Xtreme NO Review
By: Rob MillerNote: This is just a review. Click Here to visit the official Xtreme NO website.
We have reviewed several dozen types of muscle building supplements, creatine supplements, and even HGH supplements. The goal of our site is to provide you with up-to-date, accurate, and unbiased information concerning the effectiveness of these supplements. When we first came across Xtreme NO, we were a bit skeptical that any Nitric Oxide supplement actually worked. We were very new to the technology behind it, and not sure of the scientific explanations these companies were providing.
As is the case with many similar supplements, there is not a huge wealth of information about it to point to how its effects and formula are different than others, so of course, a little bit of homework needed to be done in order to ensure that the we understood Xtreme NO the best that we could.
After some deep research, as well as talking with people who have tried Xtreme NO, we decided to place our own order of Xtreme NO. Our staff tested this particular product for a wide variety of criteria, including:
- Results Before and After Workouts
- Any Side Effects
- Size Gains
- Fat Loss
- Energy Levels
What Were Our Results?
After taking Xtreme NO for approximately 3 months, I noticed a significant amount of lean muscle gain when compared to a placebo. The biggest difference was in my size gains, allowing me to gain inches both in our arms, legs, and chest. What was even better was the increase in energy I felt after taking it for so long. My workouts had become that much more effective, and I was not getting as tired in the gym.
I also had lost about 10 pounds of fat, making me shredded beyond what I ever imagined. There was also the added benefit of increasing my sex drive, which apparently is a by product of Nitric Oxide production. In fact I was so happy with my results, that I ended up purchasing another 6 months supply of Xtreme No.
Reviews from other people we found:
“I have tried alot of different muscle building products, and the results were up and down. When I took creatine I would get real big and bulky, but almost looked a little fat. When I took an hgh supplement or a fat burner, I would shrivel up into nothing. Xtreme NO was great because it allowed me to build lean muscle and burn fat at the same time.”
Mike, New Jersey
“They say that all NO supplements are the same, but thats total bs. I used products like Ripfire and Muscle Warfare Napalm, and if it did work, I would get the worst side effects from it. Nothing turns me off a product quicker than getting nausea and feeling sick all day after taking it. I didn’t feel that way when I took Xtreme NO, and it worked wonders for my gym routine. I noticed a big difference in my ability to stay in the gym longer, and as a result I ended up getting Jacked really quick. Well worth the price in my book.”

Questions We’ve Received About Extreme NO
Q.You have mentioned you had good results from both the above products (Nitrocut and Xtreme NO).
However do you think one is significantly better than the other?
I have tried Nitrocut with good results a few months ago.
Second time around I was wondering if I should try Xtreme NO – also since it has a prolonged release system as well as is about 25% cheaper than Nitrocut. (KS, email received March 24, 2014)
A.Thanks for your email.
In my experience, both Nitrocut and Xtreme NO will give you great results, so really it comes down to personal preference.
I get pumps, energy, and stamina from both.
My personal preference is for Nitrocut, but I certainly can’t argue with the price break you get with Xtreme NO.
What are the ingredients?
Xtreme NO is made up of 3 high-quality variations of L-Arginine, including L-Arginine Hydrochloride, L-Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, and L-Arginine ketoisocaproate, as well as an advanced nutrient delivery system that includes L-citruline, dipottasium phosphate, dicalcium phosphate, and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide.
How do i take it?
The directions on the label state that you should take 2 tablets 30 – 60 minutes prior to a workout on an empty stomach. For me it seemed to take a bit longer to kick in, so I would recommend you take it at least 45 – 90 minutes prior to a workout, and combine it with caffeine for an added kick.
How long does it take to start seeing results?
Generally speaking, you should start feeling the effects within the first few days. For me, that meant a more “veiny” appearance after a workout, the ability to last longer during workouts, and a sculpted / more muscular physique.
You can expect the higher energy levels, fat loss, and bigger muscle gains in about 2 – 3 weeks, along with a rigorous training regiment.
I recommend you signup for my free “How to get Ripped Quick” ebook and use it in conjunction with Extreme NO for the best results.
Are there any side effects?
I personally did not experience any side effects with Xtreme NO. With that said, it’s always a possibility. One thing I will note is that if you are taking any blood pressure lowering medications, it might not be a good idea to take this.
Because it contains L-Arginine, and l-arginine causes your blood vessels / arteries to widen, it may cause your blood pressure to drop too low. Other then that I don’t see any other interactions, but of course it’s best to speak with your doctor to be sure.
Where To Buy Extreme NO
As of this review, you can only buy Xtreme NO from their official site. They offer a number of discounts if you buy in larger quantities, with a 6 months supply coming in at just $25 a bottle. We recommend that you order the six months supply to get the best results from this NO supplement.
As of this review they do NOT sell Xtreme NO is stores like GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Walmart, etc. You’re stuck with ordering it online.
Also, despite people telling you that they have a free trial / sample, this is simply not the case. They do, however, offer free bottles when you order larger quantities. For example, if you buy a 3 month supply you get 3 additional bottles, and if you buy a 2 month supply you get 1 free bottle.
Recommendation
So why did I rank this as my #3 pre workout supplement? Well as you can see from the my results section above, it’s a very effective product that pretty much does what it says it does. However, it’s not some revolutionary pre workout supplement…it contains many of the same ingredients found in dozens of other brands.
HOWEVER, the difference is that you can get an UNLIMITED lifetime supply of Extreme NO when you checkout with your original order. Let me explain…
When you go to checkout on their official website, you are prompted to put in your details (name, address, email, etc.). If you select the one month supply (which is only $39.95), input your credit card details, and click “Submit Order”, you are THEN taken to a special offer page which allows you to signup for their unlimited refill program at a cost of $49.95, which does NOT include monthly charges and is NOT an auto-rebill, auto-shipment program.
This essentially means that EVERY 30 days you can request another 30 day supply of Extreme NO, and pay ONLY $16.97 for shipping. This is an absolute GEM that I completely missed the first time I bought Extreme NO.
If I am not mistaken, this may in fact be the very first time that I have come across such a practice in any supplement and I was left with my jaw on the floor, so to speak, when I discovered this.
Essentially, you will be getting a new bottle of this stuff every 30 days and only pay $17! This literally makes it the CHEAPEST pre workout supplement you will find on the market.

How does a product like this work for endurance sports? I'm a long distance runner more interested in being lean as opposed to a larger muscle mass. Thanks. -Bryan
Increased Nitric Oxide is widely believed to increase cardiovascular endurance, but I would choose something less and expensive and more proven, like Nitrocut.- Rob

Sometimes I work out 2 time a week and sometimes 5. Is it ok to take it only when I work out even if it’s over a couple days? Will my muscles get larger over time?
Will it still have the same effect even if over a couple days?
Ideally, if you’re taking the “full-body” approach during your workouts you can get them done in just 2 days a week. Full body approach basically means that you’re lifting ALL of the muscles each workout.
As for the Xtreme NO (http://www.XtremeNO.com) you should be taking it everyday, as the effects are cumulative.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.

Iv recently competed and won my first natural teen pphysique competition and am thinking of competing in adult competitions, iv stumbled across spray flex.com which have over 6 professional bodybuilders endorsing their 3 “legal steroids” they claim that they used an FDA written document citing a specific set of medical reference books containing the proven evidence of benefits of different natural ingredients and selected their ingredients from this document, to be fair I don’t recognize any of the ingredients in their products and iv looked them up and they do make me consider trying these products, anyway I was wondering if you would consider try their “anabolic pro stack” (3 month supply? Because these products do seem intreaging and their claims and who they are backed by has a lot of hype, thanks rob
Thanks! Definitely look interesting!
I’ll check them out.

None of these products is recommended for guys under the age of 18, so I would advise you to stick to your workout, diet, and a protein supplement to help you reach your goals. My free “getting ripped” ebook can help you out tremendously with your diet and workout.

I have a few questions regarding the product. For starters, Is this product safe for anyone under 18?
I know it seems slightly out of the ordinary for a 14 year old to take interest in these things, but I’m tired of just being big. I’m ready do become the baddest damn athlete in middle AND high school.
I’m almost 6 feet tall, and weigh about 180 lbs. because of my enormous stature, would it be safe to take this product? Finally, can I find this is retail stores (Walmart, Rite Aid, Walgreens, etc) rather than order?
Much appreciated,
Davis
No, at your age, you shouldn’t be taking bodybuilding supplements beyond protein and creatine. The main concern is that, as big as you already are, you’re still growing, and your body is still developing. Protein and creatine are the only two that have been tested and proven safe for kids your age. The good news is that you should be able to do very well with diet and exercise.

Thanks for the input Rob. Do you have any suggestions to some good protein powders / premade shakes?
The ones I’ve tried (and ive tried a plethora, mind you) all taste ether like absolute crap or are so thick I can’t stomache it, I’ve also tried home made (such as using bananas, strawberries, etc) but I don’t think they will have the same recovery effect as the real things would. And one more thing.
Creatine, as you mentioned earlier, is that readily Avilable at Big brand retailers? My dad is stingy when using credit cards so if I could pay upfront that would be great.
Thanks a lot again.
No problem! Try 100% Whey Gold Standard from Optimum Nutrition. You can get it at GNC, and it tastes awesome. Double Rich Chocolate is my favorite. And yes, creatine is easy to find. Pick some p anywhere, then read my article on the best way to take it, and you’ll be all set.

Turns out that stuff kills your kidneys at my age. So I’ve been taking fat burning supplements so I can lean up, then bulk up later.
Do you know any good supplements to help with that? Right now the main one im taking is Conjugated Linoleic Acid.
I would like to add some more to that. Also, do you know any site that would provide good workout regimens?
I am determined to stick to a workout, but I suck at planning them on my own. Thanks a lot again, and if you have any suggestions for something other than creatine, don’t hesitate to tell me.
You’ve helped me out before, and I’m certian you will once more, haha ^^
Creatine is only unsafe if you take too much of it, which is I guess more likely for teens than for the general population. But you’ll do well without it. Sign up for my “getting ripped” ebook. It’s got meal and workout plans all laid out for you. Again, I wouldn’t recommend that you take any other supplements besides the protein.

You can take the Xtreme NO tablets with water, on an empty stomach, about half an hour before your workout.

I’m really not sure. I know for some supplements and medications, it’s not recommended, but I don’t know if that’s the case with this one.

My questions: 1. As a woman, are these right for me? And if not, is there something similar that you’d recommend to give me that boost to get over this “hump." 2. Would you recommend this product per the company’s other two I mentioned (fully recognizing you may not have an answer to that one). Thanks for your time.
First off, pre workout supplements like these are totally fine and great for women, but I wouldn’t go with the two you’re looking at. The reason is that when you order, they force you to sign up up for a “free trial” that automatically enrolls you in a monthly shipping program for almost 90 bucks a month. Xtreme NO has that offer, but you can (and should) choose to buy it outright for a much lower price. In fact, you can get 3 months worth for less than the price of one month of Ultimate Muscle BE. If I were you, I’d go with either Xtreme NO or Nitrocut.

I ‘ve just bought Xtreme No but still haven’t used it. would you advice to take it on empty stomach as it says on the label or together with a protein shake?
thank u
I would take it pre workout on an empty stomach, and then use a post workout protein shake.

As a pre workout supplement Xtreme NO will make your workouts more effective, and in that way help you put on muscle. I would also recommend Muscle Advance Creatine and 100% Whey Gold Standard protein if you really want to pack it on.

It’s not a dumb question at all. I’m actually not sure what the answer is.
Some pills are okay to crush. Others may have ingredients that you don’t want to absorb too quickly so it would be problematic.
I don’t think it’s a problem with Xtreme NO since there’s no caffeine, but I’d call them just in case.

I’ve been doing a bit of research on a lot products but all of them say the same things im a lil bit confused. What would recommend.
Im 28 yrs old an Im very active I do mma & have full time job. Lately I’ve been feeling burned out, moody, sore from my workout like I never recover,my energy level is good on n off.
What supplements do you recommend? I’ve only been taking protein muscle pharm combat… moses
I would keep taking the protein and add in Xtreme NO as your pre workout for extra energy and better results. If you buy 6 months worth, you’re only paying $20 a month, which is about as cheap as you’ll find.
Rob

Yeah I would suggest you just take it as described on the product label.
