I can’t emphasize enough how much hype BPI A50 got. They really piled it on. Talk about how it’s been in the research and development phase for years. Ads in every relevant magazine. Pushing back the release date over and over until people were just salivating waiting for it. Saying it was only for serious bodybuilders, and that others should not even consider it.
Then BPI A50 arrived.
BPI A50 Ingredients and How They Work
There are two proprietary complexes that make up BPI A50:
The Proprietary Active Matrix is the meaty part. It’s got a bunch of chemical names that I’ve never heard of and I’ve studied a lot of supplements. What it’s supposed to do is increase the body’s natural testosterone producing capacity, decrease the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, and as such, maintain the right hormonal balance.
The Proprietary Co-Active Matrix is mainly herbal and there really is no explanation of how it actually supports the process.
You are warned right on the label that you should consult with a doctor and have a complete blood workup before starting on BPI A50. And there’s a whole list of contraindications. The recommended dose is 1 capsule 3 times a day on a full stomach for 4 to 8 weeks. Then cycle off for four and back on again.
BPI A50 Discontinued
About 2 and a half years have passed, and BPI A50 has been discontinued. I guess you’d say it didn’t live up to the hype. Most of the BPI A50 reviews and discussions I found were negative. For the most part, they all said that while affordable, BPI A50 did absolutely nothing except maybe make them regular. (No, I’m not kidding. It’s got a diuretic to help with pumps).

Since BPI A50 has been discontinued, it is no longer available on the company website. It is, however, still around through some online supplement retailers. We found it at i-supplements where a 60-count bottle was available for $30.99.
Conclusion
Well what can I say about a supplement that was supposed to be the best legal bodybuilding support anyone had ever seen or heard of, only to be taken off the market 2 years later? I wish I could tell you what happened, but I’m assuming it had to be one of two things. Either it was just a dud and BPI didn’t want the embarrassment any longer or BPI A50 contained an illegal ingredient and got recalled. There’s no evidence of a recall so I’m going with the first explanation.
All in all, there are far too many “ifs” and “maybes” when it comes to this supplement for me to feel comfortable recommending it or even being able to wrap my head around it long enough to form a solid opinion because they have done very little in the way anything that would indicate that they are legit or that their effects are meaningful.

I’ve found with my own personal testing that you can actually take it on an “as needed” basis.
Basically what that means is, if you know your going to have sex in an hour or so, you can take 1 liquid capsule with water and it will take about 30 – 45 min to kick in. That being said, I recommend that you take it as the manufacturer (Biotab nutraceuticals) describes for the best results.
In my own personal testing, I think you should also take it on a full stomach so you can assess your own tolerance to the pills.
Taking Extenze on an empty stomach can dramatically intensify the results, which could be a good thing OR a bad thing.
Once you realize how your body is affected you can gradually up the Extenze dosage and take it on a light stomach for increased results. I have also heard of some guys breaking open the capsules to get a “bigger” effect.
Under the right conditions of using extenze plus, that might work in theory.
But I don’t think that’s a very good idea, mainly because it is in a time release capsule which gives you a more gradual, but effective result. I also noticed that it only lasted about 5 or 6 hours when i took it on a full stomach.
From my own personal experience, I can tell you that I have drank quite a bit while taking Extenze Plus in the past and it did not seem to have any effects on my ultimate results.
That said, I did notice an increase in blood pressure and heart rate while drinking alcohol and taking the pills.

It’s just not worth the potential downsides.

Everyone needs protein. It’s the building block of life, and without it our bodies would wither away into nothing. Ive been taking protein supplements since I was about 16 years old, and the vast majority of them didn’t taste so great. Made by a company called Optimum Nutrition, Gold Standard is a brand of whey protein that comes in 14 different flavors. It uses Whey Protein Isolates (or WPI’s), which is the most pure form of protein you can get. A typical serving (one rounded scoop) provides 24 grams of quality protein, along with 5 grams of Glutamine and Glutaminc acid and 5 grams of BCAA’s (Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine).
Why I Switched To Gold Standard
I had been taking several protein supplements over the years, and the most recent one before Gold Standard was Twinlab Whey Fuel. I personally am a fan of chocolate, so I always ordered the chocolate version of it. When I first tried it I thought it tasted a bit chalky, but I figured eventually I would get accustomed to the taste. Unfortunately, it didn’t really taste very good, and had that chalky texture to it.
By chance, I was talking to a friend of mine who suggested I try Gold Standard.
