harrison,

You actually shouldn’t take any of these kinds of supplements when you’re under 18. The reason is that the ingredients don’t get tested on kids, so you just don’t know how they might affect your growth. Instead, sign up for my free weight loss ebook for tons of tips and plans for eating right and working out to lose weight quickly and safely.

  131. Hey Rob, how r u bro, I jus read ur reply, couldn’t believe u replied so fast, that n itself shows me I can trust what u say n that u mean business!! So thanx a lot!! I jus wanted to ask one more thing, I asked if stacking nitrocut, instant knockout and testo fuel all at once n u said it was cool, would adding the the hyper14 ( Growth Hormone ) bring about any conflicts?? I am so ready to get in shape I will do whatever I can to help me get there.. Also, since u r big into fitness and supplements, I have a question, have u heard of Biotrust?

If so what is ur take on the company and their product line, I’m convinced they’re pretty solid as I have read alal lot of reviews From regular ppl jus like me so I jus wanted see what sumone in ur shoes thought of them.. Also have u heard of Les Mills Pump workout dvds?? It’s a beachbody program based on low weight workouts with high rep for gettin cut and shedding fat, I’m really interested n tryin the program, it’s 3 days a week, I figured I could do bodyweight movements/cardio for 3 n rest one… I’m jus starting out so I was jus wonderin if u have heard any pros r cons n regards to that particular workout program..

    Thanx again!!
    1. Hey Mike,

My only reservation about the BioTrust line is that it seems pretty expensive for what it is. As for the Les Mills Pump workout, it’s pretty similar to the principles in my book, only using body weight, so that should work out fine if you don’t have access to a gym.

As far as taking all four supplements together, you’ll do great with that stack.

  132. Hello, how r u Rob, quick question,I have been on the fence about supplements a lot lately, with Nitrocut and Testofuel being on the top of my list, jus wondering why wouldn’t u reccomend all 3 at once since testofuel is really a way to make ur body produce it’s own Test, naturally?? Reason I ask is because I read where one guy asked u about which should he stack and u advised him to go wit instant knockout stack then when he slimmed down to take Testofuel.. If u don’t mind, can u let me know why u wouldn’t take all 3 at the same time???

    Thanx a lot!!
    1. Hey Mike,

That’s a great question. You definitely can take all of them together and get great results, but I try to offer cost effective supplement combinations when I can.

For a lot of guys, 3 taking 3 supplements is simply out of reach. But you’re totally right.

Taking them together will get you great results.

  133. Hi I’m 18 years old & currently weigh 165 lbs. I’m about 5’7 & I’m looking to slim down & burn body fat. I’d also like to have a more toned mid section.

    Any recommendations?
      1. Hey John,

Honestly I think its a bit gimmicky…yes, the electrical stimulation from the belt should cause muscles to tone, but, it will not help you to develop a “six pack” without traditional diet, exercise, and supplementation.

  134. Im 66 and weigh 160lbs and on no meds. I’m in relatively good health.

I only want to lose 20 lbs. I’m not interested in bulking up. What do you suggest?

    1. Hey Mary,

I’ve got two recommendations for you. First of all, sign up for my free weight loss ebook. It’s got plans for diet and workouts that will help you lose weight. They’re nice and flexible guidelines so you can customize them for yourself however you need. As for supplements, go with Instant Knockout. Just be aware that it contains quite a bit of caffeine, so you may want to start with a half dose to assess your tolerance.

  135. Is Instant Knockout approved by the FDA yet? And do you know if it is ok for soldiers to take without it popping up positive on a urinalysis?

    1. Hey Aaron,

As a dietary supplement, Instant Knockout doesn’t need FDA approval, so that’s not a problem. There’s also nothing in it that should pop on a test.

Just bring the bottle to the test if you’re concerned, but I wouldn’t worry.

  138. What are your thoughts on stacking Testofuel and Instant Knockout versus Nitrocut and Instant Knockout? ….for fat loss and muscle builfing.
    1. Hey Cordell,

That’s a great stack as well. A little less focus on pre workout nitric oxide, but more on body composition and overall energy. You’ll do well with Instant Knockout and Testofuel. You should get the workout energy you need from the Instant Knockout.

        1. Hey Cordell,

I do. I think it’s almost always a good idea to take a week off from a supplement stack after 4-6 weeks or so.

  139. Hey,
I’m previous hopes of getting into bodybuilding I went about things all wrong. I was so focused on getting big, I didn’t give any focus on staying lean!

When I graduated high school I weighed 205, with in three years I shot up to 250, I then though if I got bigger, the extra muscle would help my metabolism. Three months I went from 250 to 275. I want a size pack and road map of veins all over. What would you recommend?

Is instant knockout something I should try?
  140. Hey Rob,
I am 28 years old, 5’6″, 196lbs. My goal is to lose about 30lbs of body fat and build more muscle, especially around my mid section. I don’t like my body shape and I’m always tired.

I work midnight shift so its hard to get into a good workout routine since I sleep most of the day and then back to work. What do you suggest?

I was thinking Nitrocut and Instant Knockout or maybe Nitrocut and Testofuel. I’ve tried Phen375 and it didn’t work at all, even with the meal plan.

    1. Hey Cordell,

I recommend you download my free “getting ripped” ebook. It’s got great meal and workout plans for when you can fit that in. As for supplements, with your stats and goals, go with the Nitrocut and Instant Knockout. When you get closer to your goal weight, change out the Instant Knockout for the Testofuel. It’ll help with the lean muscle and overall strength.

  141. Hey Im trying to cut down on my fat. I was at 180 a year ago now im up at 215 plus!

I would like to cut down to my previous weight and then bulk up quite a bit and get hecka toned what should I buy supplements wise?
    1. Hey John, I recommended the CrazyMass Cutting stack for you in your previous comment, and I still think that’s your best bet, but Instant Knockout is another great choice, especially for burning fat, and it costs less too.

    1. Hey Zeb,

In a straight comparison of the two fat burners, Instant Knockout and Phen375, I’ve decided to go with Instant Knockout as my number one fat burner for a number of reasons, including price and ingredients. But if you want to stack in a non-stimulant pre workout for the pumps, I would go with Nitrocut and Instant Knockout.

  142. Hey Rob,
I just got instant knockout per your recommendation, and thought of letting you know that they updated their dosage label.

It’s still is 4 caplets a day, but divided throughout the day (just like you recommended). 1 right after you wake up, another right between breakfast and lunch, another caplet one hour after lunch and a final one one hour before dinner, which should be at least 5 hours before going to be (I guess because all of the caffeine).

You don’t have to approve this comment, just wanted to bring this to your attention.

    Cheers,
    1. Hey Alan,
You are 100% correct, I will get that changed up right now. Thanks for pointing it out!

  143. I just turn 58, up until my early 50’s I reffed soocer and was in good shape. Since I stopped this I have gained a few inches.

I’m a sales rep and keep reasonably active, I also work outside in my large yard often building things.
My question is what is the best supplement to give me more energy and help me lose those extra inches.

I’m realistic, I’m very busy and I’m not going to stick to some work out routine and am not looking to look like a 20 year old. I just want to feel better and not feel so tired by 5pm .
As I mentioned, not looking for a miracle pill, just something that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg and will help me have more energy as the day moves along.

    1. Hey Richard,
I’m a bit tied up with reviews at the moment, so not sure if I’ll have a chance to review that one.  Check back with me at a later date and I’ll let you know if I have time.
