So when we saw MHP Dark Matter, we decided to see what the product was all about. The product is designed to help stimulate muscle growth as soon as your workout ends by ensuring that you take in critical nutrients as well as compounds that help make those nutrients more effective.
How It Works and Ingredients

The company has done an excellent job explaining each ingredient, including WaxiMAX-C3G, HydroSize, and more, and what it does, which left me feeling much more confident.

Overall, our impression of MHP Dark Matter is highly favorable and we recommend it. Transparency goes a long way in my opinion when it comes to supplements of any kind, but especially when it is in regard to formulas that are aimed at aiding you in workout recovery and helping pack on that extra muscle, so I definitely appreciate what is going on with MHP Dark Matter.
Despite the fact that erectile dysfunction is incredibly common in men as they start to get older, the notion of explaining symptoms to a medical doctor can be off-putting for most. And in the absence of a medical condition causing the symptoms, it can even be fairly useless. When we saw Maxman Ultimate, even the name of the product seemed to command attention, and when we realized that it is an all natural remedy for male enhancement, we decided to see what it was all about.
How It Works and Ingredients
MaxMan Ultimate is comprised of 27 herbs, all of which have been shown to enhance erection, sexual performance, and stamina. There are no side effects reported with the supplement, and the primary herb included is Epimedium Saggitatum, which is a natural testosterone booster as well as an aphrodisiac. The company website is unclear on the other herbs included, but research shows that they are the traditional herbs found in most of these supplements. The primary herb, however, seems to be unique to this product.
I wish that there was a little bit more information provided by the manufacturer as to what the other key ingredients that it is made out of, but the ones that are clearly advertised are good at least.

In looking at the company website, we did see a great deal of science to back up the product, which can be ordered at $40 for 12 capsules, with the price per pill decreasing slightly as you order larger amounts.

Of course, with any supplement it is important to see what other users think. Reviews for MaxMan Ultimate are fairly easy to find and overwhelmingly positive. Common phrases include “exceeds all expectations”, and many men report that the product starts working within minutes and lasts for hours. Many also noted an increase in penis size with prolonged use of the supplement.

As to whether or not we recommend MaxMan Ultimate, we feel that it is a good option for men struggling with erectile dysfunction. It claims a lot of benefits, but reviews seem to indicate that it actually lives up to its claims. We are still a little wary of the lack of a full ingredient list, especially with such a pricey product, but based on the company’s explanation of function and the huge number of positive reviews, we certainly have to conclude that it works. Because it is both natural and safe, we are a bit more forgiving of the ingredient listing and recommend this as a solution for men dealing with ED.
Of course, as with any supplement, just because there are natural ingredients does not mean that it is without side effects and as such you should make sure that you are not allergic or intolerant to any of the ingredients.

In researching the ingredients, we noticed that there are a ton of vitamins packed into this product. There are also a wide range of mass builders, including Iso mass, Carb mass, crea mass, omega mass, vita mass, gluta mass, NO mass, and more. The product offers time release proteins and carbs as well as a ton of antioxidants and minerals to help keep the body functioning at maximum productivity. The supplement is designed to help ensure maximum creation and use of glucose to help keep your workout effective, and the time release design helps ensure that your workout benefits do not have the traditional peak and crash that most products on the market today offer.
The ingredient list on this unique supplement is pretty standard fare, the difference being that weight gainers usually have to take a vast number of products to get all of these vitamins and supplements. There are surprisingly few fillers, too, which means that the product is safer and generally healthier than a lot of stuff on the market. There are also a large number of flavors available, all of which are reasonably good, which is a lot more than can be said for most supplements. All in all, ISO Mass Xtreme Gainer certainly seems to back up its claims and to provide a high quality product.

As to whether this product is one we recommend to others… absolutely. The science is sound and users definitely say that the product does what it advertises, offering an all in one mass gainer that people looking to put on extra weight when body building can easily turn to. The unique formulation makes it superior to many products on the market, while the inclusive list of ingredients ensures that nothing vital to building or nutrition has been left out of the formula.
Lately I have been noticing tons of ads on the weatherchannel.com and other media sources about a product called Instaflex, which is a joint support therapy designed to help heal damaged joints.
Being an avid beach volleyball player with tons of joint problems, I decided to review this product personally for my visitors.
After some extensive research of the ingredients, side effects, consumer reviews and testimonials, as well as some of my own personal testing, I decided to report my findings of the results that men and women across the US have experienced with Instaflex.
According to the companies official website, instaflex works by using a combination of all natural ingredients such as glucosamine, Methylsulfonylmethane, Hyaluronan, Termeric Root Extract, and Boswellia Serrata Extract. I have taken my fair share of joint supplements, and I have noticed that glucosamine is listed in practically every one. But what exactly does glucosamine do? For that, I decided to do a little bit of research to find out what this extract actually is.
The official site (instaflex.com) states that this extract “aids in resisting cartilage degeneration, diminishing joint pain, and preventing functional impairment”. For all intents and purposes, this is a fact that has been proven in numerous clinical studies, and the fact that this product contains glucosamine proves that it may indeed work.
Right now, everywhere I look I see free trial offers of Instaflex available on their main site. The trial lasts 14 days (actually 18 days from the date or order),and if you are unsatisfied with the product you have to send it back to redeem a refund. I have ordered several of these types of products in the past, including Somnapure and prostate forte, and you need to make sure that you cancel your trial before the date is up. If you don’t they will continue to charge you on a monthly basis, AS MUCH AS $70 A MONTH!
This is the same as their Testerone Boosting supplement Nugenix, which is made by the same company. I talk more about this below.
There are mixed reviews of Instaflex on a wide variety of sites, including Amazon, ebay, and others. While some say it is great, others say they get better use out of a dose of advil or tylenol as opposed to this product. By and large, the majority of the reviews are positive, with many people that have played competitive sports for years saying that it has been a miracle pill for them.
We received a few bottles of Instaflex, and had some friends test it out for it’s effectiveness. Here is a review we received:

In my younger days I could sit in between games and feel just fine but not anymore. I looked for a supplements that would help with this and that is when I tried Instaflex.

What’s the Difference Between Instaflex and Instaflex Advanced?
Since I originally wrote this review, Instaflex came out with a new version called Instaflex Advanced. While I haven’t had a chance to personally test it out, I have done a bit of research on it.
There’s some pretty major differences between the two, which I’ll attempt to outline below:
Ingredients: Probably the biggest difference between the two is the ingredients list. From what I can tell, they are completely different. The ingredients in Instaflex Advanced include Tumeric Extract, Resveratrol, Apresflex-Boswellia serrata extract, UC-1, Hyaluronic Acid, and Bioperine.
Here’s a side by side comparison of the labels:
Price – Depending on where you buy it, you can find Instaflex Advanced for as little as $29.99 at Walgreens, to as much as $57 at GNC. Regardless of where you buy it, you will be paying more than you would with the original Instaflex formula.
Reviews – Luckily, both of these products have tons of reviews on Amazon. What’s interesting to note is that there doesn’t appear to be much of a difference here.
For example, the average star rating for both are eerily similar.
For a supposed “new and improved” formula, it doesn’t look like it from the average reviews. One would think that there would be a marked increase in the number of 4 and 5 stars reviews, but that’s simply not the case here.
To be fair, however, it should be noted that there are close to a 1,000 more reviews for the original version then the Advanced one.
So what did the majority of the Instaflex Advanced reviews have to say?
A good portion of them are very positive, with people reporting some pretty good pain relief.
However, others are not so kind in their feedback for the product:
Some even claimed that it made their pain WORSE.
It should be noted, however, that many of these 1 and 2 star reviews have more to do with the fact that they feel like they were scammed by the free trial (more on that below), rather than the effectiveness of the product.
Instaflex Joint support is available at a number of online retailers, as well as physical locations nationwide. If you choose not to participate in their free trial, you can find it in GNC for a price of $50, which is a $20 discount as opposed to be enrolled in their autoship program.
Free Trial – Auto Ship program
So Instaflex has a free trial / sample program which allows you to try the product out for a period of 18 days. At the end of those 18 days, they WILL bill you $69.99 for that bottle, plus enroll you in their monthly auto-ship program.
What this means is that if you don’t call to cancel your trial of Instaflex, they will continually send you a new bottle and charge you $74.99 ($69.99 for the bottle, $4.99 for the shipping).
It’s all right here in the terms and conditions, which many people tend to miss:
Your best bet is to just by it in a store, or mark your calendar so you don’t forget to cancel if you’re not satisfied.
We also searched around in local stores such as Walmart, Target, Rite Aide, Walgreens, and CVS, but could not find it for sale in any of these stores. You can buy from a number of online merchants, including Amazon.com and GNC.com.
I finally got a chance to try Instaflex out myself, and wanted to report on my results to you guys. As you know, I decided to get the trial package of Instaflex, which was about $4.95 for shipping. Knowing that this was only a trial, I told myself that If I did not start seeing immediate benefits from the product that I would call and cancel immediately.
After just a few days, my order arrived in the mail and I started taking it right away. I have some pretty bad joint pain as a result of playing way too much beach volleyball and basketball, and it has by far been affecting my ability to play. The one thing I noticed about Instaflex was that it started working within the first few days. I noticed that I was taking less and less advil to try and get rid of my pain, and walking down the stairs first thing in the morning was no longer a “chore”
How this can work for someone that has more intense joint pain, I don’t know, but I do know that for the limited time I was taking Instaflex, I was feeling great.
It’s a mixed bag with Instaflex…some same it works great, some say it did nothing more then act as a placebo. My own personal results were good, but you need to keep taking this supplement to get the full effects from it. That said, it is quite expensive, so it’s not really available to everyone especially if you’re on a budget. But, if money is no object, than I would definitely recommend giving Instaflex a try (just watch out for the free trial, it may come to bite you in the butt down the road!).
While there are many men who like to say that size doesn’t matter, if you take the time to ask women to answer this same question honestly, you will find that they will tell you that it most certainly does. Increasing penis size is not as easy as product advertisements lead you to believe, however, and most of the supplements that claim to offer this benefit don’t do very much. Yet there are herbs out there that are proven to offer this effect, so we decided to at least look into Maxirex. The name itself was pretty clever, but it was the product’s promises of size increase that made us want to learn more.
How Maxirex Works and Ingredients
Maxirex promises up to four additional inches of size as well as increased girth and the ability to even control ejaculations and experience increased stamina. What really stood out to us at first when it came to Maxirex was the fact that the product was completely natural. Pharmaceutical options are laden with dangerous potential side effects, so an herbal solution would certainly seem ideal. Maxirex is made with a number of fairly common herbs, including ginseng and balsam, as well as cayenne and oats. Surprisingly absent are ingredients like maca and horny goat weed, which are almost a staple of male enhancement products.
How Can We Pay if We Don’t Know The Price?
In looking at the ingredient list, we were surprised to see these omissions, but the science provided by the company seemed sound. We did note that the company website asks you to input credit card information before they tell you the price of the supplement. User reviews seem fairly enthusiastic, however, with most men admitting initial skepticism about the product. Most have been using it for at least six months now, and phrases such as “changed my life” are incredibly common.
Recommendation
If asked whether or not we would recommend Maxirex, we certainly say yes. We are still a little skeptical over the company’s hesitance to provide a price up front, but testimonials both on and off of their website are overwhelmingly positive. The supplement is free of side effects and completely natural, which is certainly a good thing, and users overwhelmingly state that they have seen inches of additional growth and that the results are permanent. For men seeking a safe way to increase penis size without the need for drugs or penis pumps, Maxirex seems to be a good choice.

Unfortunately, this actually makes it harder to find a good supplement.. After all, there are a ton of creatine supplements on the market, and most are average, while very few really stand out in the crowd. So when we saw Dymatize Xpand, nothing really seemed to jump out at us at first. But, knowing that it was important to give every product a fair shot, we decided to do some research.

When we turned the product package over, we were surprised. There is sufficient evidence that Dymatize Xpand can help enhance your training. The creatine gives you the energy that you need and the ability to actually make your workout harder, stronger, and more effective. But the added ingredients to help reduce soreness and fatigue are just as integral here. Muscle recovery isn’t just about keeping from getting injured, this is also the period when the mass is actually built. The additives in this supplement help make recovery far less painful and help ensure a much better gain. But we still wanted to know what users thought of this product, which is available from Bodybuilding.com for a fairly low price.
What User Reviews Say
The supplement is definitely highly recommended. Many do warn, however, that it is best taken in the morning, as the effects can take some time to wear off, impacting sleep for those who take it too late in the day. Quotes such as “my pumps are great” are incredibly common, and overall, people seem pleased.

Recommendation
The bottom line with Dymatize Xpand is that we have a supplement that provides benefits across the workout and mass building spectrum. There are benefits before and during the workout, as well as immeasurable benefits post-workout that, when combined, help to make everything about your regimen more effective. Because of the science, the results, and the many great reviews, this is one product that is easy for us to recommend.

Of course, all of these claims are superseded by the standard Food and Drug Administration response of “This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease”.
One thing we noted right off the bat is that Libido Max didn’t come on too strong.
This blend contains 760 mg of these ingredients, but we’re unsure exactly how much of each ingredient Libido max contains.
Libido Boosting Blend
The product contains a blend known as the “libido boosting blend”.
This blend, unsurprising, is formulated to help increase your overall libido.
It’s made up of the following ingredients:
Horny Goat Weed
Tribulus Terrestris
Yohimbe extract
L-Tyrosine
I’ve used all of these ingredients with success in the past, which I’ll talk about a little later on.
This blend contains 740 mg of these ingredients, although the exact breakdown isn’t known.
Power Max Blend
This blend is used to help power you through your sexual encounters, allowing for increased blood flow and erection quality.
It’s made up of the following:
L-Arginine
NADH
One of the main ingredients in Libido Max and the one that seems to provide the most benefit, is L-Arginine. It is a fairly common ingredient in over the counter viagra-like supplements, but we have found that Libido Max offers a purer and more effective form of it. There are also a large number of herbs in the product such as yohimbe, ginger root, and ashwagandha that are proven to have major effects on libido in the formulation used in this product.
However, their are some MAJOR side effects that come with the use of yohimbe, as you will read more about later. Before stating whether or not we would really recommend this to others, however, we needed to know what users thought.
Finding reviews on this product was easy, which is surprising given that there is not a specific product website. It can be found at many online retailers with varying prices, including Walgreens, Rite Aid, and Amazon.

The reviews on Amazon also echo a similar sentiment, where the average star rating is 3.9 out of 5 stars.
One guy said it was literally the best supplement he ever tried, even going so far as to say it works better than Viagra:

With all of these raving reviews, I knew I had to try it out myself.
Libido Max was actually one of the first sexual enhancement supplements I have used, so I went in with no expectations. Now, the label states that you can take 2 – 4 capsules 45 minutes prior to having sex. Since I was taking it for the first time, I decided to go with the lowest dose possible which was 2 gel caps. I think I took it on an empty stomach, but to be honest it was so long ago that I really don’t remember.
I didn’t feel anything for the first 15 min. or so, but then it hit me like a ton of bricks. Honestly, I have never been so horny and so sick at the same time. It was the WEIRDEST feeling ever. Imagine you have a stomach bug, and are forced to watch the hottest girl in the world do a lap dance on you and you will get the idea.
I tried “pleasuring” myself, but whenever I came close to climax I felt like I was gonna ralph. It was almost comical! When I finally did climax, I felt the rush go away and tried laying down to take a nap. Fat chance of that happening! My heart was racing, and sounded like it was going to beat through my chest. On top of that I had this weird sensation that I had to spit, alot. I found myself getting up every few minutes to walk to the sink and spit out built up mucous, which seemed to just keep flowing and flowing (disgusting, I know).
Unfortunately, I felt like this for several hours afterward, and it finally started to subside about 2 hours before bed. I can’t even IMAGINE how I would have felt if I took 4 capsules at once!
So what caused this?
Well, it turns out that yohimbe was the culprit.
I talk about that a bit below, but here’s a quick snapshot of some of the most common side effects associated with yohimbe.
I have personally used Libido Max, and can attest to its effectiveness. Unfortunately, it also has the ability to produce some nasty side effects, and has even caused a few deaths. (Source)
The full list of potential Libido Max side effects includes:

Increase Anxiety
Hypertension
Tachycardia
Drooling
Irritability
Headaches
Nausea
Most (if not all) of these are caused by the following ingredients in Libido Max:
Yohimbe: I have personally taken close to 25 products containing Yohimbe, and can tell you from experience that it can cause a wide variety of issues. (Source)
L-Arginine: This ingredient causes a process called vasodilation, which is a widening of the artery walls. When this happens, blood can flow more freely, causing an unsafe drop in blood pressure for those already taking hypertensive medications. (Source)
Tribulus Terrestris: Although it’s relatively uncommon, supplements containing tribulus have been shown to cause insomnia. It’s rare, but it does happen. (Source)
Maca extract: Most maca supplements are safe to take, however, they have been shown to cause thyroid problems in some individuals. (Source)
It would have been nice to know this information sooner, but that’s the price you pay for not doing your research. You can read some of the user reviews that have been submitted to our site below, and see some other side effects others have gotten from Libido Max.

Unlike alot of other sexual enhancement products we come across, Libido max is readily available in a wide variety of stores. Walgreens sells it or $17, and I know GNC used to carry it for around the same price, but it doesn’t appear to be for sale their now. Many other stores like Walmart, Target, Rite Aid, and CVS also carry it for $17 as well. The cheapest place I could find it was on the Pharmapacks website, and it was $8.26 for a pack of 30 softgel capsules.
Seeing a demand for female sexual enhancement products, Applied Nutrition (the makers of the original Libido Max) came out with a female version of their product a few years back. Not surprisingly, this supplement is called Libido Max for Women.
Unlike the male version, this supplement is designed to produce a “warming sensation” throughout the body, as well as helping to relief anxiety and keep you relaxed and calm. This sensual warming blend is made of up ingredients such as maca powder, schisandra, velvet bean extract, asian ginseng extract, l-theanine (the calming ingredient), and a number of others.
So does it work? Just like its male counterpart, Libido Max for women has mixed reviews. Some women have straight up said it makes them ridiculously horny, while others report no effect at all. I found an interesting video posting by a woman claiming she’s been using it for a couple of weeks, check it out below:
If you can get past the annoying car alarm going off outside her apartment, followed by the distracting background music, she finally get’s to her results around 1:42. Apparently, it hasn’t done anything for her at all. I haven’t had any member of our staff test this out yet, but I plan on doing so soon.
Libido Max for women can be found for sale online at Amazon, CVS, Walmart, and Walgreens, with an average price of $18 for a box of 40 capsules. If you’re interested in a good female enhancement product, check out a supplement called HerSolution. My girlfriend has used it in the past and got GREAT results from it.
It looks like Libido Max for women is no longer for sale. Instead, it appears that they’ve developed a more updated version called Libido Max Pink.
This new and improved version appears to have many of the same ingredients as the original, but now they’ve included a patented ingredient called Sensoril.
Sensoril is basically a fancy term for Ashwagandha root extract, an herb that’s used to help balance hormones and reduce the detrimental effects of stress. (Source)
I recently had someone email me about a new product they are recommending you take in conjunction with their original formula, called Libido Max Red.
Apparently they are selling it on the shelf alongside the original in a few select retailers, including Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, and Vitamin Shoppe.
I never tried Libido Max red, but after taking a quick look it looks like a Nitric Oxide boosting supplement, and it contains L-Arginine.
L-Arginine causes vasodilation, which is basically when the smooth muscle tissue surrounding the muscles relaxes and allows for increased blood flow. This can help you get a bigger erection / help you stay harder longer.
Why they are recommending it along with the original Libido Max is beyond me…the original formula already contains L-Arginine, taking more L-Arginine doesn’t necessarily make it any better.
L-Arginine can also help for your workouts, giving you a more vascular appearance. As far as having any effect on size, though, I don’t think it can give you any noticeable results.
I’ve had a few guys ask me about the differences between Libido Max and Extenze, and I can understand why.
Ingredients: If you look at the ingredient labels for each, you’ll find a lot of similarities. They both contain yohimbe, L-Arginine, and black pepper extract.
However, Extenze contains a TON more ingredients.
For example, they also include powerful aphrodisiacs like Korean Ginseng, Tongkat ali, Damiana extract, Muira Puama, and Astragalus.
Results: For me, Extenze and Libido Max work very similarly in terms of erection quality and stamina.
However, there is 1 key difference between the two.
With Libido Max, the side effects are definitely NOT worth it.
I think they are pumping a TON more yohimbe into their formula, which can give you a great boner, but make you sick as a dog.
This does NOT happen with Extenze.
