Why does raw tea give me headaches and messes with my stomach ? Any other clean pre workouts you would recommend ? I'm gluten sensitive so I like clean products -Maria

My guess it's either the Yohimbe or the Bitter Orange (or a combination of the 2). Go with a great non-stimulant pre workout called Nitrocut. Here's my full review:  https://www.supplementcritique.com/nitrocut-review-our-1-pre-workout-supplement- Rob

  1. Way to expensive for what it is.. ! Creatine, beta alanine, citrulline and caffine is pretty much natural too for 1/4 of the cost.
