When you start looking for a male enhancement supplement, it doesn’t take long before you realize that there are tons of choices out there, and that they vary widely in what they promise and how they present themselves.

Lots of them seem to promise penis enlargement, but when you look closely, they’re not really promising penis growth at all.

DudeMax XL Ingredients and How They Work

Of course, the most important thing is whether or not DudeMax XL works.

A good test of that is a good look at the formula.

Unfortunately, there is no full ingredient list published.

But 3 ingredients are mentioned in most of the advertising materials.

They are Tribulus Terrestris, Tongkat Ali, and L-Arginine.

• Tribulus Terrestris works to increase the body’s natural production of testosterone.
  
  It does this by signaling to the pituitary gland to release an increased amount of Luteinizing Hormone.
  
  In turn, LH signals the testes to produce and release an increased amount of testosterone.
• Tongkat Ali increases free testosterone.
  
  Sex Hormone Binding Globulin attaches itself to testosterone molecules, making them bound and useless.
  
  Tongkat Ali reduces the amount of SHBG, keeping more of your total testosterone free and available for use.
• L-Arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide.
  
  NO increases vasodilation which means that blood flows more freely.
  
  Since erections are basically a rush of blood to the penis, this increase in blood flow means better, harder, and even bigger erections.

Instructions are to take 2 DudeMax XLcapsules per day.

Disadvantages of DudeMax XL

• There are lots of negative DudeMax XL reviews on Amazon, mainly claiming that it just has no effect whatsoever.
  
  In fact, all reviews are either 5 stars or 1 star which is a little suspicious.
• It’s on the expensive end of the normal price range.

Conclusion

The three ingredients we know are all good and beneficial in a male enhancement supplement or a testosterone booster.The problem is we don’t know what else is in the formula and we don’t know how much of each ingredient there is.

That and the huge disparity in the reviews leads us away from recommending DudeMax XL.

We’d say go with something more certain.

I cannot personally recommend something with an incomplete ingredient list because who am I to say whether or not those extra ingredients that you and I cannot possibly know about are even safe.

Save your money and check out the HUNDREDS of similar products that have complete ingredients lists and you will even find many that are clinically tested.
