If you’ve ever experienced anxiety when hungover then you’ll understand why this ingredient was included.
Drinkade claims that this helps to detoxify your liver. After a heavy night of drinking, of course there are toxins in the body that it is important to get rid of.
However, a study from 2005 reports 500mg of aloe vera supplements that were taken daily lead to a case of hepatitis. [3]
Of course, Drinkade isn’t designed to be taken daily. It is only a supplement to be taken after drinking, which should only be occasionally.
However, it is important to state possible side effects and if you’re worried or unsure it’s best to discuss with your doctor.

We think it would be beneficial to include some ginger to help reduce sickness when you wake up with a nasty hangover.
Vitamin C
We were quite surprised to not see Vitamin C on this list as we believe it’s a really beneficial ingredient to have in an after drinking formula.
Not only does it boost your immune system which we all know takes a hit from heavy drinking, but it can also clear a few of the by-products produced by alcohol breakdown.
It’s also been shown in clinical research that a lack of Vitamin C intake can increase the duration of some illnesses. [9]
Piperine is a bio-availability enhancer. What does this mean?
Basically, it helps increase the absorption of the other ingredients.

How do you take Drinkade?
The Prevention variety of Drinkade is a lemon flavored drink which should be taken before your first alcoholic drink.

The boost variety is a berry flavored drink and recommended to be taken in the morning after drinking. It has caffeine because the intention is to achieve alertness after the bleary after effect of drinking.
Why do we not recommend caffeine?
Caffeine is a diuretic which makes you urinate more fluid than is being consumed.
In addition to this, preservatives do have links to long term negative health problems.
There could also be negative side effects from the 189mg of caffeine in the Boost product.
This amount of caffeine is like having two strong cups of coffee. In addition to the diuretic effects of caffeine, which we explained earlier, it can also make you feel more on edge, increase your heart rate and make you feel more anxious.
So even though caffeine seems like the right choice when hungover, it could make things worse.
On amazon there are many satisfied customers who believe that Drinkade has been very beneficial for them.
Alternatively, at the time of writing this article, there were 88 negative reviews including complaints of ineffectiveness and occasionally making people feel worse.

However, Prime D+ is a dairy free formula, whereas Pruvit contained milk powder making it a bit creamier. The Prime D+ is a lighter formula overall.
The only difference that I can feel from these two would be that Real Ketones doesn’t contain the caffeine that Pruvit had.
When I would drink Pruvit’s Orange Dream I could feel myself wake up a little faster compared to Real Ketones.
I’ve just added a cup of green tea in the mornings which gives me the equivalent caffeine.
But all of the other benefits are still present. I can feel the energy, the focus and the appetite suppression when I drink Real Ketones.

These are my before and after results drinking ketones. I’ve been drinking them 3 years and love them!
I have experienced amazing results from drinking ketones over the past 3 years. My body leaned out a lot and I have lost a lot of stored fat that I had on my hips.

To me, this is just a way of instilling confidence to the visitors that this product is approved by these three major brands.
I mean, that would be enough for me to take a closer look and want to buy a product, that is if my eyes were not trained and calloused by scam upon scam similar to this uninspired business practice.
However, if you click on any of the three tagged brands, you will realize that it simply takes you to the the buy now page.
Additionally, you’ll see the following quote right above those logos:

The positioning of this implies that one of the 3 (IE Men’s Health, Natural Health, or WebMD) stated this.
Yet, when you run a search for this exact statement, there are no results found.

Why Is Red Rex Specifically For Men 50 And Over?
Throughout the entire site, there’s mentions that Red Rex was specifically formulated for men 50 and older.
But why?
What is it exactly about this supplement that makes it more effective for older guys vs. younger guys.
Unfortunately, they left us with more questions than answers.
They attempt to explain it on their “Specifically made for men over 50”, listing 14 reasons.
However, it’s rather unconvincing.
One thing they mention is that Arginine HCL does not seem reliable for men over 50.
But what are they basing that on? Where’s the proof?
I like the fact that they say they apparently tested their product for 2 years, but where’s the proof?
How many guys did they test it on? 100? 1000?
Was it an official study where participants were given a questionnaire to rate their sexual experiences?
In addition, does any of this mean that guys under 50 can’t use Red Rex pills?
I mean, I’m 37 years old. Can I use it? Will it not work for me?
What about even younger guys (I’m talking guys in their 20’s) looking to just last longer or impress a new girlfriend.
Can they use it?
Again, none of these questions were answered (at least not from what I can tell).
What Are The Ingredients?
Red Rex manufacturer has listed three ingredients which they claim make up their unique product.

A quick search online revealed that EBM is proven to have sexual stimulation effects on male animals. Extracts from this plant are known to relax the corpus cavernosum muscle by increasing the amount of nitric oxide, which causes more blood to flow to the penile area.
This is a pro-erectile herb native to China, and its main bioactive appear to have similar effects to Viagra in penile tissue.
However, according to WebMD, there is insufficient evidence regarding whether or not this herb increases sexual performance and sex drive. They claim that more research is needed to prove Cnidium Monnieri extract helps to increase sexual drive in men.
L-Arginine Ethyl Ester
L-Arginine Ethyl Ester is a different compound from L-Arginine as it is modified to have Ethyl Ester molecule that gets absorbed better.
L-arginine act as a versatile amino acid that helps in not only the synthesis of different proteins but also the production of nitric oxide and growth hormone.
By increasing the production of growth hormone and nitric oxide, your body will feel more energetic. Nitric oxide makes blood vessels that are carrying blood to the penile area dilate, thereby causing harder and long-lasting erections.

The name of this ingredient is enough to give you a clue about its main functions. As per the manufacturer, this ingredient was added to the concoction that makes up this supplement to help users last longer in bed.

But what does WebMD say?
Horny goat weed is an herb, whose leaves make medicine ( 1 ). According to them, there are close to 15 horny goat weed species. Virtually all of them are used to treat sexual performance problems such as low sexual desire and erectile dysfunction.
How does it help improve sexual performance?
WebMD had this answer; this herb has chemicals that might help boost blood flow to the penile area and also improve sexual performance.
That’s a point for Montezumas Secret. However, the effects are not as immediate as the manufacturer of this supplement claims; of course, it takes some time to feel the effects. Dosages, too, matter when it comes to the effectiveness of this ingredient in the body.
However, usage of Horny Goat Weed can cause adverse psychological effects, and thus, you should use it with caution [ 2 ].
Asian Red Ginseng
This is another ingredient to be included in the Montezumas Secret supplement. It is said to help to boost sexual stamina indirectly.

But what does scientific research say about it?
L-arginine is used for different conditions, including treating male infertility and erectile dysfunction. There is enough evidence to prove that it helps to improve sexual function in men suffering from ED4 .
However, for this ingredient to solve sexual issues, it must be taken in correct dosage. Under dosing means you will not get the benefits.
I am not sure if Montezumas Secret manufacturer added corrects amounts of this ingredient to their pills for it to be effective.
If they have added enough amounts, it means there are better chances of the supplement being effective when used for some time.
Maca Root

Simple research on WebMD reveals that indeed, Maca roots helps to arouse sexual desire and treat sexual dysfunction caused by overdosing antidepressants.
Although there is insufficient evidence to prove that indeed, this ingredient helps to improve libido and treat sexual dysfunction caused by excessive usage of antidepressants.
On this one, I cannot rule it out or agree because there is not enough research on the relationship between Maca root and libido.
Another red flag about these pills is that the manufacturer has not shared any side effects of their supplement.
Failure to disclose information on ingredients and how they work, and also the effects that might follow after using this supplement raises a lot of suspicions.

Allow me to answer this with a question- Does this supplement even work? I have not seen a genuine person saying that this supplement helped them last longer in bed. All I see are ‘expert’ reviews praising these pills. So for me, the question should be if it works, not how long it takes to work.
Will it make me bigger?
I highly doubt this. There are many unanswered questions regarding this supplement, which is why I don’t think you will get any positive results.

It works by reducing inflammation which is why it can work as a painkiller for muscle pains or headache.
By far the most common use of aspirin is as a blood thinner. Aside from its anti-inflammatory properties, it can also stop platelets from sticking together.
Platelets are one of the main components of clot formation so blocking this makes aspirin work as a “blood thinner”.
The standard dose for Aspirin is 75mg daily for this purpose. On the other hand, if someone is having a stroke or heart attack, the dose given is 300mg.

However, there are some side effects associated with Aspirin.

This may be true, but you can still buy aspirin over the counter for a fraction of the price as an effervescent tablet from any pharmacy and have a cup of coffee which should give exactly the same results.
Also, if you took aspirin and caffeine in tablet form, it’ll take around 30-45 mins to work so it’s not that much time to wait anyway.
Does Blowfish for hangovers work?
Will it cure your hangovers? no, it definitely will not.
But it will help ease your headache and muscle aches when hungover. The caffeine in it should make you feel more alert too.

When it comes to successful company launches, it doesn’t really get much better than that.
That being said, it doesn’t matter how much money they have. The key factor is deciding whether Morning Recovery Drink works. And to do that we need to see exactly what’s in it.
Morning recovery drink ingredients
Looking at the ingredient list, the first thing we notice is that they use a proprietary blend which is not a good start.
Proprietary blends are a pre-made mix of ingredients where you don’t actually know how much of each extract is included.
Why do manufacturers use proprietary blends?
The answer is simple: to cut costs and increase margins. Proprietary blends are much cheaper to produce.
Sometimes manufacturers say they use a proprietary blend to conceal their “secret formula”, but thats simply a marketing ploy.

Prickly pear extract
This has been shown in one small study to reduce hangover symptoms in human subjects. The results are promising but needs more research.
Vitamin C
Aside from is function in connective tissues and the immune system, it also acts as an antioxidant so we like to see its inclusion in a hangover supplement.
B-vitamins
B-vitamins are crucial in any hangover drink. They are the precursors to many of the enzymes produced in your liver to breakdown food and drink, including alcohol.
Magnesium
Alcohol is a diuretic which means it makes you pee more fluid than you’re consuming. Along with water, you also lose essential minerals like magnesium. We like that morning recovery have included it in their drink, albeit at a very small 40mg dose which is 10% of the daily requirement.
Milk thistle
People have been using milk thistle for hangover prevention for years. It’s a powerful antioxidant and some studies have shown it can reduce liver inflammation.

Some people also really didn’t like the taste of it which is particularly a problem with supplements that you have to drink.

Morning recovery very confidently claim to be the best hangover supplement on the market.
They are very proud that their product comes in the form of a drink and emphasize that their mode of delivery is better compared to hangover pills.
After taking a closer look at their product and website, we can’t see any real evidence that they are any better than the best hangover pills on the market.
In fact, some of the top hangover supplements have everything that morning recovery does plus a few more essential ingredients.
Furthermore, their claims that they are the best aren’t really backed up by the customer reviews.
Also, travelling with several bottles of morning recovery can be a pain. In all fairness, they’ve reduced the size of their latest bottles to accommodate for this.
However it’s still significantly more difficult than carrying a small bottle of hangover pills around.
Is this the best hangover supplement for me?
Morning Recovery is certainly a decent option if you’re looking for a hangover drink with a reputable brand.
That being said, we don’t currently rate it as one of the very best supplements on the market right now in this category.
That’s mainly because:
It uses a proprietary blend to hide the doses of a lot of the main ingredients on the label.
It’s difficult to transport on holiday. Carrying 6 or more bottles in a suitcase is far from ideal.
It costs almost $6 per bottle which is far more expensive than alternatives.
We would prefer taking capsules which are much easier to take rather than more fluid at the end of the night.
They miss out on a few key ingredients such as ginger and piperine which are really important in a hangover prevention supplement.
Anything else to consider?
When it comes to hangover prevention, common sense still applies.
If you’re drinking until you’re completely wasted, then morning recovery along with any other hangover supplement just wont work.
You’ll still need to drink plenty of water throughout your night and also avoid drinking on an empty stomach.
Just remember that hangover supplements are generally there to support recovery, not completely block or cure the negative effects of alcohol.

Ginger
Being one of the most research-backed natural anti sickness remedies there is, we feel ginger is absolutely essential in a hangover supplement. We were disappointed that Flyby missed this out as hangover related nausea can be quite debilitating and anything that can help should be included.

Their labeling suggests taking 3 capsules before your first drink and then 3 more straight after your last. This is a pretty common dosing regime with most hangover supplements nowadays.
The reason is, the main aim of Flyby is to prevent you from getting bad hangovers in the first place.

Are there any side effects?
AfterDrink uses all natural ingredients with no medicines or stimulants so its a pretty clean product.

I’ve reviewed lots of testosterone boosters on this site in the past, mostly in the form of supplements. But over the last year, I started hearing more and more about another strategy men are using to boost T-levels: red light therapy.
In this article, I’ll go over the basics of red light therapy: what it is, how it works at the cellular level, what the health benefits are, and how it affects testosterone levels. Then I’ll give my personal review of one of the leading red light therapy devices on the market.
How I Heard About Light Therapy
I first heard about red light therapy last year when I read this Ben Greenfield story in Men’s Health about how Ben shined natural red light on his testicles and saw huge increases in his testosterone and sex drive.
It’s an entertaining article, but at first glance, it sounded pretty far-fetched. Just shine some red light on your junk and voila: more testosterone, better sex, healthier skin, faster muscle recovery, less joint pain.
I almost expected Ben to say it made him a foot taller too. I slipped red light therapy into the “sounds too good to be true” file in my brain.
Then I kept hearing other successful trainers, doctors, and athletes swearing by red light therapy for physical performance. Everyone from NFL stars like Patrick Peterson and Von Miller, to UFC champion TJ Dillashaw, plus world-class trainers like Lacey Stone and the late great Charles Poliquin.
Lots of other major voices in health and fitness are raving about it too, like Dave Asprey, former bodybuilding champ Ben Pakulski, and Onnit founder Aubrey Marcus.
I decided I needed to do more homework on red light therapy. So I tested out the device Ben Greenfield and all those fitness enthusiasts are using: it’s called a Joovv.

For those of you like me who wanted more info on the science and how it works, I’ll start with an overview of light therapy and explain what the hard research says. I’ve got a special section on just the testosterone treatment part of red light therapy too.
What is Light Therapy & How Does it Work?
Red light therapy is also called photobiomodulation, or PBM. It’s a non-invasive health intervention that delivers concentrated natural light to your skin and cells.
Specifically, the wavelengths of red and near infrared light that are the most therapeutic for human health (without harmful UV rays or unnecessary heat).
Light therapy works by delivering natural light to the mitochondria in your cells. Those are the powerhouses churning out the ATP (adenosine triphosphate) energy our bodies need to function.
But here’s the problem: when you get sick, injured, stressed, or tired, your mitochondria produce too much nitric oxide, which slows everything down in your cells. Nitric oxide competes with oxygen during the cellular respiration process that makes our ATP.
The photons in red and near infrared light excite the electrons involved in ATP creation, breaking up nitric oxide bonds and letting hydrogen and water move through the respiration process more easily.
The more efficiently your cells create ATP energy, the better your cells function on all levels and the better your body feels & performs.
I tried light therapy in part because there’s so much peer-reviewed clinical research that’s found it to be safe and effective. It’s actually pretty incredible how many studies have been done for such a wide variety of applications.
These are some of the main health benefits that have been found in numerous clinical trials:
Training & Muscle Recovery
I’ve probably heard the most about light therapy from professional trainers who swear by it for muscle recovery and pain reduction after strenuous workouts.
A number of peer-reviewed studies have shown that by reducing oxidative stress and boosting ATP production, light therapy allows your tired and damaged muscle tissue to regenerate and recover faster. [1]
Research from 2016 in the American Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation showed light therapy also increased the growth of healthy muscle tissue among trial subjects, with increases in muscle size, bulk, and strength. [2]
Trainers and competitors I’ve talked to say light therapy is great on both ends of training: it helps with energy and motivation so you can go harder on a workout, and then it helps muscles recover so you can come back faster, without as much strain and injury risk.
That’s why you’re seeing NFL teams and Olympic trainers incorporating red light into their routines.
Less Inflammation & Joint Pain
Red light therapy is catching on in the training world, but it’s also a proven pain reliever for people with chronic issues like arthritis & fibromyalgia. Several clinical trials have clearly shown that arthritic patients treated with light therapy see a significant reduction in inflammation and oxidative stress, with much less joint pain as a result. That’s one of the coolest things about red light therapy science: it works on your cells, and every single function of your body relies on cellular energy.
So whether you’re a champion bodybuilder in your prime, or a senior with joint pain, by getting more natural light to your cells, the increased ATP energy is going to be therapeutic and reduce inflammation.
Skin & Collagen
Red light therapy first got popular in spas and clinics because it’s a natural solution to skin blemishes and aging. There’s a large body of clinical literature on how light therapy boosts your skin’s collagen. That’s the key ingredient for things like skin health, hair health, and tendon & joint flexibility. Patients treated with light therapy in clinical trials have seen improved skin tone & complexion, diminished signs of aging, and quicker healing of wounds and scars, without the range of side effects you see from more invasive and drug-based therapies. Safety
Obviously, it’s safety-first with a product you use directly on your bare skin. I wouldn’t try it if I didn’t think it was on the level, but the research has found almost zero problems with natural red & near infrared light. A 2013 analysis of light therapy treatments conducted by Harvard and MIT researchers cited its “noninvasive nature and almost complete absence of side effects.” [6]
Light Therapy for Testosterone
The muscle, skin, & inflammation benefits of red light therapy are well-established in the medical science community, but newer research is also showing natural light has a big effect on a man’s testosterone levels. This section is a top-level summary of what the hard research says about light therapy and testosterone.
2016 Italian Sex & Testosterone Pilot Study: A few years ago, researchers at the University of Siena in Italy conducted a very encouraging pilot study on light therapy and testosterone & sexual satisfaction in men. The subjects were 38 men with very low sex drive, split into two groups, with only one receiving clinical doses of light therapy every morning. The men in the group treated with more light saw their testosterone rise significantly. More specifically, the control group did not see T gains, but the active light therapy group showed a huge increase from about 2.1 ng/ml to 3.6 ng/ml in just 2 weeks. [7]
The study’s author elaborated in a Science Daily article: “The increased levels of testosterone explain the greater reported sexual satisfaction. In the Northern hemisphere, the body’s testosterone production naturally declines from November through April, and then rises steadily through the spring and summer with a peak in October. You see the effect of this in reproductive rates, with the month of June showing the highest rate of conception. The use of the [light therapy device] really mimics what nature does,” said Dr. Andrea Fagiolini. [8]
Male Fertility
Several other studies around the world have found that light therapy on a man’s testes and sperm increases how well individual spermatozoa can swim. As a result, many researchers are concluding that light therapy can have a significant effect on treating male infertility. [4,5,6,7 T] A 2017 study published in Scientific Reports also noted that these treatments were safe, and did not cause any oxidative DNA damage to the sperm or testes. [8 T]
Earlier Research on Testosterone in Mammals: Often the best research on human health starts in the laboratory with other mammals whose biology is similar to ours. Two separate trials in 2013 found that lab rats had higher testosterone levels after prolonged exposure to natural light. Other studies of boar and dog reproduction found that light therapy improves sperm health & fertility outcomes. [9,10,11,12 in T]
How Does Light Therapy Boost Testosterone Levels?
Many of these studies are showing that red and near infrared light wavelengths stimulate the Leydig cells in the testicles, which are responsible for producing testosterone. [6, 9,10 T] Researchers from the Italian pilot study theorized that light therapy interacts with the pineal gland in the middle of the brain, which also plays a major role in reproduction. [14 T]
One of the 2013 studies on mammals showed that the follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) were elevated in lab rats. The FSH & LH are essentially the same in humans, and they’re called “gonadotropins” because of their ability to stimulate testicular function. [10 nepal study?]
More research is coming out and larger samples are needed going forward, as well as FDA clearance specifically for testosterone therapy. But it’s pretty clear, based on the available research and anecdotal evidence from professionals, that natural light has a positive effect on male testosterone and sexual health.
That brings me to my personal experience with the Joovv light therapy device.
My Personal Experience With The Joov Light
I got a chance to try out the Joov light awhile back, and finally had a chance to put together my thoughts on paper.
At first glance, it’s a bit intimidating.
I don’t mean that in the literal sense, but more in the sense of the questions I had linkgering in the back of my mind:
Questions like:
“Is this even safe?”
“Can I look at the light, or will my retinas burn out?”
“Should I wear sunscreen?” (not really, of course)
I’ve never used a red light therapy machine like this before, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect.
I actually went into my test with the assumption that it likely won’t have much of an effect, mainly because I’ve been burned (again, not literally!) by products like this before.
My first session in front of the Joov Light lasted about 10 minutes, and while it was a bit boring standing there butt-naked, it was actually surprisingly relaxing.
After the session was over, I went back into my office and basically felt like I spent the day at the beach.
It was that type of warm afterglow you get from a good day of sitting in the sun, drinking cocktails (minus the actual tipsiness that a day like that can provide).
Apart from that afterglow feeling, I didn’t really notice much else, which was to be expected.
Throughout the first week, I religiously devoted 10 min. of my day to standing in front of this light.
As the week progressed, I have to admit, I did seem to start feeling better overall.
It wasn’t necessarily a “wow, I feel like I just injected myself with a big dose of Androgel!” type of feeling.
More of a “I feel content, calm, and just in general a lowering of anxiety”.
It wasn’t until the 2nd week hit that I really started to notice some changes.
The biggest thing I noticed was I was sleeping a lot better.
Normally, my sleep cycle is pretty good.
My biggest issue is I can never seem to stay asleep for more than 5 – 6 hours straight.
I’ll wake up, have to pee, and while I do fall back asleep, when I wake up 2 – 3 hours later I feel like I literally slept 2 or 3 hours.
This was not the case in week 2.
I was quite literally sleeping a sound, deep, 7 – 8 hours of very restful sleep.
The kind of sleep that, when you wake up, you feel ready to attack the day with the vigor of a 19 year old kid on his day off from work.
I also had a boner standing at full attention, which was more than a pleasant surprise.
Note that I hadn’t changed any of my sleep routine here…
I wasn’t taking any supplements, sleep aids, working out more strenuously, or doing anything different.
The only thing I was doing was using the Joov light 10 min. a day…
While I only used it for another couple of weeks, the benefits seemed to persist.
I was sleeping better, waking up with morning wood, and even noticed a little bit of increased muscle.
Was this all the result of an increase in testosterone? I can’t be sure…

Another one of the most popular ingredients that you’ll find in nearly all of the Nugenix testosterone booster product line is a compound called “Testofen”.
Made by a company called Gencor, Testofen claims to have numerous health benefits, including:
An increased sex drive
Increased energy levels
Lowered body fat composition
This all sounds great until you learn the truth about what Testofen is: Fenugreek extract.
That’s right, this ingredient is simply a derivative of fenugreek seeds.
The jury is still out on it’s effectiveness at increase free and total testosterone, but there is some clinical evidence to support it. See sources 2, 3, and 4
With all that said, there are much cheaper alternatives to getting your Fenugreek fill.
For example, on Amazon you’ll find several very reputable brands of Fenugreek available for as little as $7 a bottle!
This particular ingredient is actually one you will not find in any of the Nugenix line of supplements, which is a bit surprising.
Just like with most herbal ingredients that claim to support increased testosterone levels, the science is still a bit inconclusive.
On the one hand, one study noted that ingestion of 50 mg of DHEA resulted in a statistically significant increase in serum androstenedione concentrations after just 2 weeks. Source: 5
However, a completely different study found that acute DHEA administration found no correlation with increased testosterone levels. Source: 6
With all of this said, I have personally used DHEA supplements myself, and have noticed significant overall benefits.
While taking DHEA for a period of 4 weeks, I noted:
Better sleep quality
Increased sexual function
An overall increase in positive mood

Tribulus terrestris has been a supplement used to increase testosterone levels for centuries—which you might have guessed, given its Latin name.
It’s a naturally-growing plant, which does provide a lot of great benefits without the worries you may have with a chemical alternative.

However, even though it’s natural, it does come with certain side effects.
If you’re taking tribulus terrestris, you should definitely watch out for the following:
Insomnia or trouble sleeping
Nausea or an upset stomach
And, excessive hair growth.
However, few people feel these side effects, and the benefits are considered by many to outweigh the cons!
When I personally took tribulus terrestris supplements myself, I took them for about six weeks. As I got to the end of the first month, I began to notice the following amazing benefits:

General happiness and positivity
A feeling of strength (although I wasn’t working out)
And, my sexual function was off the charts.

Boost Burn fat burner is sold by LFI Labs. They claim that their fat burner is capable of blocking carbs, improving cardiovascular performance, and supporting heart health. They also claim to help boost workout performance for quicker results.
Here are a few key points to know before we kick off properly:
Too many ingredients. For a capsule supplement, that’s not ideal.
Prop blend. Prop blends are always bad for transparency.
Natural tag. It insists on guaranteeing “natural” everything. Which is great.
Boost Burn Fat Burner Ingredients
Boost Burn Fat Burner has 28 ingredients including the vitamins. You read that right: 28 freaking ingredients all stuffed inside four small capsules. What could go wrong? Well the main thing is that the doses are likely very small meaning limited benefits at best.
Vitamin C & B6. Generic additions of good vitamins. B6 in particular is heavily dosed because the body tends to use a lot of B vitamins during exercise.
Chromium. This small-dosed compound helps improve blood sugar levels which leads to better appetite management. At 200 mcg, we have a good working dosage.
Gamma-Linoleic Acid. Not really a fat burner, so we’re not sure why it’s here. What it is good for is bone health and a bit of an attention boost.
Conjugated Linolenic Acid. Both good for muscle composition and weight loss, but the 50 mg dosage will do next to nothing.
Bladderwrack. Also known as brown seaweed, this plant supplies xanthophyll antioxidant as well as iodine which stimulates the thyroid gland, we still aren’t sure it will trigger fat burning.
Choline Bitartrate. A nootropic that improves brain function whilst also supporting normal fat metabolism. At 500 mg, it’s a good addition.
Inositol. It’s more of a health ingredient, affecting insulin sensitivity. In the long term, it could possibly help with appetite management, but we want something that works NOW.
Gymnema sylvestre. An ingredient that works on appetite control and overall weight loss.
Garcinia cambogia. Standardized to 50% Hydroxycitric acids or HCAs which help block carbs from being converted to stored fat.
Carnitine. This is a great fat burner that will not work due to the small dose of 25 mg. To add insult to injury, tartrate is also the weakest form in terms of bioavailability.
Turmeric. There’s a lot of health benefits regarding turmeric and its active compound curcumin, but this is more of a health ingredient than a fat burner.
Coenzyme Q10. This is an ingredient that is supposed to prevent the aging of hair follicles, but at 5 mg the amount is laughably small. Most products make use of at least 50 mg.
Prop Blend, 1,003 mg
On top of the ingredients listed above Boost Burn also includes a secret blend of an additional 12 compounds. At around 1000mg this means the average dose for each is 100mg.
Kelp powder. This is an appetite suppressant that works like typical fiber.
Spirulina. A health ingredient that’s potentially good for the heart. To be honest this is usually found in super green supplements.
Phenylalanine. More of a nootropic than anything.
Tyrosine. An amino acid that is popular with energy drinks and pre-workout supplements. It isn’t something we’d expect to see in a fat burner.
Methionine. An essential amino acid that has benefits for muscle growth and general health.
Bromelain. A pineapple enzyme that can help the body absorb nutrients faster.
Psyllium. Another fibrous ingredient which could be helpful to the gut, it is similar to Kelp but likely under-dosed.
Uva ursi, Buchu, & Juniper Berry. These are diuretics. Diuretics help you pee water out more often and in larger quantities. It helps with losing water weight, not fat.
Cloves, Cinnamon, and Allspice. General health ingredients, but not fat burners.
Cranberry & Grapefruit. Sources of antioxidants.

Boost Burn Fat Burner is a bit of a mess unfortunately. It tries offering the customer everything but in doing so falls short and ends up offering nothing. We saw this one coming from the start, but it is still staggering to us how many ingredients the makers tried to squeeze in.
Every ingredient in the primary formula is either terribly dosed or just fairy dust. The only ingredients that are supported by science and included in generous doses are; Choline bitartrate and Inositol.
Then there’s the prop blend that we’re pretty sure was only added for marketing purposes. You know, the makers can make all the claims under the sun owing to the fact that Boost Burn Fat Burner has all this ‘amazing stuff inside’.
All things considered we don’t think it’s a good formula. Even if the price is “cheap,” we don’t think it is worth buying.
How it could be improved
So let’s say someone bought you the Boost Burn Fat Burner, but then you read our Boost Burn Fat Burner review and realize it’s pretty useless on its own. What can you do to improve it?
Here are some suggestions:
Glucomannan. Glucomannan is a type of fiber that helps suppress appetite by gelling after ingesting. This makes your stomach feel full.
Green Coffee. Green coffee is a bonafide energy source, but also a powerful fat burner for its chlorogenic acids. Chlorogenic acids spark thermogenesis.
Black pepper. Piperine, the active compound found in black pepper, helps improve absorption of every ingredient. This still wouldn’t solve the problem of low doses in this supplement however.

4 Capsules daily preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.
For best results, take 2 capsules with 8 ounces of water before breakfast and again before dinner.

Boost Burn Fat Burner is a hot mess of a supplement. They used 28 ingredients excluding the other ingredients. Ironically, the only useful ingredients are compounds to support general wellbeing and are not known for their fat burning capabilities.
They seem to have sprinkled a lot of “fancy” ingredients in there, perhaps they think that fat burner supplements work like multivitamins. By adding as many ingredients as possible perhaps they believe the results will be better.
Boost Burn Fat Burner doesn’t really have any redeeming qualities aside from price.
However, we would recommend you get another fat burner even if you have to spend 50% more if only because you have a better chance of actually buying something worth your money.

EQUIPMENT: Sit in a chair, preferably a hard chair.
STARTING POSITION: Sit up straight with your hand in your lap.
EXERCISE: Contract the PC Muscle (see above to locate the PC muscle)
Basically you’ll be pretending that you’re about to fart, and then do what you would normally do to “stop” the fart.
Note:
You shouldn’t feel your stomach contract.
How To Perform A Jelqing Exercise
How to Jelq Step-by-Step:
LUBRICATE: Before you start jelqing, lubricate your penis with baby oil, vaseline, Enlargel, or another penis lubricant (see the list below).
ERECTION LEVEL: Bring your penis erection level to 50 – 75 percent by slightly stroking your penis. The penis should be relaxed enough that it’s easy to push blood through it. Never perform jelqing exercises with a full erection.
OK-GRIP: Use your thumb and main pointer finger to form an OK-grip (see the guide above for an example).
START AT BASE: Place the grip around the base of your penis, as close to your pubic bone as you can.
MOVE UP: With light pressure on the grip, slowly move it up your penis. The ideal jelqing pressure is one that does not hurt, but effectively pushes blood up the penis.
STOP BEFORE GLANS: Stop the grip directly before it reaches your glans. You have just completed one jelq! Each jelq should take approximately 2 to 3 seconds.
REPEAT: Once you’re done with one jelq, take your other hand and repeat the jelqing process.

Extender Devices – Phallosan Forte
Another (more preferred) option would be the Phallosan Forte extender. Similar to the Size Genetics extender, the Phallosan Forte uses “stretching therapy” to gradually increase the size of the penis through continuous tension.
However, there are some BIG differences between the Phallosan and Size Genetics…
1.) I personally think it’s more comfortable than the Size Genetics device.
The Phallosan Forte uses a wrapping condom-like mechanism which virtually “grabs” the head of the penis and pulls it. The Size Genetics device uses a similar approach, HOWEVER, if you don’t wrap it with comfort pads it can be very painful.
The bottom line is if it’s not comfortable you won’t want to wear it. And if you don’t wear it than obviously you won’t get any results.
2.) The Phallosan Forte is easier to use.
The first time I attempted to put on the Size Genetics device, it took quite a bit of a learning curve to get it on just right. In fact, it took me close to 2 hours to get it on right.
This was not the case with the Phallosan Forte…
Within 20 min. of opening up the box, I had it strapped on and working within 20 minutes.
3.) The Phallosan Forte is More Discreet
You can wear the Size Genetics device while you’re out and about, but it’s a bit more difficult to hide that you’re wearing it then it is with the Phallosan Forte.
While most guys choose to wear these things at home, sometimes that’s not always very convenient.
With the Phallosan Forte, it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to tell that your wearing it.
Another alternative is through the use of penile enlargement pumps. Enlargement pumps work very similarly to extenders, except instead the draw blood into the penile chambers, allowing for increased length and girth.
The great thing about pumps is that, unlike extenders, you only have to use them for about 15 min. a day. They are designed to be used either standing up in the shower, or laying down in your bathtub. The most effective water based pump I have come across is the Bathmate Hydromax X30.

Inexpensive Alternative – Magnum Rings
One recent product that shows SERIOUS promise are Magnum Rings.
They use similar principles to that of the Bathmate and Phallosan Forte, but work completely differently.
Magnum Rings use a principle called “clamping”, which essentially restricts blood from flowing out of the penis.
It works by creating micro-tears in the penile tissue, which over time the body will repair and “build on itself”.
You could think of it almost like adding layers of penile tissue, if you will.
It’s not as “Hands off” as the Bathmate and Phallosan, but it’s WAY cheaper (around $30 for a set of rings) and will get the job done.
