You may have come across this supplement being advertised on porn sites (well, we are not judging) or just on a site with adult content.

In fact, this is the exact ad that I saw before hitting their official site:

Irrespective of where you came across it, you are here to know if it works or not.

Montezumas Secret claims to be a male improvement supplement that helps to keep your sexual performance at peak.

They claim it’s made for people who experience low libido levels or those who want to improve their sexual performance.

I decided to do more research to see how this supplement improves your sexual performance.

As per the manufacturer and different websites, Montezumas Secret enhances the production of testosterone and also increase production of nitrous oxide (or NO).

This makes the heart to increase the flow of blood to the penile area, thereby enabling you to have to firmer and longer erection.

Montezumas Secret Video

The manufacturer has narrated a very attractive story of how this secret pill dabbed ‘resurrection remedy’ was used by great people in history.

The video has a huge “Harvard-Trained Doctor’s 3-Second Trick Transforms Your “Dead” Limp Manhood Into A Rock-Hard Bedroom Soldier” plastered across the top.

One person, whom the author cited to have used this method successful was Giacomo Casanova- he is termed as the greatest seducer of all time.

They claimed that afterwards, this method was banned by the church and pharmaceutical companies, which led to the emergence of many fake pills.

Okay, let’s leave the story at that point and focus on the meat of the supplement; ingredients that make up this product.

Montezumas Secret Ingredients

Well, Montezumas Secret doesn’t make it easy to find the ingredients list, that’s for sure.

After digging around for what felt like hours, I finally came across the full ingredients profile.

They are all claimed to help boost sexual stamina and libido.

I am not even sure if they are the real ingredients in this product, but let’s discuss them anyway.

Here are the four major ingredients in Montezumas Secret pills.

• Horny Goat Weed
• Asian Red Ginseng
• L-Arginine
• Maca Root

Well, all these ingredients are quite unique, but do they help to increase stamina and libido?

Let’s discuss each of them.

Horny Goat Weed

The name of this ingredient is enough to give you a clue about its main functions.

As per the manufacturer, this ingredient was added to the concoction that makes up this supplement to help users last longer in bed.

It does this by raising the blood flow to your penile area, thereby helping you have firmer, longer erections.

But what does WebMD say?

Horny goat weed is an herb, whose leaves make medicine ( 1 ).

According to them, there are close to 15 horny goat weed species.

Virtually all of them are used to treat sexual performance problems such as low sexual desire and erectile dysfunction.

How does it help improve sexual performance?

WebMD had this answer; this herb has chemicals that might help boost blood flow to the penile area and also improve sexual performance.

That’s a point for Montezumas Secret.

However, the effects are not as immediate as the manufacturer of this supplement claims; of course, it takes some time to feel the effects.

Dosages, too, matter when it comes to the effectiveness of this ingredient in the body.

However, usage of Horny Goat Weed can cause adverse psychological effects, and thus, you should use it with caution [ 2 ].

Asian Red Ginseng

This is another ingredient to be included in the Montezumas Secret supplement.

It is said to help to boost sexual stamina indirectly.

This ingredient also improves mood, thereby increasing the levels of testosterone, well as per the manufacturer claims.

What does Asian Red Ginseng do?

Research shows that Panax ginseng or Asian Red Ginseng is known to help reduce depression, anxiety, and help in relaxation.

It also helps increase sexual arousal in women and also treat sexual dysfunction in men.

However, further research revealed that this ingredient is inclined more to help improve sexual desire in women than in men3
.

Considering that these pills are marketed to men, this doesn’t add up.

L-Arginine

According to Montezumas Secret, this ingredient helps to increase the production of nitric oxide, which helps to boost blood flow to the penile area.

But what does scientific research say about it?

L-arginine is used for different conditions, including treating male infertility and erectile dysfunction.

There is enough evidence to prove that it helps to improve sexual function in men suffering from ED4
.

However, for this ingredient to solve sexual issues, it must be taken in correct dosage.

Under dosing means you will not get the benefits.

I am not sure if Montezumas Secret manufacturer added corrects amounts of this ingredient to their pills for it to be effective.

If they have added enough amounts, it means there are better chances of the supplement being effective when used for some time.

Maca Root

Montezumas Secret manufacturer’s added this ingredient for purposes of increasing libido.

But what does scientific research says about Maca Root and libido?

Simple research on WebMD reveals that indeed, Maca roots helps to arouse sexual desire and treat sexual dysfunction caused by overdosing antidepressants.

Although there is insufficient evidence to prove that indeed, this ingredient helps to improve libido and treat sexual dysfunction caused by excessive usage of antidepressants.

On this one, I cannot rule it out or agree because there is not enough research on the relationship between Maca root and libido.

Montezumas Secret Side Effects

Another red flag about these pills is that the manufacturer has not shared any side effects of their supplement.

Failure to disclose information on ingredients and how they work, and also the effects that might follow after using this supplement raises a lot of suspicions.

Since we are not aware of the exact chemical composition of this supplement, it is hard to tell the possible side effects it may pose.

We have outed a wide variety of supplements that contain harmful, dangerous, and often illegal substances.

While we’re not claiming that Montezumas Secret is doing this by any stretch of the imagination, it’s something that needs to be considered.

Possible Side Effect #1 – Low Blood Pressure

One side effect you may see with Montezumas Secret is low blood pressure.

As we discussed earlier, L-Arginine works by relaxing the smooth muscle tissue surrounding the cell walls around blood arteries6

This is called vasodilation, or a widening of the blood vessels.

While this may help with erection quality by increasing blood flow, it can also cause a serious drop in blood pressure.

If you’re already taking medications that lower blood pressure, it can cause them to fall to unsafe levels.

I have experienced this multiple times with various L-Arginine containing supplements, and it’s not something that should just be shrugged off.

L-Arginine can also interfere with several prescription medications, including7

• Anti hypertensive drugs
• Nitrates
• Prescription ED drugs (like Viagra)

If you take any of these drugs, you should certainly consult with your doctor prior to consuming Montezumas Secret.

Possible Side Effect #2 – Physical Abnormalities

Another potential side effect of Montezumas Secret that is often overlooked is physical abnormalities.

According to a credible source8
, some of the more common side effects associated with Horny Goat Weed consumption includes:

• Changes in mood, including irritability or aggression
• Racing heart
• Sweating
• Decreased thyroid function
• Nausea
• Increased energy

Just like with L-Arginine, Horny Goat Weed does have several prescription medications that it interacts with.

These include:

• Anti hypertensive drugs
• Anticoagulants / Anti platelet drugs

Serious caution should be used if you take any of these types of medications.

If you check around for reviews of Montezumas Secret pills, you will notice one thing; they appear ‘fake’ and written by people who just want to push a certain narrative that this product is effective.

I’m not here to tell you whether this supplement work or doesn’t work, I’m just here to give you facts.

There were no real consumer reviews I saw on this product, and the so-called ‘expert’ reviews do not seem genuine.

For example, let’s take a look at the first result in google when we type in the phrase “montezumas secret reviews”.

First off, they have an enormous banner at the top of their so-called “review” with options to buy the supplement.

Clearly they’re trying to “push” you to click that, and if you look closely, you’ll see that they are not linking directly to the official Montezumas Secret website.

Instead, they are linking via a cloaked link.

If you click that link and order Montezumas Secret, the owner of that website will receive a commission on your overall sale total.

Furthermore, if you read through the rest of this “review”, you will not see any actual test results.

They never actually used the product, they simply use a bunch of back links to get the product to rank highly on Google.

This exact process is copied across the board for nearly every one of the top 10 results in Google.

Every single site you see is simply an affiliate who is trying to sell the product and make money.

Can I try it before I buy it?

Montezumas Secret manufacturer offers a 14-day money back guarantee on this product, but I highly doubt you will get your money back.

How long does it to work?

Allow me to answer this with a question- Does this supplement even work?

I have not seen a genuine person saying that this supplement helped them last longer in bed.

All I see are ‘expert’ reviews praising these pills.

So for me, the question should be if it works, not how long it takes to work.

Will it make me bigger?

I highly doubt this.

There are many unanswered questions regarding this supplement, which is why I don’t think you will get any positive results.

Is it FDA-approved?

According to the official site, Montezumas Secret is a supplement, and thus it does not need approval from the FDA. A simple search on FDA’s Drug Establishment returned no results.

Can I buy it in stores?

You cannot get Montezumas Secret in local stores like GNC, Walmart, or Walgreens; the manufacturer says that it is only available on the official site.

As a consumer, you need to empower yourself with knowledge about the supplement in question.

One of the things to check is whether or not a supplement is FDA-approved.

If a supplement lacks FDA-approval sign, which means it is not safe for your body.

Why should you gamble with your body?

Another red flag to check is if the manufacturer is hiding information about the product; if you visit the official site of a supplement and all you see are the benefits and other persuasive stories of ‘fake’ consumers who tried the product, run away very fast.

Hiding any amount of information about something that we are expected to consume is a sketchy practice and should alert you that potentially there is something up that is not worth exploring further.

There is a high level of exploitation by ‘drug’ manufacturers who are scamming innocent consumers online, and you need to be vigilant and cautious.

Montezumas Secret is advertised as a supplement that helps men perform better in bed.

However, if you visit its official site, you will notice that there are no details of ingredients used to make this supplement and there is no information on possible side effects.

To me, these are red flags.

If you check customers or ‘expert’ reviews online, virtually all of them are fake. What does this tell you?
