Muscletech Creactor Review – Should You Use It?
By: Rob MillerMuscletech Creactor Overview
If you don’t know it yet, let me be the first to tell you. If you’re looking to build muscle, you should be using creatine. It’s the most clinically studied bodybuilding supplement there is and the facts are in. Creatine is safe and effective. But there are lots of different brands, each with their own unique characteristics in terms of what kind of creatine, what else is added, etc. So it’s our job to sort that all out so you can pick the one that will potentially work best for you.
There are so many that are out there and many of them do very little in the way of standing out from their competitors so sometimes it can be tough to look at them with a discerning eye to sift through the good from the bad.
Muscletech Creactor is the one we’re looking into today. It uses a combination of Creatine HCL and Free-Acid Creatine at what they say is the perfect ratio to provide you with maximum benefits with no drawbacks. By taking Muscletech Creactor, you’ll see increased strength, improved recovery, and no bloating. And you don’t even have to go through a loading period.
Muscletech Creactor Ingredients and How They Work
What creatine does is enhance your muscles’ ability to regenerate ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) which is the main source of anaerobic energy available for those muscles to use. When you perform high intensity work, you use your ATP stores. Creatine helps replenish your supply. When you have increased ATP, you recover more quickly between sets, meaning that you can go harder and push more weight set after set.
You might be thinking that creatine is creatine, so what ‘s the difference. But anyone who’s used it before can tell you that there really can be a difference in terms of both outcomes and side effects. Creatine Monohydrate is the most widely used kind. It’s effective, but it can cause bloating for a lot of people. Muscletech Creactor uses Creatine HCL and Free Acid Creatine:
- Creatine HCL is bound to Hydrochloride. This kind tends to dissolve more easily and absorb more fully than monohydrate. The result is less bloating.
- Free Acid Creatine is a new form. It’s not bound to an acid at all, making it more pure than other kinds. It’s basically creatine and nothing but creatine.
The recommended dose of Muscletech Creactor is 1 scoop mixed with water and taken twice a day. On workout days, take one of your doses immediately following your workout. This dosing schedule gives you a daily dose of 3 grams, which according to Muscletech, has been shown to be all you really need to reach muscle saturation. In fact, the label cautions you against using more than 2 scoops per day, which eliminates the need for loading.
Muscletech Creactor Pros and Cons
Advantages of Muscletech Creactor
- It’s a more pure form of creatine than most, which means you can take less.
- There’s no bloating.
- The tub comes with 120 scoops, which means at 2 scoops a day, it’ll last you 2 months.
- It mixes very well, so there’s no waste at the bottom of the shaker cup.
Disadvantages of Muscletech Creactor
- If you don’t suffer side effects from creatine mono, there may be no advantage to Muscletech Creactor.
- It’s a pretty new product, so there aren’t any Muscletech Creactor reviews from customers who’ve used it.
Where to Buy
You can purchase Muscletech Creactor online at Bodybuilding.com. The 120 scoop tub sells for $29.99. That works out to $15 a month if you take it as directed.
Conclusion
If you’ve used creatine before and experienced bloating, I would definitely recommend you try Muscletech Creactor. On the other hand, if you don’t have problems with the cheaper stuff, you may as well stick with it.
I can understand steering clear of it because of the price tag, but for the most part I would say that is worth it unless of course you are on a very strict and tight budget which is entirely understandable.

Why with this CREACTOR I have to take only 3g creatin but with Musletech Cell-Tech there is 10g creatin per day ?Is this enough just 2 scoops ? -Rosen
MuscleTech says it's enough, but it's true there are differing opinions on the subject. My research tells me that once you're in the maintenance phase (after the loading phase) 3-5 grams a day is enough depending on your weight. https://www.supplementcritique.com/how-to-take-creatine-your-complete-guide/- Rob
