Anyone with sleep disorders or insomnia knows how delicate their sleep patterns might be.
Because of this, most people prefer to use gentle formulas or sleep aids to encourage sleep and to help keep someone asleep throughout the night.
Such enduring effects in a natural formulation are difficult to obtain, but that is what the Restalex PM formula guarantees.
It can do so through its use of melatonin and griffonia seed (also called 5-HTP).
The melatonin will help to regulate brain patterns and the inner clock, while the griffonia seed is known for enhancing mood.
The problem that we have with this formulation, however, is the fact that the packaging does not indicate if the doses contain the clinically proven amounts for optimal results.
Additionally, Restalex PM is consumed by dissolving the tablet in a glass of water, which also implies that dosage could be irregular.

We disliked that it was mandatory to input contact details to get further information about the product, and that all it did was direct us to the purchase page.
There is also no money back guarantee for Restalex PM. The best price is for the 60-day supply from the manufacturer – which amounts to a $30 savings.If you are interested in testing the product, the single tube retails for $11 and gives ten doses.
Pro’s and Con’s
There are far more negative factors with this product than there are positive ones.For example, on the down side:

- Dosage can be irregular;
- The ingredients are not clearly explained; and

On the positive side:
- There are no known side effects; and

Because there is a bit of confusion where the quantities of the ingredients are concerned, and because the full list of ingredients is not made available, we cannot recommend the Restalex PM product.
Though it has melatonin, a known sleep aid, it doesn’t say how much is in the single dose.
It is also priced only through the manufacturer and comes with no guarantees, which means that it is not something that we would feel comfortable suggesting you use for insomnia.
