We did find this information elsewhere, but since we didn’t get it from the horse’s mouth, we can’t be 100% certain of its validity:

• L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, and Epimedium are all included to increase the flow of blood to the penis for better erections.
• Schizandra Root supports the immune system for better overall health, and it improves circulation throughout the body.
• Avena Sativa helps keep natural testosterone free and available for use by the body. This improves both desire and performance.
• Ashwagandha boosts energy so you can stay in the game longer.

Instructions are to take two tablets about 30 minutes before planned sexual activity.
